Supergiant Hades - Tumblr Posts

The underworld is complete with only a few places holders, and the surface has 2 out of 4 areas ready to be explored. If the place holders and nothing else was finished, I think that the game would be in a state that would allow for it to be released (I don't think they will, but it would still be shippable)

full list of what's missing/incomplete things that I personally have found is below

the Surface only has 2 areas as stated before, and almost all of the allied characters either don't have a model and/or have placeholder art (Heracles seems to be the sole exception)

Narcissis has neither a model nor art (which is hysterical) but he still has voiced lines

all of the keepsakes have place holder art and multiple gods have place holder art for their boons

Echo, Icarus, Circe don't have models and have placeholder sketches. Selene has finished art, but a placeholder model

Medea, Hades, and Charon have models (fairly certain that Charon's model is just a reuse of Hades 1 and won't be his final model), but either don't have art at all (Charon), or have placeholder sketches

In Tartarus, the door to the House of Hades seems to be a placeholder sketch instead of being finished.

With the exception of the surface, all that's missing is related to incomplete art, and for most of it, we have sketches put in as placeholders instead, so it's far closer to the end assuming there isn't something big (outside the surface) that Super Giant has in store for us

the most insane thing about Hades 2 to me so far is this shit:

if tma were a hades-style roguelike I think it'd be entertaining to have elias just show up like a little bitch and give you tasks that eventually give you rewards. I don't think he'd show up as the final boss until much later on in the story (equivalent to the hades epilogue) where he'll become the eye's pupil and the player (presumably jon) has to kill him to stop the eyepocalypse or smth (don't question my thought process too much I haven't actually rationalised it all in my head yet lol)
