did you know some cultures take ants and put them on an open wound, having the pinchers bit the wound closed? then they twisted and pinched off the head using them as clamps? plus if you eat ants without heads they taste like lemons.

For context that's a darkling/mealworm beetle. I already had raised a small colony of the same species some years ago before I moved, little guy was found on my laundry room and I assume there is a nearby colony settling there (I have found some dead adult beetles) so I'll be takimg them in and raising them :3 Also his name is Megatron
IMPORTANT: I DONT advise taking ANY insect species in if you don't have any experience/research on taking care of them. They may be small and barely have brains, but these little guys can still feel pain and fear ):
Some wolf spiders I caught in my house recently. My mother saw three and I’ve only managed to catch the two male ones. There’s a huge beautiful female I’ve yet to catch

My oc Aspen Blackburn is my Magnus Archives oc. They are a corruption avatar. She is covered in fireflies that are aggressive and will attack and infect you. They are 28 years old and have a partner named Raven, who is a spiral avatar. They are Non-Binary and use they/she Prounouns. They are kinda of rude, very sarcastic, and very bad at empathy.
