honestly? I have a soft spot for seeing any typically aloof, brooding, stoic, or smartass characters in sheepish and embarrassed situations cause their hungry tummy is rumbling. 😭there’s something endearing about watching a usually composed character struggle to maintain their cool facade. it warms my heart to see them flustered, especially if they're being playfully teased by others at the time.
though, while there are many characters who fit this archetype in media, it's relatively rare to catch them in these moments of genuine embarrassment or vulnerability(?)😔😔 (I think it happens more often to generally cute/sheepish characters), that’s why it's so satisfying when we do get to witness their more sheepish side when their basic needs like hunger make them embarrassed and vulnerable. It adds depth to their character and makes them more relatable and human. so, I swear I would like to see any fictional character who falls into this category hungry 🥺🙏🙏

Good morning! I am once again super hungry but adoring my cute little tummy rumbles!
When characters are so stressed or anxious their stomach gets upset no matter what they do. They try to eat something and their stomach ends up cramping and being continuously upset. Its obviously bloated and audibly gurgling under their shirt while they try to go about their day. Bonus if they discretely try to rub their bloated, cramping belly in public. While on the other hand, if they don't eat their stomach is completely empty and complaining outrightly about the mistreatment... it's a lose lose situation unfortunately.
I really love that kind of tum art where the bulge is so clearly visible right at the top of the tummy, emphasizing how packed they are. Imagine putting your ear to that and hearing everything getting torn apart in there~

I just thought of a scenario that has me salivating. A rogue in D&D that’s stealthing around, but you rolled low so their tummy lets out a long growl. They forgot to eat today, but they’ll address that after they fight the enemies their tummy just alerted.

Idea for a prompt! Cyno cooks way too much Tahchin and since Tighnari already ate more than he's comfortable with, Cyno ends up stuffing himself on the rest so it doesn't go to waste. Tighnari is shocked by how much his boyfriend can eat and even more shocked by the large burp Cyno lets out, signaling that he's starting to feel pretty full, but as he rubs his belly and coaxes out another big burp, he keeps eating. Even as he feels fuller and fuller, he still keeps going, burping more and more frequently. Until he finally finishes it all and is left the fullest he's ever felt and fullest Tighnari has ever seen him. He lets out a monstrous burp and moans, rubbing his bulging belly and feeling miserable. So Tighnari rubs Cyno's belly to try and settle it, flinching as his rubbing works up more gargantuan belches, each one bringing him such wonderful relief. So Cyno intentionally starts burping some more in the hopes that his belly won't hurt with all that pressure expelled, and at first, he feels relief, with Tighnari helping to knead his belly and force up more gas. But at some point, Cyno burps way too hard, making his stomach lurch as some food almost comes up. He covers his mouth and muffles another burp, feeling more food come up. Until finally, he lets out a nasty belch that causes a stream of vomit to spew out of him. Tighnari cringes but rubs his back and belly to help soothe him as he expels more bile. Cyno lets out another huge burp and a second one that brings up more food. By the time he finishes, his stomach is greatly deflated, and he's absolutely winded. Tighnari rubs Cyno's much smaller belly to help it settle down and when he's rubbing it gurgles aggressively, making Tighnari worry that Cyno is about to puke again, but Cyno turns his head and lets out the longest burp Tighnari has ever heard, and moans with relief, probably making some pun about it afterwards. XD
