Twst Theory - Tumblr Posts

As it has been in many theories that Silver from Twisted Wonderland represents the sleeping curse or the sword. Anyways here is about Silver and his habit of falling asleep, is connected with Aurora and the curse that was put on her. Is with Silver eyes, as in the beginning of the movie Aurora‘s eyes are a dark colour, and in many dolls and art of her, her eye colour is a purple.

As It Has Been In Many Theories That Silver From Twisted Wonderland Represents The Sleeping Curse Or
As It Has Been In Many Theories That Silver From Twisted Wonderland Represents The Sleeping Curse Or

But in the end where Prince Phillip breaks the curse her eyes become a blue colour.

As It Has Been In Many Theories That Silver From Twisted Wonderland Represents The Sleeping Curse Or
As It Has Been In Many Theories That Silver From Twisted Wonderland Represents The Sleeping Curse Or

So what I am saying is that the sleep that Silver can’t seem to stop from happening could be an after affect on the curse that was casted on Aurora. As his eyes are a purple colour.

I can’t put a photo of Silver here as Tumblr is being a dick to me!

Never thought about that, now I won't stop thinking about it, I'll just go and put that on my Twister Wonderland character sheet once I have the chance xD.

Another thought about Riddle

I think it's extremely likely that Riddle has Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD). Not the same as OCD (although there is a notable relationship between OCD and OCPD).

Here are a few screenshots from the wiki page. I highlighted the sections that I felt particularly applied to Riddle.

Another Thought About Riddle
Another Thought About Riddle
Another Thought About Riddle
Another Thought About Riddle

Riddle fits nearly all of the criteria, and has the background most likely to cause the disorder to develop (overly strict parents, not emotionally cared for, ect.) (Considering the genetic aspect, Riddle's mother might have it too, but chose to handle it in the worst way possible. You messed up a perfectly good kid is what you did.)

As OCPD is a personality disorder, it isn't typically curable in of the sense that it can't be completely erased with enough treatment. It will always be a part of Riddle. He'll likely always have a strong dedication to the rules and highly value order - he wouldn’t be Riddle otherwise - but it is treatable. It can be understood and Riddle can learn to work around it, and we see already Riddle improving already since his overblot.

If this is the case, it wouldn't necessarily change anything about Riddle - it would only serve to add a bit more context behind his feelings and the actions he takes in response.

And arguably? It would make his growth post overblot even more impressive. Managing to wrestle something so overwhelmingly influential that it's become a part of your personality is beyond difficult, and his determination to grow says a lot about the kind of person he is.

(All that is to say that it's my personal hc, at least)

I have a twisted wonderland theory concerning why Floyd actually calls the MC Shrimpy! Now I do believe MC is shorter than most of twst boys because of how they appear in the game, so I think that's a factor (I also think I remember Floyd saying that it's because MC is small. (correct me if I'm wrong)) But after seeing those ow my back, me sitting like a shrimp meme, it got me thinking. What if MC slouches alot.

Hear me out! They're most likely extremely stressed and probably even depressed working like a dog for Crowley, fighting overblots, dealing with teenage boys who desperately need therapy and on top of that they have to do school work and babysit a fire breathing cat. Not to mention they get nightmares which probably makes it hard to sleep. In conclusion they are tired, emotional, physically, and mentally. I doubt they really have the energy to stand up straight. Also I could see them not having much pride in themselves, I mean they made a deal with Azul for their "friends" where they got kicked out of their raty dorm. They also probably wear whatever hand-me-downs handed to them or most likely found. They're surrounded by mostly rich kids who seem to be kinda entitled and selfish. They probably slouch to blend into the crowd better (probably doesn't work tho because they've made quite the splash.

So I think Floyd calls the srimpy because they are short and often slouches, giving them the posture of a shrimp. But that's just a theory, a theory I wrote in biology instead of taking notes. 😔

Hey Would It Be Crazy To Think That Jamil's Part In Absolutely Beautiful Is Very Sus
Hey Would It Be Crazy To Think That Jamil's Part In Absolutely Beautiful Is Very Sus

hey would it be crazy to think that Jamil's part in Absolutely Beautiful is very sus

sounds like Book 7 ("thorns entwine") bringing us closer to the prologue disaster and how things are about to go down after that (well duh everyone is expecting it), or the overall TWST plot in general, all while Crowley is watching with "that cold gaze" and doing things in the background.

hey would it also be crazy to assume that the "Whether that heart is real or fake, Only the gods would know" part is possibly referring to Grim bc these lyrics are at the very end and Grim's giant monster form is also saved for the very end of the Main Story.

almost like no one is sure whether or not the crowley's "ghost camera photographing parts of Grim's soul and establishing a strong soulbond between MC and Grim" backup plan will work in order to bring back the small adorable Grim we're used to

Hey Would It Be Crazy To Think That Jamil's Part In Absolutely Beautiful Is Very Sus

(Does he have Heart to save? is the Grim we're seeing Not Real?)

RSA thoughts

So I've just finished chapter 5 and seeing the RSA headmaster made me think, does RSA actually know about Yuu? I know that Neige is aware of us but I doubt he knows that we aren't from Twisted Wonderland and I don't think Ambrose even knows of us unless Crowley told him which I can't see.

So a follow up question what will happen when they find out? It's interesting to me because they're a school of topically good guys so I can see them trying to 'help us' and potentially taking us from NRC which I don't think will be received well by our friends. I don't think they will be nice to Grim either seeing as he's a monster.

Another thought I had and saw some other people discussing was, what if we were originally meant to be summoned to RSA? It doesn't make much sense but I like it for the drama potential :)

Anyway those were my thoughts and I want to hear what you all think as well ✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧

P.S. JP server how do we feel about the next story update coming soon cuz I'm very excited

I fan canon 2 different personal theories about Leona’s scar. Using the “this makes the 3rd time loop we’ve been on” theory

1. He got it from trying to protect Yuu from Grim after he overblotted (maybe Yuu died 2x before in the loops)

2. He got it from Malleus is his overblot arch and that’s an extra reason why he’s such a hissy cat about Malleus

Poor sweet baby Malleus just wants him to be a friend

I hope by the end of chapter 7 Meleanor’s “blessing” gets completely broken. Malleus would already be a great leader but he craves connections and his mom’s still a villain (and bad person in general) who had a hand in taking it with her magic

And I want Leona to wake up so bad to bossbitch his way to beating the shit out of Malleus with Idia already. He deserves it

Yes,I Take Responsibility.

Twisted Wonderland Humans are Built Different—

My Brain has Rotted out of my Ass and its all @broken-synchronicity, @twsty-lav, @naughtybodypillow 's fault.

I've had more than an epiphany, I had a post nut clarity. And now I'm gonna start throwing my ideas at the wall hoping that the shit sticks.

As we know, Merpeople, Beastmen, and Faeries all canonically exist in Twisted Wonderland (Sam's shop and his powers imply more but i can scream about him later)

What does this mean for humans? When you've got a 3 different apex predators throwing their weight around the humans of Twst were bound to develop as a means to catch up, don't even get me started on the prospect of families inheriting traits from their nonhuman forefathers.

