As I pulled up to Star Labs I noticed flashes of light coming from the Lab windows.
At first, I wondered why Barry called me and Oliver. But I think I found part of my answer just now.
“Oh boy” I said under my breath as I make my way into the huge building
“Barry! . . . Barry! Wooow” I called out before being grabbed and suddenly whooshed up to the Lab
“I have to say, Barry, you have to have a lot of fun with that power of yours” I laughed looking up at him laughing
“How are you y/n?” Barry smiled laughing to keeping an arm around my shoulders.
“I’m good. Sorry but your distress call came with bad timing in our city, only I could make it.” I gave Barry and Cisco a tight-lipped smile
“Hey don’t make it sound like a bad thing” Barry shook me a little, getting my attention
“Yeah, we just need help” Cisco said looking a little upset with whatever is going on
“We are happy to just see you y/n” Caitlin said entering the room and walking over to give me a hug
“Thanks, Caitlin” I smiled hugging her back
“So guys you were very vague on the phone” I told them pulling away from the hug stepping back
They all got a little quite, looking down and around the room. I decided to change topic.
“So do you guys ever get a break?” I asked moving about the room. Looking around not much has changed since the last time I was here.
“Well do you?” Cisco asked me already knowing the answer
“You, uh got me there” I bit my lip scoffing, tilting my head to the side
“So are we waiting on anybody else or?” I stretched the ‘or’
“Yeah. . . we kinda are” Barry stuttered itching his head
“Well, then who?” I questioned raising a brow
“Us dear girl” Professor Stein said entering the room, as well as the rest of the team
“Not a girl, haven’t been since a little before my brother came back from the island of hell. Now women, yes.” I corrected him pointing from him to me
“I can attest to that” Sara said looking over to me as I did her
“Oh my god” I ran over hugging her. God I miss her.
“I’ve missed you to.” She replied hugging me tighter
“Don’t give me that look I missed you two, too.” I said turning to look at Leonard and Mick, smirking
“Yeah, yeah hug us later. Right now just tell us what’s the big deal” Mick said waving at me. Trying to hide the smile forming.
After team flash explained everything about who we're supposed to be apprehending. An explaining how we are gonna do it. I looked at them thinking about how me and Oli could have done this a lot faster just as our brother-sister tag team. Ironic since team flash has the fastest man alive on their side.
“Well if we know how to take them down why are we all just standing around here?” I spoke out loud
“We needed more body’s” Caitlin answered
“Well, we have them now let’s go!” I yelled before looking and pointing at Barry “ Barry suit up let’s go.”
“Your not very patient” Barry said before flashing out to change and flashing back in
“I was patient for 5 years I’m done with being patient.” Mick, Leonard, and Sara smirked at my statement.
“Ready?” Barry asked me as he came over to stand next to me
“Yes! Let’s go. Whoever gets there first wins!” I yelled at the rest jumping on Barry’s back before he flashes out of the building. Both of us laughing.

“Do you really think calling in Snart is gonna helps?” Cisco asked for the hundredth time
“Yeah, it could just cause more trouble.” Caitlin agreed hoping that they wouldn’t make things worse
“We need the best thief in town to help us take this guy down.” Barry stated knowing he was probably gonna regret it
“But Snart?” Cisco dragged out hating the idea of having Captain Cold help them
“You all know as much I do that he’s best when it comes to being a thief.”
“You know when you invite someone over you shouldn’t rethink your plan after you do.” Leonard said entering the room. Of course, hearing the whole conversation before entering the lab.
“Snart, thank you for coming” Barry said turning to face him
“Oh, it was no problem Barry bu’t’, why call me when you know there will be a price or you’ll owe me?” Leonard asked squinting his eyes at the 3 in the room before sitting down in a desk chair
“We need you to help us stop a meta” Caitlin answered handing him a tablet with the meta’s information on it
“Let me guess they did something illegal and now they need to be stopped. You have a habit of repeating yourselves.” Leonard told the group looking up at them for a second.
“Yeah we know but thanks for pointing it out-oow” Cisco sassed Snart which even at his best wasn’t a good come back
After the team explained the plan to Snart and who they are and why they needed Snart’s help.
“Your gonna need more than just me.” he told the group after hearing them out
“What?” Cisco asked looking confused as to why he couldn’t just do it himself
“I mean that we need another thief and it needs to be a great one.” Leonard explained looking around hoping they would catch on with it simplified
“I have one in mind” Cisco said in a weary tone, waiting for Barrys look of disdain.
