How come the Octopus fell in love with Happosai at the end of the episode, but nothing happened when Akane looked at P-Chan???? I know the octopus was probably just a little gag to wrap up the episode and doesn’t have any real meaning, but you still have to wonder

An element I love about Ranma 1/2 is whenever Akane or Ranma react to the insanity of the other characters. Like, they are the most normal people in this manga full of lunatics.