As we know, from the sacred Twisted Wonderland texts. Rook Hunt is one Beefy Boyo. @leviskokoro said it best

"it said Rook weighs heavier than Trey despite his height. Trey is 5”11 and Rook is 5”8. The ideal weight for a 5”11 dude according to bmi is 155-189 lbs. But I’m not sure that bmi takes muscles into account so let’s say Trey weighs a little more than 189lbs.

Meaning Rook could possibly weigh higher than that as a 5”8 dude. I found that if you are pretty fit, you can have a heavier bow. The translation confirmed that Rook is fucking ripped under his clothes. And man pretty much breathes hunting. It’s in his name for Micheal Mouse’s sake!"

Now of course anybody could chalk this up to anime logic or even just being a gym bro, but we have to take into account the fact the Pomefiore breathes: "crouching beauty, hidden strength".

Not to mention the fact that Vil also has weights, knows various martial arts, and taught (forced) ballet lessons during the VDC/Pomefiore arc.

Let's focus on the ballet part, do you know how strong you gotta be to do ballet? Do you know how strong male ballet dancers are??

"Male ballet dancers jump three feet in the air fifty times a day. Their thigh muscles could cut a football player’s. They also have to lift ballerinas and hold their arms at ridiculous angles for ridiculous amounts of time sometimes. All ballet dancers are insanely strong because they work muscles that other athletes would never dream of and a lot of ballet dancers lift weights to tone on top of their regular dance schedule." Jaque Gowan, former Floor Associate. Answered Nov 8th, 2018 on "How Do I Prove Male Ballet Dancers Are Strong?" On Quora.com.

"To optimize strength without adding bulk, male ballet dancers use heavier weights with fewer repetitions in their workouts. They also focus on compound movements that improve their core muscles and increase stability while dancing. Male ballet dancers perform a well-rounded training program that improves their athletic performance and helps prevent injuries on-stage. Their entire fitness program focuses on creating long, lean muscles with enough strength and agility to remain in top shape for performances." Livestrong.com on "Male Ballet Dancers Do What Kind of Exercise?"

Let's not bring up the fact that he's an actor (although he's on a hiatus due to focusing on his studies).

Of course I'm basically screaming about a more experienced character whose disciplined himself enough to adapt to these types of strenuous things.

Which is where I pull out my Ace of Spades

Deuce Spade.

The best boy next to Jack Howl. Speaking of...

During the Savanaclaw arc Jack and Deuce went toe to toe with one another. Now a lot of yall might not have thought that it was significant to note due to pacing issues (that arc flew by fast as fuck) and overall wonky writing (they didn't dive deep into Leona the same way they did with Riddle, Azul, Jamil, or Vil which is a shame)

But thats not what I'm here to focus. The battle with Jack Howl was significant to me because ain't no way in hell is it possible for a boy that is literally 5'8" getting buck with a 6'2" wolf Therianthrope (i call them Therianthropes because that's the direct translation) and live to tell the tale.

Yeah, he led a gang of delinquents at the ripe age of 14 years old, probably got into plenty of fights but you cannot look me directly into my eyes and tell me this idiot could win against someone like that without magic.

I don't believe Jack held back either. He believes in a fair fight and his own way of justice there's no way he's holding back just because Deuce is a human or because he isn't using magic either.

The way I see it, if it were an average human going toe to toe with Jack, they'd be in the hospital.

Which where my theory comes in— In response to Fae, Merfolk, and Beastmen, humans evolved subtly to keep up.

What i mean by this is, Rook Hunt is strong enough to draw a long bow that weighs more than Trey (whose about 189-190lbs). Vil is capable of keeping up with Jack during their morning runs. (Wolves can run at speeds up to 31-37mph the average human sits at a meager 6.5— 8mph, you can't tell me Vil isn't a beast in these streets)

Rook Hunt literally scares his non-human classmates to the point where they don't even want to be in the same class as him. You can factor in his magic all you want but there's no denying that if you can scare Leona, forever second prince to Afterglow Savanah, you got some freaky shit going on and you need to be put on a watch list.

But I digress...

Without magic I'd assume the average human (not humans with magic they're in whole league of their own) can run around the same mph as Usain Bolt on a good day.

Listen... when you're competing with beastmen for food in prehistoric times, Greek gods that have nothing better to do, and the various unnamed monsters of TWST you've got to step it up or you're out of the game.

Better hearing, better eyesight (although that doesn't mean you can't get shafted by punnet squares and recessive traits, look at Trey!) And overall better stamina because twst!humans remained endurance predators.

Let's not bring up the fact that there might be nonhuman traits passed down, Jamil probably has some unknown snake beastmen trait allows him to adapt to poisons (and by proxy Vil because in order to become the Dormleader of Pomefiore you have to make a strong ass poison)

Now I'm not saying Jamil and Vil are poisonous and probably bond over that fact...

But.... the implications are there.

Here to Have Fun—Ace Never had True Friends.

Here To Have FunAce Never Had True Friends.

Idk why, I just get the vibes that before NRC Ace was definitely the type of person that would float around groups in search of his clique that he could permanently hang out with— Like, let's not deny Ace has a big ego and he seems to have "baby of the family" syndrome but he gives off Cater vibes in that he surrounds himself with people and decides whether or not he wants to drop them as opposed to Cater trying to cover up the loneliness of moving around so much and never being able to cement himself as a person with his family basically overwriting him.

Ace was wildly out of pocket during Heartslabyul —don't get me wrong it was kinda funny with him being slightly insensitive during and after (the scene where Riddle was apologizing) and I wouldn't be surprised if he'd nearly miss his cousins funeral bc he owed him $20 but it also says a lot about him.

He's right—saying sorry doesn't mitigate the damages done, Trey's enabling was basically leading up to this whole debacle but he doesn't actually understand why Trey had been doing it—he understood that Trey was simply doing damage control and wanted his friend was in the wrong, that he'd made the most logical judgment with the priorities he had: keep Riddle in line and from hurting other's without ruining his relationship with him.

Was it a bust in the end? Totally. But Trey was doing his best. Spoiling (shielding) Riddle like a big brother would instead of confronting the issue.

Ace was right to say that it was Trey's fault but he refused to understand— which leads to another point I'm gonna make.

When Riddle came down from his Overblot, apologizing and all Ace bust out by saying apologizing was useless because he was inconvenienced—not just everyone else, him. Yes he made good points about the labor, and how he'd been punished to severely but here's where I make my case!

Ace can't grasp that people are their own, fully realized, dimensional characters.

Ace admits that he broke off with his girlfriend because she wasn't fun—childish asl I swear—but I'd also say that's he's biased and an unreliable narrator.

Ace probably broke off with her because he fell out of love with her or because he wanted to try something new and fun and exciting. Kids have jumped in and out of relationships for less—I remember wanting to date kid because he had a lot of crayons and thought that if I was in a relationship with him, I'd get my share of crayons.

It wouldn't be farfetched to say that Ace essentially did the same—for his own reasons.