“That quick? Am I not your number one thief anymore?” Leonard smirked at Barry enjoying himself
As Barry and Cisco argued about whoever Cisco wanted to bring into the plan.
“Barry doesn’t like to ask our other thief for help.” Caitlin explained to Leonard before leaving them all to get ready
After Barry finally gave in him and Snart headed out of Star Labs. Heading into the city, Leonard didn’t know who they were going to find and pick up on the way. An Barry seemed to just get angrier the closer they got.
“She should be around here somewhere” Barry thought out loud
They turned and headed down a random alleyway, Barry knocked on the door at the end of the alley. He said some code word to a guy before he held up his finger shutting the door.
“How do you know this thief again?” Snart asked again but Barry kept his mouth shut not answering the question
“That is something he doesn’t like to share, huh Barry?” A woman said exciting the door answering Snart’s question
“y/n” Barry dragged out looking at her with a look she is use to by now, at least from him she is.
“Barry. Long time, why are you here? I haven’t done anything in a long while.” y/n asked but spoke the last part in a sad tone looking down at her feet
“We need your help” Barry cut to the chase
“You mean, you need my help” she pointed at Barry to empathize that ‘he’ himself needed her help
“No. We can do this without her.” Barry looked at Snart ready to leave
“Actually Barry we can’t and you know that.” Snart replied before looking back at the girl
“Barry I’ll help. I don’t want anything for helping. Just please let me.” y/n pleaded hoping he would let her help. He couldn’t still be mad at her, could he?
“Come on” Barry said giving in grabbing her and Leonard before flashing off
After arresting the bad guy and dropping him off at the police station the three headed back to Star Labs. Leonard got what he asked for in return for helping.
“Thank you for helping Snart” Barry thanked smiling at him from across the room
“We couldn’t have done it without y/n.” Leonard said pointing to the other thief in the room
“Well we better get back to work” Barry completely excused what Leonard just said not wanting to acknowledge that y/n helped them
“Barry-” y/n tried before he left the room to god knows where
“He’s never gonna forgive me, is he?” Y/n asked looking at Caitlin and Cisco
“Give it time y/n.” Caitlin said with sympathy
“Yeah. Give it time” Cisco told her looking up with a sad smile
“Yeah. . .If you guys need any help feel free to call me.” y/n said before heading out to leave the famous building. Hoping that they do call her into help again, soon. She misses them, they are her friends.
“So what’s Allen’s problem with you?” Snart asked from behind her leaning against his motorcycle folding his hands together. Hoping to finally get answers to what he’s been wondering the whole day.
“I’m his sister. He doesn’t like what I’m good at.” She explained deciding in telling Snart the truth that he would never get out of her brother.
“Your Allen’s sister?” he questioned not quite believing what she said
“Yeah” she nodded in response
“I have a hard time believing that” who wouldn’t? Barry out of all people not caring for family?
“Because I’m a thief” y/n stated simply
“Because your a thief that has skills that almost match mine” Snart stated
“Almost?” y/n smirked laughing a little. Which felt good, considering she hasn’t laughed much since she doesn’t has her brother around anymore
“So where you gonna go now?” he asked amused by her reaction
“I don’t know. I don’t have a home”
“Homes where the heart is?” he stated, waiting to see if she changes her answer
“Well then my heart isn’t anywhere.” y/n smiled sadly
“Why don’t you come with me. I’m headed to Starling City.” he offered. Hoping she would take him up on it
“Meeting anyone there?” she asked not wanting to intrude
“No, my partner is off doing some of his own business” Leonard said not exactly knowing what Mick was doing wherever he is
“I’ll come, not like I have anything holding me here.” y/n answered his request smiling genuinely
Her brother wasn’t going to forgive or talk to her anytime soon, so why not go with someone that actually wants her around.
An who knows maybe this could be really good for her, and Leonard. A change in scenery and company.

Oh my gosh yes 👏🏼 this is exactly how I’ve been feeling. I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to watch the Flash after Cisco left because he’s been a big comfort character for me throughout the years, but when Armageddon aired I realized I just wasn’t ready to let it go yet. And I keep wishing Cisco was still there,missing seeing him interact with other characters,wondering how he would respond to certain things that have happened and are happening right now. I just miss him a lot. But I also keep just thinking about how much I’m going to miss this show once it’s over.
recently I’ve been thinking about how I’m not ready to let go of TF when it comes to an end.. mostly because of how attached I am to the show (all because of WA). I know carlos already said bye to cisco and left TF but I’m still finding myself wishing he was still there at star labs making jokes and just having cisco being cisco. oh well
