HELLO GOOD PERSON OF THE INTERNET OFC I WILL MAKE HCS AB BRIM BEING A FATHER FIGURE
this is completely me just throwing out every single dad headcannon i have about him in no organized order whatsoever so enjoy that :>
the younger agents will often come to him to ask questions you'd normally ask a father- how to tie a tie, ask for help finding something, stuff like that
he's surprisngly good at comforting people; he knows how to help people breathe through a panic attack and he'll listen to them ramble if they need to
he would give amazing hugs.
if he notices somebody looks uncomfortable or upset he'll quietly ask them if they're okay and what he can do to help
during game nights if he notices one of them having a tough time he'll either join them as a team and say he doesn't understand the rules (he does) or go easier on them so they can feel good about winning
on missions he tries to keep the younger agents at base, but if it can't be avoided he'll do everything he can to silently protect them while they do their thing
he runs life classes on days off- how to change a tire, how to make pancakes and how to write proper emails
the younger agents come to him when anything arises, whether it be they're missing home or they burnt sushi somehow he's ready to listen
on father's day he gets a giant card signed with all the young agent's names
he tells them that he's proud of them often and reminds them that they're all valuable members of the team
sometimes he's the one asking for help- how do I look this up, what this meme means etc.
he's very old school but tries his best to keep up with what everyone likes so that they're comfortable and happy
he takes lots of pictures on team outings and hands them out happily :3
he schedules 'team bonding missions' and stresses the importance of working as a team but he actually just wants to see people relax and have fun