He wanted to see what a relationship was like and realized that it required too much commitment—more commitment than he was willing to give. It's easier to say she wasn't fun.

I don't think this is a front that Ace is putting up, I just think Ace struggles with connecting with those around him on a deeper level I'm not projecting i swearrrr Which is why I see him struggling to connect with his peers. Ace pulls up on Yuu and Grim with violence on the brain in the morning on a school day—i can barely function when I wake up let alone in the morning what kind of "school fight at 7 in the morning" behavior is this?

You can also see it with his interactions with Deuce—they're frenemies because Ace wants to challenge Deuce to see what makes him tick which is why in Chap 5, Deuce screams "I want to be stronger than Ace" because they're constantly trying to one up each other—Ace is the type that constantly has hot air in the brain and doesn't understand how to interact with other's normally without being big ass and Deuce, who needs approval to better himself for his mother's sake and for his dreams, sees that as Ace being antagonistic.

Ace and Deuce are both put in leadership roles as well—Ace is naturally good at being a people pleaser without sacrificing himself and Deuce because he can command a room—in starry robes Trey and Jamil even comment that his enthusiasm makes up for his horrible dancing skills, or the Halloween event where his old gang members showed up and he was able to command them just as easily (b4 folding them like clean laundry).

He said it himself—he's there to have fun and dassit—Cater has fun in order to cover up the shitstorm of insecurities and vulnerabilities he has, rounds up friends and flatters others in an effort to get what he wants to curb the loneliness he feels. Cater is bitter because of unresolved feelings.

Ace isn't bitter and as far as we know he's got a loving family with his brother being a bootyhole to him for shiggles.

Ace thinks he's the main character lmaooo. And who wouldn't think that with how prodigious he is? Dude learned one of the nichest animal languages bc he fucked up and Riddle was gonna kill him. He was able to do the mental math of how much they'd all get, in cash, from VDC in Chap 5. Ace scored higher than bothe Deuce and Grim in Chap 3 which implies that he didn't need the notes in the first place he just didn't want to study.

Ace has a big ego as well and we can see that with his interactions, he also has a bug disconnection problem with realizing other peoples' feelings—so I can see him never truly having friends or a group he permanently wants to hang out with because he can't see outside of himself—he's not a bad person bc of that he just can't see why people are willing to go the highway instead his way.

He wants to have fun and with Wii music playing nonstop in that head of his, he doesn't really think about how his actions end up hurting others or when they get offended by what he has to say because of how provocative his manner of speaking is.

He can't see how someone could be upset with him or why.

It makes him lonlier than he wants to be.

Twisted Wonderland theory time: Did Dire Crowley Summon Yuu on purpose? Does Yuu have powers? What is his true intention?

Spoilers for the game below the cut!!! You’ve been warned~

In the very beginning of the game, you, the player, play a short snippet through the eyes of our favorite headmage, Crowley. Here, he speaks in a way more serious tone than his usual manner, and no one else is present but himself.

Twisted Wonderland Theory Time: Did Dire Crowley Summon Yuu On Purpose? Does Yuu Have Powers? What Is

As you can see, he’s speaking towards the Dark Mirror, but he is not referring to it. He speaks of a benefactor. A flower of evil. Interesting choice of words, wouldn’t you think?

It’s like he knows the person he’s seeking after is just on the other side.

For those of you who don’t know, a benefactor is (literal definition) a person who gives money or other to help a person or cause. Basically someone who helps someone else out. And who could that person in need of help be?

Dire Crowley. Is it because he’s in dire circumstances? In need of someone’s help? Here’s a quote I found:

“For you, for me, for them, time is running out.”

Seems urgent or dire, doesn’t it? Also, the terminology he uses here caught my attention as well. He refers to the unknown party as “my proud flower of evil”. What does a flower need? Nurturing. Crowley’s known to use interesting nomenclature for his students, after all.

But now, who does Crowley need to dump all of his problems on, expose them to immense Overblot incidents in the meanwhile? Yuu.

Another piece of evidence I’d like to bring up.

Twisted Wonderland Theory Time: Did Dire Crowley Summon Yuu On Purpose? Does Yuu Have Powers? What Is

This confirms that he wasn’t directly referring to the Dark Mirror before, but he was seeking someone out.

The word “visage” can mean the manifestation, image, or aspect of something. From this, my guess is that Crowley is seeking out some unknown party to conform to him, like the flower language used earlier.

I highly doubt the Mirror would bring anyone to NRC who had no magic inside them. Yuu was sent because (I think) Crowley specifically asked.

Grim, a creature (cat-weasel) with immense layers of 1000 year old curse magic, however, was also sent to NRC. But, why?

By this point, we all know about the time loop theory. My personal interpretation is that after each calamity that falls, the cycle repeats again. And again. And again. It’s basically pushed into our faces that Grim will overblot at some point, but his will be even stronger than all of the others’.

Crowley says this to Yuu before he realizes they’re not the typical student.

Twisted Wonderland Theory Time: Did Dire Crowley Summon Yuu On Purpose? Does Yuu Have Powers? What Is

Alongside with the coffin/raven imagery, it doesn’t give too good of an idea. That’s why the school is called Night Raven College. Each student represents a bird, a raven. Ravens symbolize the path between the living and spirit realm. Not saying that everyone in TWST is dead, per se…but it’s an interesting concept.

Let’s shy away from this for a moment. Consider this next piece of evidence as well.

Twisted Wonderland Theory Time: Did Dire Crowley Summon Yuu On Purpose? Does Yuu Have Powers? What Is

For a student with no magic, it’s a little ironic that Yuu has prophetic dreams of the past, isn’t it? Every time, roughly 3 days before an overblot occurs, they have a dream based off of the overblotee’s member of the Great 7.

Now, anyone who’s watched the Disney movies featuring the villains in TWST know their true story. Obviously. Those in TWST idolize the Great 7, believing them to be good historical figures. Yet, we see the truth. Through Yuu’s eyes.

Let’s take a look at something else.

Twisted Wonderland Theory Time: Did Dire Crowley Summon Yuu On Purpose? Does Yuu Have Powers? What Is

Considering the connection between Mickey and Yuu (In Thru the Mirror and Ramshackle Dorm), their interactions are just a bit more than interesting. Yuu sees him in their dreams, and vice versa. I have a small guess that the world of TWST was created by the Mouse himself, tbh.

The name “Mickey” actually means “Who is like God”. My personal best guess is it’s some sort of deviation from Micheal or Mikhail. After all, Mickey IS the mascot of literally everything Disney…

This might sound stupid/outlandish, but that mouse has power. I’m so serious. The Mirrorverse is canon in the Disney universe, after all. My guess is that TWST is one of those worlds, but where the villains were victorious instead of our beloved heroes.

Yuu is the only one to have such prophetic dreams, that we know of thus far. They so happen to embody the ravens perfectly, as they symbolize prophecy and insight. Though Yuu has no magic, it does make me wonder…

Were they blessed by a higher being, to have such powers to reveal the truth?

With all of the context here, it’s clear that the history of Twisted Wonderland is inaccurate. Warped. The villains aren’t actually the heroes, like everyone else thinks. In reality, they’re the complete opposite.

