Good vibes needed please

Currently stressing over my cat being at the vets and really hoping they don’t have to sedate her, as her just discovered heart condition means anesthetic is a risk they really don’t want to take but might have to.

I keep alternating between cleaning and stress eating and really don’t know what to do until they call me.

So any good vibes, ways to calm myself or just a good luck would be greatly appreciated.
