As I'm building in Mt. Komorebi I'm constantly asking myself, how can I make this build more "old"? I think I've found a nice balance without teetering too far into alpha city.
This lot will end up being a whole city block of buildings, cluttered and lively. A luxurious modern micro home will be wedged somewhere in between the buildings.

this lot was inspired by the building of the same name from Life Is Strange: True Colors the build was in my plans since when EP High School Years was released, but due to lack of things I needed, I put it off until the last basement treasures kit came out I thought for a long time what type of lot to choose: generic or retail, but in fact there is nothing to buy except for a couple of instruments, so I chose the generic one, but you can use any type you like!

I'm back working on Mt. Komorebi
I need a few more buildings to fill out this block. I can't wait to build my modern Japanese micro house in this section. I also want to build an abandoned Japanese high school that's been repurposed into a hotel or something; It's a genius idea and they do they do often in real life.