This might be because of propaganda pushed forward by the Seven’s loyal followers, as a way to blot over their muddy images.

Let’s talk about overblots for a moment. With Yuu always being exposed to so many overblots, you’d think they’d eventually go through it themselves. But, they don’t have magic, do they? Or so everyone else thinks.

I have a hunch that Yuu in fact does have some kind of magic, buried deep inside them. It’s dormant, asleep. Needing to be awakened. Needing to be nurtured to show its true colors.

Also, when Yuu first arrived, one of the first individuals we meet is Crowley. He literally says, “There you are!”.

Like he’d been expecting Yuu. Planning for them to come to NRC.

Another thing, Crowley doesn’t seem like the type of person to care all too much if a student misses a ceremony. But, he escorted Yuu there himself. And, when he found out that Yuu had “no magic”, he let them stay instead of sending them home.

You’d think he’d be more eager to send them back to where they came from, right? But, no. He doesn’t seem all too bothered by letting Yuu stay. Like he knows they have some sort of purpose to serve.

But, he has to have a reason for all of this, doesn’t he? Well, it’s not made clear at this moment. Maybe we’ll find out in future books.

Before we wrap it up here, here’s some food for thought, and some of my own personal thoughts.

Dire Crowley knows something everything else doesn’t. And it’s bad. Catastrophic, even. He knew it was bad enough that it could potentially put his world in danger. Desperate times call for desperate measures, don’t they? And he needed to call for something. And what would be the thing to save his world?

His beautiful flower of evil.

But, that’s just a theory. :)

Random TWST thought Pt II :: Yuu/MC is Mickey's TWST counterpart

Written on December 19, 2021

Summary: A shower thought regarding the prefect being the mouse's twsted counterpart. It came from a crack discussion with a dear friend and ever since then I felt like I was thrown in the matrix/lh

Think about it, only Yuu has ever been the constant factor across overblots, yes all of them, and understandable why- they are an oddity in the norm of twisted wonderland. Yet they get those dreams of those scenes from the movies that correlate with the OB victims. Mickey has only ever appeared in ramshackle so im concluding that ramshackle is where mickey would thrive- bare with me here.

Mickey is the mascot of disney. and disney was the one who made those movies and scenes yuu dreams of. As the creator or rather the reteller of these old myths and legends- you as the creator would know these stories. Now who else gets tidbits of stories regarding the twsted versions of these disney characters?

yuu in their dreams.

now hold that thought for a moment- going back to the OBs we have to remember that in every single OB they only happened because Yuu and Co. manages to push and open the traumas and pasts of the OB victims, and if we really look at it- everything that happens in their dreams mirror the OBs which is a given- since they are twsted off of these characters. but only Yuu has ever gotten these visions and they seem to be the only one to sense the blot as shown by the dropping sfx. what if the reason they are the only ones who see these dream tidbits is because they as mickey/disney would by default know how the story goes since mickey/disney made these stories they are based off of.

Yes, mickey as well, because remember that mickey without a sorcerer's hat is inherently magicless, without that hat they cant tap into their conjuring magic. who else is magicless without a companion? Yuu.

Mickey has met all the villains in house of mouse according to my friend so yuu having met most of the OB victims and possible victims...do yall get where im getting at.? Mickey in house of mouse is special he is able to interact with almost everyone no matter what franchise.

Yuu is a prefect they are able to go about most of campus with their position. Their position is unique from the dorm leaders and vice- heck they might even be the one and only prefect at school pls correct me if im wrong

The main duty of prefects is to maintain an atmosphere of friendly cooperation, peace, discipline and unity in the School.

Yuu has to keep things orderly no matter the chaos.

Wasn't mickey technically also doing the same thing in house of mouse where he met and interacted with the villains? Not just to the villains alone but in every episode—

Each episode focuses on a story involving Mickey and his associates facing an issue during an evening's operation of the club, and their efforts to overcome it.

*Looks at the episodic format of the twst story line so far*

What if Mickey here in twst "failed" with keeping the unity hence why the seven are suddenly glorified figures when us the MC/yuu have visions of their much more "darker" stories aka the original movies. If we're really mickey/disney then of course we'd know the true course of the great seven's legends.

So what if nrc and twst itself is like a generational repeat —

hence why leona is based off of scar, vil from the evil queen, Riddle from the queen of hearts etc, but since mickey "failed" there's no next gen mouse to try and keep the peace and unity- so what if fate decided on calling someone from another world to be mickey's figure piece on the chess board- it wouldn't technically go against the rules since Mickey himself isn't trapped in a single franchise, as the mascot of the one who made said franchises.

But this is just a far off guess since even mickey in game looks confused.

The only reason I feel like he's in the same state as those visions of the great seven in their true series is because of the art styles. The dreams and mickey himself when shown in gane are in that disaturated simple 2d line work and minimal shading we're all familiar with in the OG movies. What if Mickey was also stuck in a dream limbo of some sorts.?

In the house of mouse series it's mickey who hosts the whole thing, in a way he's organizing the whole thing, he's the one who is able to server everyone in the dinner club and cater to them as needed.

This is the part where we mirror mickey, in Twisted Wonderland, it's us/yuu/MC the prefect that gets summoned/invited to the twsted characters, opposite to Mickey's situation where the characters go to him in the dinner club.

Mirroring the mouse might be a far stretch but hey we talk to him via mirror anyways uwhdidhdkdj

HEY HEY !! I saw your theory about Yuu being a twst version of mickey and we kinda have the same thoughts! Though, I wanna share a few bits of my theory to you as well! I hope you don't mind :] I actually agree with what you said for the most part! Although, for me, I actually think it is Crowley who is the first person to be Mickey's counterpart! I theorize that Crowley was the same as Prefect before. Crowley from a different world, was sent to TWST and has a task to fulfill, which is basically stopping overblots and he was the Prefect back then. But then, something happened. I still haven't thought of a possible event but I think Crowley Overblotted back then. He was taken to the S.T.Y.X Organization and they study blots and stuff, right? So I think it's safe to say that He OB at some point. Maybe the reason why He OB was because he was cursed or something and that curse made him OB. And then he failed his supposed mission. He quickly tried to make things work out again by becoming the Principal and stuff. So when he heard that Yuu was from another world, He catched on and thought that Yuu will be his replacement. That's why he makes us do tasks (the ones related to the OB stories) and he doesn't let us go home yet BECAUSE the Mission he failed to do needed to be completed. If you say that this is a bit of a stretch.. I agree LMAO. I think I stretched a bit too hard on this one as well, so please take it as a grain of salt! I just like talking about theories :]

Anon yes darling I welcome all hypothesis and thoughts this place is a safe space for testing out ideas. I don't mind anyone going in my inbox for this sort of thing it lightens up my mood truth be told dkjd

With that aside- *slams hands on table* THAT IS A REALLY COOL TAKE ON CROWLEY-

And the fact that- his last name kinda adds substance to the theory because

Anglicized form of Gaelic Ó Cruadhlaoich 'descendant of Cruadhlaoch', a personal name composed of the elements cruadh 'hardy' + laoch 'hero'. English: variant spelling of Crawley.

