The Brickery Food Market

The Brickery is an artisan food market that occupies a former brick foundry building which has been respectfully restored to preserve its industrial identity. With six merchants, including three food vendors (grill, farm-to-table, and fusion seafood), a bakery and coffee shop, a juice bar, and a craft cocktail bar, this food market is a gourmand’s dream.  After grabbing a bite to eat, shop for gourmet treats, check out a food photography exhibit in the gallery or listen to an up-and-coming DJ in the entertainment venue.  You’ll swear you’ve died and gone to foodie heaven!

Thanks to everyone who’s shown interest in this lot!  It really means a lot and I always wanted to ‘give’ back to the sims community in some way.

As I mentioned in the original post, I have been really inspired by Midwestern towns however, this one is actually more like a Southwestern town so… sorry for mixing that up!

I built this lot with a bakery, flower shop, diner, and bar.  The middle part that kind of looks like a Spanish Mission, is empty, except for the the bathrooms.  The lot is categorized as a ‘Generic’ lot so you can change it to whatever you see fit.  You can do whatever you please with the lot, tear down, build on, make it your own or leave it as is, the choice is yours.  The only thing I ask is, if you think of it, tag me so I can see how you play with it.  It would be really cool to see that! :)

🚂 Old Planetary Railway 💫

"Planetary Railway" were once used to connect between artificial planets, but due to the spread of private aircraft and broom, many of them have been discontinued. At some station buildings, it seems that aircraft riders and train lovers have come to gather again as a bar where they can take a break and exchange information, on the way. There are rumors among travelers that "a train steam whistle is heard in the middle of the night," but is it the sound of memory that remains on this artificial planet...?

It was built in Glimmerbrook. Well, It is also recommended to install it on the Island bluff as in the last picture. In that case, if you delete all the objects on the ground, the scenery will be more improved :)
