Can you draw torch man if he was raised by the megaman 2 robot masters?

I like saving pictures of characters and due to the way I had a picture of Torch Man cropped, I had to keep reminding myself that it’s not his hand in this shot (it’s Block Man’s) 

Aaaaand in the end, I ended up caving in and doodling that image.
