Things that'll be different
Grizz
Since the firefighters didn't rescue him, he actually tries to get himself down from the tree, causing him to accidentally hurt himself in the process
His sees his mom's dead body, and he asks her to wake up and it's sad and very angsty cause I want ppl to cry while reading it because I crave for angst
He will learn how to survive by himself know a bit more bear language
He will never meet Panda and Ice Bear, but Panda and Ice Bear will meet each other. Yes Ice Bear and Panda will be in this AU
I still haven't thought of a name for the AU, any suggestions
"Lonely Grizz" the one that cherrywbb-art said could be the title, but I'm not 100% tho
Part 2 of the WBB AU I'm thinking of making into a story
Here's Part 1
This will have more focus on Panda and Ice Bear, however this will contain spoilers for the movie
Panda and Ice Bear will still meet on the railroad like in canon, but with a few differences
Instead of the 2 seeing each other as brothers, they see each other as just friends (or best friends)
The 2 will probably not talk a lot to each other, because at the time, Panda would be the only one that speaks
I may or may not add in stuff where the bears are adults… maybe
Back with Grizz, since he's a cub alone and if he saw humans in the forest and would try to greet them, they'd probably run away from him, worrying that his mom is around, and since she's dead, Grizz would wonder why they're running away from him
One person would probably mention something about his mom, and since his mom is dead, he'd probably cry a lot (cmon I needed to add in some angst)
Grizz would probably want someone to adopt him, Panda and Ice Bear probably don't want to be adopted
Panda and Ice Bear will never meet Grizz, but I could make a possible non canon story or something about what if they met

Panda USED to have Discord. However, either his account got hacked or his Discord server (if he had one) got raided, and he didn't know what to do, so he deleted the server and quit Discord
Ice Bear started speaking when he was an older cub, around 6 to 10

When Ice Bear was a cub, he witnessed his own mother get murdered by poachers
Ice Bear has nightmares about losing his brothers, but not often

What if I made a We Bare Bears angst fanfic where the bears start hating each other (kinda)
Panda starts hating Grizz thinking he's a terrible brother
Grizz has insecurities if he's really a good older brother or not
Ice Bear starts disliking Grizz (probably out of character for him, but still, I needed angst)
And it's just a lot of Grizz angst cuz he's my favorite grizzly bear to torture with angst (Captain Barnacles is my favorite polar bear to torture with angst not Ice Bear)

A few concepts I have if We Bare Bears had a season 5 or a reboot and I haven't posted anything on Tumblr for like a week
Another flashback episode on Panda before he met the bears since he only got one episode about
Nom Nom starts being a nice person
An episode where Another Bear is introduced, who is just like the bears (however they won't be like a sibling and more of a friend, cause I kinda have a headcanon where there were bears like the 3 before the event of the movie) if a 5th season or reboot takes place after the movie then this episode would probably not happen, also it would take place after a time skip (probably 1 - 2 years after the movie)
An Origin story for Chloe
Icy Nights III (obviously, maybe an Icy Nights IV, but that might be a bit farfetched idk)
An Origin story for Yana
An episode of baby Grizz between the events of Burrito and Family Troubles (probably when he was in the fire station) adding to that an origins episode before he got orphaned (I have a bias towards Grizz)
