It will function also as Retail, Community Garden or Community Marketplace, Bar if you add a tv, or a Cafe if you swap the bubble tea stuff for coffee stuff.

I tried my hand at mid century modern, a style that I have literally never used in my life. I’m not sure how I feel about it but I love the kids’ bedrooms! One is for a teenage boy and the other is for a girl child. I forgot to take a photo of the master bedroom, but it’s nothing special. 

This entire style gives me something of a 80′s family home vibe, so I kind of went with that? IDK

I gave mid century modern another try, my last one gave me too much of a 80′s family home vibe and that’s not what I wanted. I used this awesome house by @enidtheghost-sims as a base.

A sim from the family pictures on the walls might look familiar, it’s Jordyn, a sim I showed forever ago! The husband in this family is also her father.

Another new lot makeover! I tried to do sort of a Spanish revival style.. kind of?  I’m obsessed with the messy basement because CLUTTER It’s decorated for a couple and their twin boys. Also, the mom’s sister and her daughter lives there, but I didn’t take pics of their bedrooms. I showed the cute gothy niece off here

Hello, I’m back from the dead! With work so busy, I’ve missed sims way too much so I decided to try something I never do... a new legacy! Introducing.... my founder, Miko Takeshi and her pit bull, Bowie. 

Miko just moved out of her parents house and into a tiny apartment in San Myshuno. She still had 14 grand in the bank so I decorated it to suit her more. Miko’s traits are romantic, creative and rebellious and she’s got the musical genius aspiration. Bowie’s traits are loyal, genius and couch potato.

Guys, I love them already <3

OMG GUYS I had so much fun decorating with the new IL stuff! I made-over “Lagoon Look” into Kai’s own little slice of paradise.

As usual, she doesn’t have a care in the world. I guess island life will do that to you :P

Here’s the Charm family’s house! It’s tough decorating without cc, this house took me FOREVER. I tried to use as much stuff from the ROM pack as possible.

The blue bedroom is for Darrel and Emilia, the purple room is Gemma’s (aka Elphaba) and white bedroom is Minerva’s. Here’s my post with their makeover’s for a refresher on who’s who.

There’s also a basement with laundry/storage/Bonehilda’s room but tumblr won’t let me put that many photos lol

Next up for ROM makeovers are the Amiable Acolytes, Grace Anansi and Tomax Collette! Just some quick photos of them and their house. I figured I might as well since they’re the only other family in Glimmerbrook LOL

I think they’re both the cutest :D

My babies got an upgrade! Nookstone ➡️ Springscape I’ve been working on this makeover ALL DAY. Most of the furniture is from their old home but bought some new stuff too. That doctor salary is finally starting to pay off 🩺💊 Best part? The pool duh

I took a break from my lepacy and renovated a university housing lot in Foxbury and I’m pretty proud of it! This makeover took me literally 2 days The original lot is made by @quiescence90 found here. I was disappointed there wasn’t a grungy cabin in the new world, so I decided to fix that by coverting New Moon Shack into the werewolf cabin of my dreams! I kept the basic shape of the house, but completely refurnished it and added a basement for extra space. Completely cc free!

Exit Through the Gift Shop

Current exhibitions include a striking retrospective of the great artists of Selvadorada, the classic masters of Portraiture & a fascinating interrogation of the design of the humble chair.

Take a wander through the exhibits, choose a postcard from the gift shop and write a message to a lost love, while sampling our cafe’s Soup of the Day, which is naturally, coffee.

I’m no builder of lots, but I felt like doing up the museum in Del Sol Valley and I was pretty pleased with the results. This leans heavily into the Great Art Series by @femmeonamission and the Great Art Exhibition Shop series by @aroundthesims which may be my two favourite sets ever. 

Any builders/decoraters want to collab? I’ve built a desert/spanish villa wedding venue in Strangerville but I can’t figure out how to decorate the inside. Anyone feeling it? Some unfinished and unedited pics above.
