This photoshoot is for you. Just for you and no one else. Sehun has photos taken of him for magazines and brand endorsements - his pictures show up all around the country, but these photos will never be published anywhere. They will be put into frames around your home and in your photo books. You both had a hand in designing your engagement shoot, the colors and clothes, the rest was mostly improvisation. You especially love the shot where your silhouettes are backlit in the large window, wrapped around each other and foreheads pressed together. During the shoot, you were whispering together about your wedding and your future lives together. Your favorite of Sehun you’re going to keep in a frame in your bedroom. He isn’t allowed to see anything else that you are going to wear, but you lent your gossamer veil to the shoot, and to be fair, he may look even better in it than you do - it wraps around him like morning mist and brushes as softly against his cheek as your own fingers. These are the most beautiful pictures of both of you that you’ve ever seen - perhaps only to be outdone by your wedding photos.

“DOES IT HURT?” you asked softly, leading him into your apartment. Heeseung  gave a half-hearted shrug, a wince crossing his face as he tried to hide the pain.

“A little,” he admitted sheepishly. “But I’m more worried about how you're going to handle this.” 

You led him into the kitchen, to which he settled down on the counter top as you grabbed the first aid kit. “I'm more worried about making sure you're okay,” you said, standing in front of him. “Let's clean your wounds, hm?”

Heeseung’s expression softened as you carefully cleaned the cut on his forehead. “You always know how to make things better,” he said quietly.

You dabbed antiseptic on the wound and applied a fresh bandage. “I try. Besides, someone has to look out for you.”

Heeseung’s lips curled into a small, appreciative smile. “I guess that’s true.” 

You reached for a cool compress and pressed it gently against his bruised cheek. Heeseung’s eyes fluttered closed for a moment, clearly savoring the soothing touch. When he opened them again, he looked at you with a playful glint in his eyes.

“You know,” he said, his voice low and a bit hesitant, “there’s one more thing that might make it feel even better.”

You tilted your head, curious. “What’s that?”

Heeseung’s cheeks flushed slightly as he looked down at the bandaged cut. “Well, it’s silly, but... could you kiss it better?”

You chuckled softly, shaking your head. “You’re such a dork,” you said affectionately. But you obliged, leaning in to press a gentle kiss right above his eyebrow.

Heeseung’s eyes sparkled with relief and amusement. “See? Much better,” he said, his voice light with gratitude.

You smiled, feeling a sense of warmth in your chest. “I’m glad. Just promise me you’ll be more careful next time.”

Heeseung took your hand in his, squeezing it gently. “I promise,” he said sincerely. “And I’ll make sure to call you first if anything like this ever happens again.”
