I tried. But aside from that, Owen is basically Frankenstein (because I said so) The reason on why he only speaks in sign language in the first part, (not because he’s deaf) it’s because his voice box isn’t working. Apparently the mad scientist that made him, assumed that everything would work. But Unfortunately, a lot of things went wrong like when one of his eyes couldn’t see, he couldn’t hear through an ear, etc. But they were all fixable, except for his voice box. The mad scientist is unknown to everyone even Owen, except Chris.
