thalia couldnt help the laugh that slipped throw her lips at the comment about the rocks. she had always been one who was always up for a fight , so she was always ready to resort to violence if need be. ‘ im not the one to say that too , id probably encourage it. ‘ thalia joked lightly.

thalia had been having a hard time adjusting if she was being honest , but she had gotten good at bottling up her feelings. but it didnt help her sleeping especially since the demigod dreams had started to come back. thalia was first surprised when she heard the voice because it seemed familiar but when thalia turned to look at who it was thalias surprise turned to shock. ‘ lady artemis? ‘
thalia had always had a bit of a temper on her , she blamed it on the fact not only was her father zeus the most irrational male there was but also her mother. demigods were also not really known for their anger as well. ‘ i dont understand why people go into stores and are rude to employees , like they have any control over anything that goes on there. ‘
Smiling at the fact that she was able to make the other laugh, she lays back in her chair and sighs. "It's just been a rough day with some rude customers, but ultimately, I wouldn't actually resort to violence." She admits with a shrug.
a smile pulled at the daughter of zeus’s lips , thalia admittedly had been a little lost without the other hunters around so it was nice to see the goddess here. originally thalia hated the idea of being a hunter , but after she joined the hunters thalia had realized just how wrong she was. the hunters had been a place she had really thrived in. ‘ im glad you also have you memories , that would have been really bad otherwise. ‘
Since finding Zoe again, Artemis had become determined to find out if the rest of her hunters were scattered across the island. A feat she once would have been able to accomplish with minimal effort, but now with the limitations of her new form it took work. Siting next to the other, a warm smile on her face. "It is good to see your memory is intact Thalia, it would have hurt my heart if one of my loyal hunters didn't recognize me."
thalia had her fair share of fucked up experiences , it came with being a demigod but it had been so much worse for her because of the fact her father was one of the big three. so people trying to ruin her life was something she was very used to doing so. ‘ i was a tree for like five years , i can handle an asshole or two. ‘

"well, uh..." he rubs the back of his neck a small chuckle escaping his lips. "take it from someone whose spent a long time making wrong choices with wrong people, it bites ya in the back before it gets better." and even now he was still living with the constant realization he had made the wrong choice, that he had set the rest of his life up for complete failure. "sometimes, they make it their mission to ruin your life..." he mumbles under his breath, before turning his attention back to his coffee.

" its not like i don't have them , " veronica chuckled, shaking her head at the woman's response. stuck in the same small town she grew up in, it wasn't like she had miraculously escaped the ghosts of her past haunting her either. " i'm just solid teflon - they can't touch me. "
thalia admittedly hadnt been prepared for artemis to have a camp already , but than again she shouldnt be so surprised. thalia had appreciated her time as a hunter more an she could explain. but she had also lost so much time with her brother that she had regretted since finding him again. ‘ you didnt fail us , it seems this place is stronger than us. ‘ thalia assured , artemis had become a good friend to her over the years and she wanted to return that. ‘ i would like to come to the camp. ‘
"Not only do I have my memories, but I have a camp established." Artemis assured the other. "My magic might not have been enough to protect us from this place, but I will always look out for you all and provide you with what I can." Artemis's Hunters weren't just her priests, they were her friends, confidants and traveling partners. They helped keep the goddess rooted in her humanity. "If you still wish to be within the hunt, of course, I do not expect you to uphold your oath given I failed you."
this place had thrown thalia for a loop so many time she didnt think she could be any more surprised til luke was standing in front of her. she didnt know how to feel right now because of the last time she had seen him and how everything went down. thalia had some time after the battle in new york to sort out her feelings but it because she knew he had been manipulated but she also didnt know how to fully come to peace with all that happened. ‘ im not going to punch you , though at some point i would have. ‘

thalia had been his first friend. the only other person luke had truly cared about other than his mom. it had been them against the world. luke had never meant to betray her. he had truly believed that she would be on his side. and poisoning her tree? well of course there had been a way to cure her. but he had obviously been wrong about her. thalia had felt just as betrayed as annabeth. it had hurt, losing his last friend. but he couldn't have dwelled on it. not when the plan was already in motion after they had met. after spotting her in ivy cove, luke had been shocked. stunned in place for a second too long to be able to dip around the corner and avoid being seen by her. if he ran now, she'd only chase him. "if you want to punch me, i won't even try to stop you," luke said to her as she approached. "i more than deserve it."
thalia laughed lightly at the others reaction , it was definitely a party trick she loved to pull out from time to time. ‘ it was a pine tree , i was dying and my father turned me into it to save my life. ‘ thalia spoke with amusement since it had been a while since she had been turned back so it didnt bother her anymore.
peter instantly paused, he had been planning on replying to the other girls statement pretty quickly. he held pride in always having some sort of comeback, especially when it came to the other avengers. but... that had caught him completely off guard. "wait... you were... a tree?" he asks raising his eyebrows. "like... a willow tree or something? not that it matters, but... a tree? how?"
