If you want a ob outside the dormleader role, since the apple juice is from epel's farm you can kinda make epel feel bad even if he isn't in wrong since Vil either unalive or won't wake up and the reason is his most proudly things from his hometown(dunno if this make sense). If it outside pome you can make cater since he technically use a lot of clones

my original plan was to have epel ob like you said, so your idea to have him feel guilty over the apple juice actually helps quite a lot. but honestly, having rook ob would make just a little more sense in my opinion
i wanna stray away from any ob outside of pomefiore for now, since it would be hard for me to weave that in smoothly unless it were to be in a different scenario. plus, cater would be kinda hard since he has plenty of potential, but little opportunities in a story sense. (and i never looked into him much in the past)
and on-top of this, i really, really, wanted a better character arc for neige. so im rewriting him as well!
as for Rook and Epel, i might draw up two scenarios and perhaps doodle two obs for them, so again, thank you so much for the ideas! you helped more than you think and made things a lot easier for me!