"descendant of the hard hero" or "descendant of the hardy warrior", was anglicised to "Crowley" or "O'Crowley"

Hero.? Mickey pspsps-/lh

Baring with the thought that perhaps his eyes and ears are effects of his curse- ohohoho the plot thickens.

Even his design elements are somewhat in line with the thought! His sprite has 7 keys (4 chained to his hip and three on his hat) along with 4 mirrors (three and one respectively-) it may be just because he's a headmaster and therefore has control over the school's affairs hence the keys but-

HEY HEY !! I Saw Your Theory About Yuu Being A Twst Version Of Mickey And We Kinda Have The Same Thoughts!
HEY HEY !! I Saw Your Theory About Yuu Being A Twst Version Of Mickey And We Kinda Have The Same Thoughts!

What if those seven keys also represented his task of keeping the unity in that generation 👀. As a "prefecf" he'd of course have access to all seven dorms as opposed to merely one like the dormleaders/house wardens. That and the 4 mirrors, why would he need four.? There's an ongoing belief of him being based off of the crow from the evil queen hence the mirror connection- but why four specifically.? I don't have an answer for that myself but perhaps those mirrors can be contributed to a possible world jumping *nudge*.

And another part that semi supports the thought- this was something a good friend of mine pointed out

"If Crowley was already planning on expelling grim, yuu and the adeuce duo during the mine incident where he wrote the expulsion papers before they came back- how come he already had a ready made gem for grim in the form of a collar.?"

Even if he's an all powerful being- having something like that ready made seems a bit suspicious if you asked me dkdjdjhd unless he was indeed expecting Yuu to take up his failed task and he knew they were magicless so he prepped a gem- but what if he specifically prepped it for grim because he didn't want Yuu to end up failing like him who mag or may not have been cursed via blot.

I made a ramble before about how magicless students can overblot so I'm using that as a reason for now eheh-

Overall this is a really wild and fun take on him! I don't mind hearing more flung theories and thoughts on the lore (and if you do come in again, leave an emote for me to know it's you anon n.n)

Headmaster Speculation [Unfinished/Half-baked]

To be specific, this was an old thought ramble after a discord friend pointed something out regarding my Crowley rants from before. Again this is all pure speculation with a dash of imagination nothing more nothing less. I'm open for discussion about this (agreeing or disagreeing I'm fine with such) just please be respectful about it thank you ^ ^.

Reference posts used: [Crowley Rant] [Yuu is Twsted Mickey Mouse]

⚠️ Mentions of rebirth and (pixelated) picture of The Seven Deadly Sins and the Four Last Things

Headmaster Crowley through the lens of a Painting:

Headmaster Speculation [Unfinished/Half-baked]

I remember posting about how Yuu can possibly be twst mickey. After that an anonymous ask was sent saying how they also theorized Crowley being a prefect at one point (yet he didn't get the job done as intended so now he's pushing yuu to do it.)

Then it occurred to me how Crowley had both keys and mirrors on his person, and how there were seven keys and four mirrors, I pointed the numerical count on the answer for the ask then another art friend of mine suggested that, what if it was a reference (or a similarly patterned narrative) to the painting of "The Seven Deadly Sins and the Four Last Things"

(Seven keys Seven sins four mirrors four last things)

At first I didn't really consider it since the number seven is a prominently symbolic number in literature "seven sins seven virtues seven days of a week seven colors in a rainbow etc." And the four might’ve just been an artistic design but then, I started reading into the paintings' wiki.

The paintings' composition made sense four corners four things death hell heaven and judgement. It light bulbed how often mirros tend to ride on the "rebirth renewal and truth" theme so I started considering the 4 aspect being important.

Then, I read more and you all remember how Crowley is the headmaster and the overseer of the school?

And how in the beginning of the game there was a line about "For me, For them, For you. We are all running out of time. No matter what, never let go of my hand." Etc.

In the middle of the painting, inscribed in Latin it says:

"For they are a nation void of counsel, neither is there any understanding in them", above, and "O that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would consider their latter end!"

Headmaster Speculation [Unfinished/Half-baked]

If the anon's take from that past post of mine was correct and Crowley was indeed supposed to have been the first "prefect" figure in rounding up the shackled seven of twst in this generation but failed then... what if that's why he keeps pushing Yuu to do the dirty work with the blot victims

Because they're "running out of time" since their "latter end" is near.

If my Yuu Mickey ramble was also correct, maybe the nation void of counsel is twisted wonderland itself with correlation to the Great Seven and their deeds/influence, "Neither is their understanding in them" may pertain to how the great seven are glorified when they're in reality villains of their myths. "O that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would consider their latter end!" Again, going back to the theory, what if they're aware of the generational repeat? What if they're aware that one day there will be another Mickey/Hero destined to overthrow the positive stasis of the current seven (now in the form of the Overblot Victims) and they're slowly succeeding but- something will inevitably happen along the way.

Regarding the mirrors and the whole death hell heaven judgement aspect, what if Crowley took yuu's hand through the mirror in the sense that they'll be the new mantle to bring fourth long due judegement over the twsted seven. In reference to my yuu is mickey theory where I asusme yuu has a duty of making things right where mickey originally went wrong.

The Ashengrotto Family Theory

So you thought this was the last you’d see of Sherbet Shark’s crazed rambles HAHA. You assumed wrong, but now, I have other friends to help me, @rrasado, @hey-its-cweepy, hence the tiny squid in the right-hand corner and @luvielle

This post is mainly speculation and, again, a theory. We do not intend these mad rambles to be seen as canon by fellow fans or content creators; these are just us brainstorming. By making this post, we have no intention to create hate for the yet-to-be-introduced side characters, mainly Azul’s parental roles (Mother, Father, and Step-father) and Azul’s Grandma. Again this is speculation and theories we concluded.  You can discuss this with us on our respective Tumblr blogs about this theory.

The Knight of Dawn is feared by the faes and he has gold hair and white shining armour.....HMMMM?????!?#RayInTheAbyss pic.twitter.com/lsm7a9Qgtj

If Silver Is Truly A Descendant Of The Silver Owls, Specifically The Knight Of Dawn... Then His Dorm

If Silver is truly a descendant of the Silver Owls, specifically the Knight of Dawn... Then His dorm card is just a big foreshadow to it all 😭😭‼️‼️💥💥

but the knight of dawn has blonde hair (Aurora's hair color I guess)--- So Silver probably got his iridescent hair from his mother✨

Edit: I just realized---- Dawn happens as an end of the night, right? and the Knight of Dawn fought the creatures of the night and he is also feared by them... The Dawn eliminates the night to give way for humanity

But in Silver's dorm, he is situated in the sunset... Sunset happens for the day embracing the night... So it kind of signifies Silver as the Knight who accepts the creatures of the night instead of fighting them 😭😭😭

Complete Guide to the “Crowley is Levan” Theory

Hello, its the self-proclaimed Crowley/Levan theory expert, back at it again! (*゚∀゚*) I’m really shocked at Book 7’s recent update, and I’m seeing more and more people get into the Crowley/Levan theory.

