Jane DaSilva's Apt TOURRR~ She lives in this gorgggg 1bed 1 bath open floorplan apartment w her cat and puppy- i cannot stop looking at this interior i think pink n green is the BEST color combo <3 isn't Jane the cutest ;-;
My FAVE street so far w some of my fave exterior builds! @asabinsims Project Renaissance is a huge gamechanger, a much needed addition for even more realism <3 Can't wait to make interiors and sims for these lots!!
Yesenia's Apartment ⋆˙⟡♡ she lives in this CUTE 2br 1 ba unit (i didnt decor the other bedroom i have no idea what to do w it yet so i didnt share herr.. maybe she needs a roommate bestie? ) can you tell her fave color is red LOL this is one of two functional apartments in this lot (i will be posting the other living space when i finally finish it) ALSO this entire lot (exterior) will be the first of many builds that I will have available for download V SOON!! ♡

⋆⭒˚.⋆ Avenue Loft ⋆⭒˚.⋆ wanted to do sumthin a lil different,,,, so i decided why not make a vibeyy asss loft apartmentt! ive never built a loft before and had a hard time w this for some reason but i LOVE the way this came out..so much so that i havent even fully deco'd the inside yet and just wanted the sharee it! i srsly cant wait to do the interior, i hav sm ideas for the vibe in heree! lot is 35x25 i made this build for one household but like my other builds, there's enough space to make more apartments in the other buildings and u can split up the households w the apartment controller mod :D Hope u guys enjoyy her n make her look fabulous! as always, cc list is included in the zip (i recently updated it w the cc i used for this specific build) andd if u do download plss take pics n tag me and use #jinxrenos CUS I WANNA SEEEE !! links & info under the cut! ♡ Creds to the cc creators ♡

it was hard takin pics in here! for some reason the ceiling color wasn't showing right on camera BUT i promise it matches perfectly in game
AND i totally forgot to move the hallway arch over for more wallspace for a bed or something n its bothering me but its a little late to fix it saur T.T i changed my terrain paint for my builds, so sorry it doesnt match the other build i uploaded, they r all i nthe cc list though!

all of these will eventually have interiors but i was eager to do the salon bcus viv works at this specific nail spa at the moment :P my faves r the functional/set train stations!!
i have 2 of these wine bars in my world but im still trynna figure out interiors for them proud of my hospital/main business street idk what to call it LOL but theres a few rabbitholes here. (gym, journalist, science center,business center, hospital,diner)

i finally managed to renovate Agnes Crumplebottom's house in a way that satisfies me. It's far from over but i'm doing the rest little by little.
also did you know Agnes and her dead husband have no relationship? I finally got to see him and they did not know each other at all.
