I’ve been binge watching videos about the RRB in multiversus because why not
And I haven’t seen someone mentione this yet but
In their losing animation Butch goes feral on Boomer which just leads to Brick needing to stop him, BUT I looked closer and Boomer was actually the first to tackle Butch while Brick just moved away, only stopping them when Butch started to fight back for being provoked
And Butch even takes a double glance at Brick after he’s told to stop before looking away upset, which I thought was interesting to see since Butch looked so confused for being told off. What was even more interesting was seeing how Brick only stood by Butch (sure he was looking at both of them angrily, but only standing besides Butch when it was Boomer who started it?)
I keep watching it and just wondering a bit more about their dynamic
(Edit: I’ve seen people mention how Butch is arguably the Joy and Laughter instead of the fighter and I’m realizing how much this just makes me think of Bubbles. ESPECIALLY since Butch seemed confused for defending himself, it just reminded me of Bubbles every time Buttercup or someone else would make her upset and leading her to crying or lashing out. Like in “all chalked up” Bubbles looks like she’s ready to yell or fight Buttercup for crushing her chalk, but instead she just runs away crying. This is practically close to that situation, Boomer makes Butch upset, but since he’s not the most emotional instead of being upset like Bubbles would he immediately lashes out and that leads him to fighting Boomer)

I just read the leaked script to CW's live-action Powerpuff Girls pilot and...yikes, total disrespect to it's source material. If you guys want to read an edgier yet faithful take on the PPG, check out @rossowinch "Reimagined" comic on WebToon.
In this story, the Powerpuff Girls aren't born by accident but are actually the biological unborn daughters of Professor Utonium who he revived back to life after his late wife was murdered during pregnancy.
While the comic is admittingly better than the script that I had the unfortunate time hurting my brain with, it contains mature & graphic content which would be too disturbing to adapt into live-action even by CW's standards since Blossom, Bubbles, & Buttercup are still children in this.
Since it's universally accepted that the pilot script of CW's live-action Powerpuff Girls show is hot garbage, may I recommend a grittier yet faithful retelling of the beloved cartoon. Check out "The Powerpuff Girls Reimagined" by @rossowinch on WebToons/Deviantart.

In this version, Blossom, Bubbles, & Buttercup are Professor Utonium's biological unborn triplets who he revived back to life after his expecting wife got brutally murdered by a deranged psychopath (Two of them are established PPG characters, you have to read the comic yourself to find out who they are cause I ain't spoiling it here).
As the pages above already suggest, this is NOT suitable for kids, While this comic is 💯 times better than that script written by ACTUAL screenwriters, elements such as depression, attempted suicide, mental illness, gore, & nudity would make it difficult to adapt into live-action even by CW's standards especially since the girls are still canonically kids here and not adults.
