I present to you now, the Voiceless Trolls!

These jewels on their necklaces serve as a storage source for troll music, the jewels they wear can absorb a troll's music, turning them gray and empty(The jewelry also has a certain connection with the material used to make Velvet and Vennier's diamond bottles).

Their goal is almost similar to Barb's on World Tour, the difference is that instead of uniting everyone through a genre of music, it's uniting everyone through the lack of music. Basically the leader hates music and sees it as a useless and noisy mockery, so he wants to make the world quieter and (in his point of view) more peaceful.
