lovely, you’ve ruined all other atla fics for me. like not to be lewd or anything, but searching for a fic now feels like finding someone to sleep with after having the best fuck of your life. the quality might be matched, but I am doomed to miss certain characteristics (kazushen) of our night together for the rest of eternity.
This made me laugh, and also made me happy! I am glad you enjoyed so much it was the best fuck of a fanfic so far 😂 and I'm glad you are enjoying the oc's, too!
Thank you for the great ask!

Trying out something new... The acrylic i'm using to glue everything and flesh out the trees and the support beam for the terror bird takes too long to dry and it is a bit too thick. So i'm mixing it with a tiny bit of water and so far it's working well! #diorama #acrylic #art #miniature #miniatureart #artist #wip #workinprogress #artistsoninstagram #modelmaking #tipsandtricks #wargames #wargameterrain #wargametree #assetmaking #artinprogress #paleoartist #terrorbird https://www.instagram.com/p/BqutwK8Fkrj/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1w4vh6em1v0kv

The Little Sisters of Purification, space marine chapter from Roger Hamlin's scenario "Sunstroke" in Challenge #36, "GDW's Magazine of Futuristic Gaming," 1988, illustrated by Tim Bradstreet.
Early White Dwarf had run many articles about Traveller; here GDW returns the favor in their own magazine that was a successor to The Journal of the Traveller's Aid Society. This "refereed Warhammer: 40,000 scenario for a small unit of Space Marines and opponents" is just one example of the highly imaginative directions players were taking 40K in the Rogue Trader days. This one has a lot of backstory and suggested modeling to run it as written -- 15 space marines from a new chapter, 20 Jokaeros (one of whom actually is a vampire in disguise), and an ancient Slann base on an asteroid protected by forcefields inside a sun.

I've been sitting on some printed Flames of War Soviets for a while, and decided to knock out the first team in my Hero Rifle Battalion

Not really focused on being mega historically accurate, just having fun with it. I've been painting a t-34 at the same time, but she's not quite done yet

Haven't been doing a whole lot lately, kinda getting married soon, started a new job, things have been a little busy, but I needed to do sooomething paint related
Shadowhawk SHD-2H

Shawks are kinda trash, but I've been doing Alpha Strike where they're much more average and viable, rather than an unfocused ammo bomb with bad jumpjets

I do adore the design, over the shoulder cannons are sick as fuck after all (Guncannon my beloved) but y'know, no props to them for that since it's just stolen from Fang of the Sun Dougram

Used some nice forest bases I bought on Cults to craft new hex bases for my mercs, and I'm pretty happy with the result, the medieval stonework look had been bugging me

Coftyran Cryfen LMG Rhyfler. It's quite nostalgic painting heavy metal minis again, which is largely why I'm doing "normal" bases instead of fancy 3d printed ones

Coftyran Yawdryl

One of the squad leaders for the Coftyran Quar faction, and another of the old metal sculpts. They're all still out there for sale by the original creators in case anyone didn't know

Thankfully the examples on their site are painted, and I wanted to stick as close as I could to source material, mainly for nostalgia reasons

More Quar! The other old metal Coftyran Yawdryl I have, more of a relaxed pose

I had to reference the art a lot to figure out what was going on, the little leather arm guards are kinda odd