But for everyone who is new to this theory, people who aren’t yet convinced, or anyone who just wants the major points in one document, I decided to write everything I know about this theory, with the help from posts from my fellow theorists! Of course, at the end of the day it’s just a theory, so make your own conclusions! ^_^

Buckle up everyone for a very long post rife with lore! I worked hard on this one, as it is a culmination of ALL my previous theories, so sharing is appreciated haha. Heavy Book 7 spoilers ahead!

This theory revolves around the idea that Headmage Dire Crowley is actually Duke Levan, the father of Malleus Draconia. Before we get into the nitty-gritty details, let’s go over everything we know SO FAR.

Complete Guide To The Crowley Is Levan Theory

Levan (Revan, Levaan, and Revaan is also a common spelling) is the husband of Meleanor Draconia, who is the Princess of Wild Rose Castle. Levan is a Duke, Diplomat, nobleman, and the left-hand war general. He had control over the Eastern Fort while Lilia had control over the Western Fort. His title is “Ryūgan Duke Levan,” or 竜眼公レヴァーン in Japanese. The characters imply a connection to the Chinese Long, and Ryūgan very roughly translates to “Dragon eyed,” although it is uncertain if Levan is a Dragon Fae, or if this is just his title. Levan is referred to as Meleanor’s “eyes, limbs, and husband,” so perhaps “Dragon Eyed” refers to his connection to Meleanor? Due to his name, people also suspect he may be a bird Fae, specifically a raven.

He seems to be based of Diablo, Maleficent’s raven. From what we know from Lilia, he is slightly meek (according to childhood stories) and gentle, always with a smile on his face. However, he is also extremely dependable and strong. Rumor has it he fought against the Dawn Knight, a figure that the night Fae fear for his power. Despite Levan’s clumsiness, Meleanor is very enamored with him, praising him for the smallest of things while punishing everyone else. Meleanor refers to Levan as “beautiful,” although we have no silhouette or voice for him currently. Levan grew up with Meleanor and Lilia, and was very close with Lilia, who was the right-hand general.

Complete Guide To The Crowley Is Levan Theory

When Lilia ripped up his invitation to NRC, Levan painstakingly took all the pieces out of the trash and pieced them all together, storing the invitation in the Royal Archive for Lilia to come back 500 years later. Lilia wonders if Levan somehow knew that he would go to NRC with Malleus in the future. Levan is also very willing to start relations with humans compared to the rest of Briar Valley, as he taught Lilia the human language, and has said that he hopes one day, the humans and Fae can share a common language to exchange culture and history together in peace. This positive attitude and willingness to teach is likely what made him such a good diplomat.

However, Levan went missing in the Silver Owls vs. Briar Valley war when leading a mission to deliver letters to the Eastern Fort. Meleanor is heavily implied to be dead, but Levan simply disappeared and never returned. In Briar Valley history books, he is assumed to be dead, but little information of him is known.

But what does all this backstory have anything to do with Dire Crowley? He’s unreliable, manipulative, and never does more work than necessary, even with all the student Overblots. He sounds nothing like Levan. Well, let’s go to the birthplace of this theory to see what’s up:

Crowley and Malleus Parallels

Complete Guide To The Crowley Is Levan Theory

Black hair with a green-ish tint, pale skin, pointed ears, dark lips, and a similar tall stature. No other character besides Meleanor resembles Malleus to this degree.

Although no dialogue has confirmed it, it is heavily, HEAVILY implied that Crowley is in fact, one of the Fae. He’s been Headmage at NRC for at least 100 years and several of his features imply a Fae heritage. He even gets offended when the Ghost Camera, that was invented in a great-great grandmothers time, is referred to as “old,” as if he took offense to the implication that HE’S old. He’s likely a bird Fae, as he may transform into a raven/crow in the opening animation, and his voice lines show him with bird-like habits. Crowley also refers to his “wings” several times as a part of his anatomy.

@twisted-tech shows that in the Glorious Masquerade event, Malleus wears an costume that’s startlingly similar to Crowley’s outfit, down to the detailed vest to the feathers on his shoulders. In the animation announcement for GloMas, Malleus stands in front of the light the same exact way Crowley does in the opening prologue animation.

Complete Guide To The Crowley Is Levan Theory

The 2nd anniversary animation also has a strange moment between Crowley and Malleus, with Crowley appearing for a quick moment, before a light shines over him, revealing Malleus.

In Malleus’ birthday-boy interview he mentions how black is the color of nobility in Briar Valley, thus his tendency to wear all-black attire. Isn’t it interesting how Crowley’s main outfit color is black? On a similar note, when an Alchemy Special Lesson is triggered, Malleus says “He’s [Crowley] is far from ordinary.” Malleus, who prides himself for being extremely powerful to the point he thinks less of others, thinks Crowley is unusual? Does he sense a type of power from Crowley, or does something seem uncomfortably familiar about him?

Complete Guide To The Crowley Is Levan Theory

And last but certainly not least, Crowley’s secret concept art. This in-person event was very exclusive, so many obscure concept art pieces of the characters were only shown here. Crowley seemed to be grouped with the Diasomnia cast with the same color palette, and his purple cape is highly reminiscent of Maleficent’s. He even has briars climbing up his leg. He even has the stamp of the three good fairies on his paper, just like the beta designs for Lilia and Malleus. Of course, concept art should not be used too heavily as a source, but this is certainly no coincidence, and don’t you think it’s odd how secretive this image is? Most fans have no idea this concept art exists.

These two must have some type of connection with each other- this evidence alone is what convinced me in the first place. However, this is just the beginning:

Ravens & Crows Symbolism, Levan vs Crowley

Levan and Crowley have a shocking amount of similarities too! Ravens in mythology were considered to be messengers of the gods, and were especially connected to Apollo, the god of Prophecy. I think that Levan’s unique magic was the gift of Propechy, as in he could see future events. Bringing back Lilia’s line of if Levan somehow knew he would go to NRC with Malleus 500 years in the future, I say yes! He knew many things about what the future held due to his magic, and it makes sense with Raven symbolism. Crowley also has a strange knowledge of future events, from the STYX invasion to Grim’s magestone collar. @rayroseu has also pointed out the Malleus’ egg heavily resembles a Black Opal, which symbolizes death and destruction, and was used to “gaze” into the past, present, and future. Hmmm

What if as a way to reunite with Lilia and Malleus, Levan became the Headmage of NRC? He would have every skill necessary to do so, and Crowley has many connections to the school board, STYX, the Asim’s, Jupiter Conglomerate, etc. He’s not as much as fool as he’d like you to think- he’s in charge of the prestigious school for a very good reason. He knows the perfect balance of manipulation and sweet-talking, just as expected of the diplomat and envoy, just like ravens were in mythology.

