ah trauma hits people in different ways – it's not just about the event (less about the event's content) but how our minds and bodies process it (more about the experience) We shouldn't downplay someone's trauma, as it can mess things up even more (leading individuals to think they need more trauma for validation etc.) misusing terms is a problem, and dealing with it needs a careful approach. Even if someone's faking it, yk how they say, 'Faking insanity is just insanity.'
Why do people fake about panic attack, like you don't even how bad it feels you have to deal with anxiety and panic attacks. At a moment you feel like you're happy and in very next moment you will start feeling alone and depressed. Ik how hard it is to deal with panic attack but this generation has make it a joke.
I think everyone should look into affirmations. They really help improve your self talk. Not to mention everyone's mental disorders/problems are different and thus you have to figure out your own methods of creating healthy coping mechanisms.
If you are struggling do not be afraid to go to therapy even if it seems small.
Even if you don't think/know that you have [disorder] (or even if you know you don't!) you're allowed to use coping strategies meant for or associated with that disorder. You can use ADHD tips for your poor memory. You can stim even if you're not autistic (stimming has a lot of overlap between disorders honestly). You can use chronic fatigue tips if you have depression. You're not stealing resources. If it helps you, it helps you, whether you were the target audience or not
As you all can see, I'm currently not active, even if I've previously started my productivity challenge.
To be honest the whole quarantine thing got me hard with procrastination and my "one day of a break" been... well, quite long 😅
I was working but wasn't really consequent. Did few photos for posts, nevertheless never posted them.
Right now I've stucked with rather large pile of work I REALLY NEED to do and therefore I'll stay off the internet as much as it's possible.
I don't know when I'll be back on this blog. There's higher possibility to see me on my other two blogs (mentioned them in my first post).
