Modern Block House 2

I didn't feel particularly motivated with the other build, so here's Modern Block House 2 (gallery id: Miyrax) It's unfurnished for now, lots of light and open space for your sims plus a pool :) 3 bedroom, 2 bath.

💛💚Sims 4 SHELL CHALLENGE 💚💛

I uploaded a video to my YouTube channel showing everyone a Victorian shell I made a while ago and never furnished.

If you want to participate and redo/furnish the interior, feel free to download it from the link in the description!

Rules:

-You CAN change everything on the inside, including deleting walls/redoing the floor plan.

-You CAN'T delete anything on the exterior of the house or extend the actual house (but you can furnish the yard with whatever you want/ put up fencing etc.)

-Download the shell from the description

-Redo the interior/furnish the house and property