Ravens have symbolized death and destruction for a very long time- and isn’t it interesting how Crowley’s first name is “Dire,” as in ‘disastrous’? Yana Toboso has confirmed that “Dire” is actually pronounced as the English word “Dear,” like ‘beloved.’ @sote-forever has pointed out that the origin of Levan’s name means “gracious/merciful,” which feels oddly familiar to Crowley’s catchphrase of “I am so kind/Watashi yasashii no de.” The EN translation uses “gracious” instead of “kind” a lot as well 👀

Speaking of his catchphrase, in Book 7 when Grim hears more about Levan, he says that Levan sounded like a “kind man.” He even uses the same exact language as Crowley uses, ‘yasashi,’ meaning gentle and kind. Just like the meaning of Levan’s name. For reference:

私 優しいので is Watashi Yasahii No de “Because I’m kind.”

優しかった is what Grim said: Yasahikatta (?) meaning “He was kind”

Complete Guide To The Crowley Is Levan Theory

Back to the death symbolism, I mentioned that ravens were Psychopomp. In mythology, ravens were said to guide human souls to the underworld by the will of the gods. And isn’t it interesting how NRC is FULL of death and underworld symbolism? Technically, Crowley IS the Psychopomp, because he is responsible for transporting the students and is the only one with a special key to unlocking the students coffins. He even says in the prologue that the coffins were designed to represent the “departure of your previous world, and rebirth into a new one.”

As a side note, crows and ravens fall under the same exact word in Japanese: karasu. There are some instances in the EN translation where crow and raven are mixed up, as Diablo, Maleficent’s raven, is referred to as a “crow” in one of Malleus’s chats. Hmmm

Crowley’s cane is also interesting. Not only does the bottom key part spell out “Raven,” the top of his cane looks exactly like Diablo when he was turned into stone at the end of Sleeping Beauty. Although I do agree that Crowley has connections to the Evil Queen’s crow, I think he could be inspired by both. Similarly, NRC’s logo is a raven with a crown above his head. Levan WAS royalty, after all…

Complete Guide To The Crowley Is Levan Theory

Levan also has a special acceptance of humans. His wife DESPISES humans, but he learned a common language of the Fae and humans in order to communicate, and even taught other Fae the language himself. And once again, he saved Lilia’s invitation to NRC. Doesn’t he sound like someone who wishes to share knowledge? He wants peaceful communication between humans and Fae to share culture and history, just like what NRC is like today. It feels a lot like a Headmage’s behavior, don’t you think?

From the way Meleanor treated Levan, Levan’s behavior sounds oddly like Crowley’s. Meleanor praised him for the most basic things, and seemed to dote over him a lot. Crowley is incredibly egotistical about doing literally the most basic shit ever lmaoo, but I can’t blame him for getting a big head if he used to be always praised for it. Lilia also says that Levan would probably return with a big smile on his face. In every single animation that Crowley is present in, he always has a smile on his face, watching carefully over the events.

Levan also seemed to be a bit of a crybaby in his childhood, as Lilia said that when they got lost in a forest, he “could never forget Levan’s pitiful expression.” Crowley definitely has an aversion to death or people getting hurt, and has cried several times when he gets overemotional.

In the prologue, Crowley claims to be intimately acquainted with every single students homelands. Yes, his hobby IS vacationing, but I think he knows the lands way more intimately than simple sightseeing. Again, Levan was a diplomat. He would have a vast amount of knowledge about the inner workings, culture, and history of many different foreign lands.

Edit: We also have NO IDEA of Crowley’s homeland. If I remember correctly, he’s the only character where his land of origin is unknown. Why would TWST do this, unless this was a huge spoiler? Like…say if Crowley’s homeland was Briar Valley???

Complete Guide To The Crowley Is Levan Theory

And finally, I think it’s EXTREMELY suspicious that we have not seen at least a silhouette of Levan, despite his name coming up in conversations several times. Why would his silhouette not be revealed, unless his silhouette is a dead giveaway to a character we already know? Same reasoning for why we haven’t had a flashback with his voice- his voice would just reveal the truth. Additionally, NRC seems to lack books over the history of Briar Valley and what happened to Levan and Meleanor. In one of the History Lessons, Malleus mentions a photo of Lilia in a history book. Perhaps there are history books with a painting/photo of Levan? It would explain why the history is so lacking, because Crowley doesn’t want his past self to be seen.

Meleanor, NRC & Other

Whew, we’re almost done! This is the miscellaneous category, but just as important as the above points.

Complete Guide To The Crowley Is Levan Theory

Meleanor, OB Malleus, and Crowley have many many similarities. I go into more detail in the linked post, but Meleanor’s and Crowley’s features definitely “combine” in Malleus’ features. Take for example, Meleanor’s straight dark teal hair and Crowley’s wavy black hair with a slight greenish tint. It merges perfectly into Malleus’s hair. There are many similarities in their outfit designs too, so I recommend looking at this post!

Complete Guide To The Crowley Is Levan Theory

This is very strange, but the coliseum and Diasomnia’s dorm hallway have the SAME EXACT DESIGNS as the passageway in Briar Valley (converted into a Silver Owl hideout) and the hall in MELEANOR’S castle. No one could have this punt of knowledge of these locations, especially Meleanor’s castle that was covered in briars and abandoned. Unless…someone at NRC was intimately acquainted with both of these locations. Perhaps a noblemen like Levan would know? Meaning, Crowley?

Crowley in the prologue talks to his “proud, beautiful flower of evil” in the mirror. I highly recommend rewatching the part, because Crowley’s voice just shows how much love he has for this flower of evil. Lili refers to Meleanor as the “most evil Princess,” and she is also the Princess of Wild Rose Castle. Rose like a flower 🌹 \(//∇//)\ She is also an extremely proud person, and does not hesitate to strike people down for disagreeing with her.

Many people ask why Levan would abandon Meleanor, especially when he loved her. I don’t think he willingly abandoned her at all! If my theory of his prophecy magic is right, he knew that there was nothing he could do to prevent Meleanor’s death and the fall of their castle. And who knows, what if Levan Overblotted when he went missing? He led a GROUP of messengers to the Eastern Fort, so what happened to these messengers? Did they die at his hands when he Overblotted? It’s a common theory that Crowley is under the influence of blot, as his mask and gloves would cover Overblot markings.

@ventique18 has also mentioned that a dark Fae’s love in literature is depicted to be OBSESSIVE, as in the couple can drive themselves mad over their love for each other. I think Crowley was a much kinder and genuine person as Levan, but Meleanor’s death permanently scarred him. Plus, as much as we don’t want to admit it, it’s been 500 years. Look at Lilia: he’s changed SO MUCH over the years since his time as general. Why can’t Levan do the same? Longing to reunite with his loved one for CENTURIES isn’t healthy at all, but he desires it so much that he’s willing to hurt innocent people in order to achieve it.

This is out of the TWST canon lol, but there’s potentially a lot of connection to Edgar Allen Poe’s “Lenore” and “The Raven.” Lenore mourns a “queenliest dead that ever died so young” before her wedding, which could parallel Meleanor dying before Malleus’ birth. The Raven represents the pure desperation, grief, and insanity of him wanting to see his lost love again: Lenore, and how he’s unable to cope with her passing. UM??!!!

