San Myshuno Green Space: a cc-free community garden

Built on the Casbah Gallery lot in San Myshuno.
Categorized as a park, but some park items are sized down and hidden.
If downloading from the gallery, make sure you’re allowing custom content! I have a few build/buy overrides but there’s no CC on this lot.

I use this clutter mod but the lot should look fine without it.

So I made this a while ago and shared it, since then a lot of new custom content has come out so I changed it quite a bit. Oh also I added a bathroom/Outhouse.

Thanks to everyone who’s shown interest in this lot! It really means a lot and I always wanted to ‘give’ back to the sims community in some way.
As I mentioned in the original post, I have been really inspired by Midwestern towns however, this one is actually more like a Southwestern town so… sorry for mixing that up!
I built this lot with a bakery, flower shop, diner, and bar. The middle part that kind of looks like a Spanish Mission, is empty, except for the the bathrooms. The lot is categorized as a ‘Generic’ lot so you can change it to whatever you see fit. You can do whatever you please with the lot, tear down, build on, make it your own or leave it as is, the choice is yours. The only thing I ask is, if you think of it, tag me so I can see how you play with it. It would be really cool to see that! :)

A small cute park for my story. I was terribly short of parks for my game. I tried to make this place really alive, I’ve worked on every blade of grass, bush or flower on this lot. And I’m very pleased with the result therefore I decided to share this park with you.

We are a small Sims 4 eventing community established in 2019, previously under the name the Sims Kennel Association. We are dedicated to combining some level of realism and roleplay within our gameplay and story-telling pursuits. Our goal is to bring our own unique flavor to the animal showing scene with the use of multiple different standards, for dogs, to really establish that international feel when pursuing titles. We also have included cats and livestock shows as of early 2021, and horses with the launch of Horse Ranch.
