Tangled the Series Fan Art!!!
My sister and I just finished Tangled the Series! We loved the series, and I wanted to make some fan art of the characters. I also used the style to make my sister a birthday art piece.

Rewatching TTS made me realise how incredibly fucked up Corona's justice system is.
On one hand we have Cassandra, a grown ass woman who was pissed about Rapunzel being "chosen" by Gothel...even though Gothel kidnapped Rapunzel and was probably the most accurate representation of a narcissist parent I've ever seen in media (I study media lol). Cassandra planned to destroy Rapunzel with the help of Zhan Tiri only to be forgiven in seconds.
On the other hand we have Varian, a 14 year old who was denied help by literally everyone. Even after the storm in qfad, no one went to check on him...until they came to arrest him for kidnapping the queen in an attempt to get Rapunzel's attention. Varian did what he did out of pure hurt and anger. Cassandra did what she did out of envy. See the difference? When Angry and Red were caught stealing it was explicitly said that children can't be imprisoned...so why the fuck was Varian imprisoned? In many ways Cassandra was much worse than Varian but she received no punishment? Eh?
Anyways thanks for reading my rant. I've seen other people online talk about this but I needed to do it myself 💀. I might post more rants and maybe some stuff about my TOH oc and the Cursed! Collector AU if anyone would like that. Have a great day!

I’ve had this thing in my head for a long time now and only now got the energy to draw it So, what if due to magic bean shenanigans, Alice gets lost in one of the seven kingdoms in Tangled. She runs into Cassandra, the other Gothel’s daughter, and asks for her help to get her back to Storybrooke.
At this point I just wanted to draw Donnie in swanky armour

Cassandra from Tangled: the Series as a Skykid... or perhaps a Krillkid? 👀
I knew I had to make this when I saw how many similarities there are between the aesthetics of the black rocks in Tangled and various aspects of the Darkness in Sky. They're both associated with death or destruction, and they can both look black, spiky and have a bit of that cold blue glow. So I gave Cass a krill cape and some crystal corruption for her burnt arm and on her chest like the moonstone, inspired by what happens to Skykids when they're hit by a krill or Eden rocks.
I might make another piece with Cass, but I need to practice drawing krills first 😵💫🦐

And that's another installment in my crossover between Tangled the Series and Sky: Children of the Light! I took the opportunity to redesign Raps slightly, and Varian may get the same treatment if I go forward with a Sky idea I have for him 👀