FINALLY, as the saying goes: Malleus had to get his loser genes from somewhere. Hope this helps! 🤪

Jokes aside, I’m exhausted but I feel very happy to have made this guide! Many thanks to all the blogs I’ve mentioned above, and to Gasmask on Youtube, Otome Atui on Youtube, and MoonlightEquin1 on Twitter for translations!!! It really helped me out my thoughts together in this theory, and I hope it can serve as a reference guide to everyone else!

I had to link a lot of my separate theories just because there is too much to go over in one post, and I’m very limited with photos on mobile 。゚(゚´ω`゚)゚。 If yall can think of anything else to add, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you to everyone for your support, it’s so fun theorizing with everybody!! 💞💞💞

Just a Random Theory For Twst :)

Warning : english is not my native langunge okey :""")

Okey guys, I have a randon theory that, maybe... Malleus is intentionally to overblot. Because on Twisted promo art, Malleus walked toward the overblot pool? Or something? (Like yess... I still think that is overblot ink).

Like in this pict :

Just A Random Theory For Twst :)

Like... MALLEUS IS THE ONLY ONE WHO WALK TOWARD THAT POOL!!!! And the others just stay still in there coffin. Well except Leona and Idia.

Im sure lot of you guys know the theory that Idia and Leona maybe team up (from yaoyaobae twitter) , because like yess... that sure make sense, because back from chapter 6, LEONA IS THE ONLY ONE WHO REALIZE THAT HE WAS IN THE VIRTUAL WORLDD!!!!

And Idia, back from chapter 7 part 3, he realize that something is wrong. Bruhhh plisss Twisted... I just need answer, I DONT NEED SLEEP!!! 😭😭😭

Ekhem... like I just have the feeling, remember what Idia said, that when you overblot you got a buff for your magic and whatever if I remember it correctly, because English is NOT may native languange and I just a random person who like Twisted and try to understand the whole big plot and history of this magicly world 🙃🙃🙃.

Anyway, maybe because of this, Malleus planned to wrap the whole Sage Island to dreamland :))) (Lol I just called that dreamland) just like in Sleeping Beauty movie.

Omg what have I just write... forget this random thinking of mine 😭😭😭

Actual Representation Of What It Feels Like To Crack Open The Entire Plot Of Twst Ch7 With @bluelightning16

@llondonfog & @bluelightning16 's very self-indulgent and WILD twst wonderland ch 7 theory —buckle up

The child hadn't perished after all.

Failure— she had forgotten in her long, long reign its bitter taste as she stares at the thinly veiled concern building in her once-hardened General's crimson eyes, tapered fingers tightening imperceptibly along the arm of her throne as he explains in a strained voice that the palace healers had discovered his adopted human son was somehow cursed with a sleeping spell.

How? What had gone awry?

Everything had been so intricately planned, the silken seduction of a spider's web laid in place to ensnare all those fools who thought to challenge their very existence, to challenge her. The war had been in their favor from the very beginning, the measly human kingdoms no match for fae power, majesty, and might. It would have been all too easy to subdue those that remained, to let them remember the cost of what it meant to incur the wrath of those far superior to them. An all but assured victory would have been in their grasp, the opportunity to finally smite the greedy who had dared for so long to ravage their lands and seize the power within, had it not been for one rebellious kingdom that thought it had the right to sue for peace.

And then, her idiotic son had somehow gone soft, had actually proposed that they bend a knee to the humans and listen to their compromise! As if none of their suffering had mattered, as if the despair of their people who had been persecuted by humankind meant nothing to him! If he had been a changeling, she might have laughed— for he surely could not have been any blood of hers. It was unfortunate, for even she could be sorrowful, that he and his wife mysteriously perished in an apparent human ambush, leaving behind their only son now hers to claim.

It was also unfortunate that there needed to be arrangements for an old court ally to purr promises of wealth and power to a greedy mage privileged enough to serve as a confidant to the human royals, in exchange for a very simple task indeed. A fae curse of sleeping death, a painless end (and far more than they deserved) that would eradicate the royal family and incite the people into a frenzy that somehow they had been betrayed. It had only been too easy for her esteemed General to overpower the now leaderless kingdom, satisfied with the reports of the royal family's elimination.

Yet, those reports hadn't been accurate.

She knows that now, staring at the silver-haired child clinging to Vanrouge's leg, auroral eyes so much like that of his mother. The sleeping curse had somehow failed on the child, and fickle, gleeful fate had delivered him straight into the arms of the very fae who had led the assault to decimate what would have been his own kingdom.

But this child in complete ignorance of his inheritance, this little, precious, gleaming tool yet to be molded— Silver, was it?

Vanrouge had always been so quaint with his names.

Perhaps all was not yet lost. She had seen the way those opalescent eyes stare with utter adoration at Vanrouge, and watch Malleus perform his magic with wonder and awe. There was promise there, formation of vulnerable bonds that could set the course of the next century in motion.

The human would die for her grandson.

She'd ensure it.

Warnings: Major Character Death // uhhhh inspired by this post regarding the wild ch7 theory with @bluelightning16

(He wonders, vaguely, if this is how it feels to watch a star die.)

Malleus does not go quickly, nor without a fight. He is as raw in his effervescent rage, stunning in his vicious movements as Silver is pitiful in his wretched, but yet, inevitable betrayal. If he could allow himself the pleasure of the moment, he might have taken the time to console the other fae (more monster than man / more dragon than fae, isn't he, Silver?) who once bore the title of Prince, who seemed almost to be staring up in accusatory judgement with every magic-laden twist of his fingers and glistening emerald hum flames directed at this lowly individual.

(Was there still any humanity left in Silver now to mourn not only the death of himself but of another long gone and who now stood before him as recognizable as a ghost?)

It is easier this way, and he wonders if Malleus understands that Silver's doing him a blessing, a favor on behalf of his dead father and mother now silenced and stilled in blissful dreams. He’s offering him a quick death and the last glimpse of his own knight fulfilling his destiny.

(Not all who have crossed his path and still remain yet to come have be so lucky.)

There is something so awe-inspiring about the whole morbidly dreary event, watching the life bleed itself out from once vividly bright eyes that seem to be reflecting the dim lighting all the brighter with each second that ticks away against his soul. He feels as if he’s witnessing the death of something greater, as if a part of the universe is mourning the loss of what a great prince could have been, taken away by Silver's very fingertips that now rest gracefully in a familial manner across a scaled throat.

(Did you ever wonder what it would feel like, Malleus-sama? To burn in your own inheritance?)

Silver can feel every pulsing breath that flutters underneath his palm like the wings of a hummingbird, the faint, whistling death knells that make Malleus sing like one. It is most odd then, when he lifts his trembling fingers from Malleus and takes a shuddering step back to fall on his knees besides the still forms of Lilia and Sebek that he takes another glance at the body below him and is struck with the startling clarity of how small and powerless it appears. It is strange how he used to think that it was once something so great and fearsome.

(He raises his hands to touch at his own cheeks, the Queen's cold fingers cupping them and whispering that he has done well; there is wetness there, as if the very stars themselves have laid diamond dust upon his skin.)
