This again because it genuinely upsets me (about myself more than anything).

I’m starting to think some people are right about me. They called me a doormat - can you believe it ? (personally no).

I’m incapable of making blank statements of others being “luckier” because I can see the alternative (because I think too much they said).

Anything I see or hear, I will self-reflect. With some stuff, my reaction is feeling a bit confused or upset (disagreeing), but then I reprimand myself and think I’m terrible for disagreeing. But ??? ... it’s not me ... it’s everyone else. No one else is thinking. No one else is actually listening. No one is even thinking when they talk about their own issues - they are merely making blank statements of hating someone or some sub-group for pity.

silent misery surely can't be the hallmark of true hardships and truly 'having it worse' - can it ? that's what i'm starting to think at this point I only believe scarce few I got almost no one to believe in really my heart goes out to you if you put up not only with your own issues but the issues of others as well and still get told you're luckier or you keep your issues to yourself rather than explain it to every stranger you meet in real life those who are loud about it don't even try to improve themselves (in my personal experience) - they just tell you how good you have it how would you know if I haven't even said one word about myself in this entire conversation ? I know you but you don't know me and I can firmly say I don't have it better delete later maybe I kind of don't care anymore I'm a little apathetic lately towards basically everything or really this 'apathy' to me is just what's considered normal for everybody else
