Hi! Can u draw my OCs?

This is my Leafwing, Prickle - She/Her

And my Rainwing, Cacao?

I hope these two are drawn in the normal base styles, but I love every art style regardless. I have more OCs on my masterlists from my WoF sideblog (moondrift-the-icenight)

Here ya go! Both of these characters have really interesting color palettes (especially Prickle, with the mix of greens, reds, and pink) that weirdly work well together. I did end up adding a bit of a striped pattern to the pink half of Cacao, as when it was plain pink, it didn't stand out much.

He's a Sea/Rainwing with his Sea being more dominant, His bioluminecent scales change colour with his mood.

He was raised in the Rainforest by his mother (Seawing) he wasn't raised in the village, so he doesn't really side with any Queen he just kinda vibes in the Rainforest helping those who need to be helped, He also has an adopted Leafwing son named Fir who is a healer.

Here he is! Rainstorm is actually the first hybrid OC I've gotten sent to me since I've started these requests, which is pretty interesting. I would have assumed that there would have been more hybrid OCs, but apparently not lol.

This guy's colors are very visually pleasing, and nothing really clashes with anything else. Also, absolutely love that he's just a guy living life, doing his own thing.

Hi, I'm back, I have two potential dragons for you to draw if you like

The first is Diamondback, a Sand/Rain hybrid. He was a part of a crime family when he was younger, but recently, he and his older half-brother faked their deaths and now live in a small town far out of the reaches of their parents influence.

The other is Venom. She's actually an Alter for another OC of mine, she ends up fronting when the body hasn't eaten or drunk anything being a Sandwing Alter she's perfect for the dealing with it.

Also, if you would like, I would love to draw any of your WoF OCs, if that's all cool.

Finally got to doing these guys. The color combos are very nice. I absolutely love the concepts for both of them.

Also, you are completely welcome to draw my OCs! Here's a couple of placeholder references I have for a few of them (As I haven't really gotten around to drawing my own refs for them):

First is Dust, my main OC. He's a Sandwing/Nightwing hybrid with a pretty complicated childhood. He now lives as a traveler, roaming between the kingdoms. He's a sassy little guy that finds joy in collecting unique insults. (Also, the thing around his neck is a leather hood of sorts. In this ref, it's just down)

Here's Zenith, another hybrid of mine (Nightwing/Skywing). She is an armorer in the Sky kingdom who makes custom armor for her brother (a sort of gladiator by the name of Mercury).

And here's Olive, a Rainwing and a comfort character of mine. She's an herbalist's apprentice who also runs a tea shop. She doesn't have much of a notable story, but only because she has a pretty normal life lol.

You're welcome to draw any of these, if you feel like it!

Dust is really pretty and I quite like their design.

I also really like Zenith's like the different scale colours, the patches, it's so visually pleasing to look at

And Olive, I really like Rainwings in general, but also her colours are really nice.

My Hivewing, Lilium

Here she is! It's been a while since I've drawn a Hivewing, but I think I did good. Finally, I'm getting back into doing these at a somewhat consistent pace lol.

Also, I was kinda confused by her name at first, but after doing a quick search, I'm pretty sure that her name is related to lilies.

Here is Twilight, she is a Sky/Night hybrid who lives in the Sky Kingdom as their local librarian!

She is 21, and has some mutations from being a hybrid, which is a smaller size, short tail, and four ears!

Her personality is friendly, thoughtful, guilt ridden, optimistic, imaginative, kinda hot tempered, and introverted

She loves to talk to others, though whenever her social battery is low, she'll go to her room and relax with some art

As she was hatched as the sun was setting, her powers are strong fire breath like a SkyWing, and empath, as she didn't get full mindreading, but can sense anyones emotions very strongly hehe

Just a quick warning, I was not able to finish all four of them.

That being said, I do plan on doing Cassowary and Dogfish, though they will probably be in a separate post once I'm able to bring myself to finish them (I've sadly been plagued by art block for about a week now, and wanted to at least get these to you).

When I tell you I audibly gasped upon seeing this show up. I spent a good minute or two just being giddy and giggling as quietly as I possibly could (it's about 3:00 a.m. as I'm writing this). Seriously, thank you for this, anon.

That being said, here's my boy showing a bit more of a serious side compared to his usual demeanor! There's also a cut for a very short ramble of info on him and his creation, if you wish to read!

Dust is actually the first OC of mine that I ended up keeping! Before his creation, I tended to just make up characters and character designs out of boredom. But then, Dust just stuck with me. Nowadays, I'm trying to coherently build my own WOF universe to house my OCs and all of their stories.

Despite technically being my oldest OC, I haven't really come up with a backstory for him. I have a concept for him; a personality, a design, a situation(?); but I can't, for the life of me, figure out how I want him to end up in this position I have put him in.

I honestly had never considered the idea of scaleless dragons. Also, I absolutely love the lore you have for this group of Nightwing hybrids and such, as well as the mutated powers among the group. It's definitely a very interesting concept.

If you’re interested then I think Danaid (the flamesilk from arc 3 who helps Blue and Luna) or Osprey could be cool, but I don’t know how you find drawing more elderly dragons so if you’re not interested in doing either of them that’s okay!

I honestly don't remember much about her, but reading her wiki page made me wish I did. She sounds pretty cool, even for a background character that only appears in one book. I also absolutely loved her colors and design.

So what do you have on Dust already?

The obvious spot in canon for a sandwing/nightwing hybrid is Thorn having more than one egg, so Sunny could have a sibling. Dune getting told she’d had one and being shown it and Six Ckaws the same and getting shown Dust’s egg in a separate location, as Thorn was being extra careful, would be a straightforward way to write in an origin point? There’s also the opportunity to easily justify Dust being an animus with an animus father that way too if it’s what you’re going for! Dust would then have a way to feasibly gain skills and contacts/companions if you wanted Dust to subsequently travel somewhere etc and not be a soldier in the succession crisis.

There’s no pressure with the above paragraph but I thought I may as well attempt to be helpful as design wise it looks like his mother was a sandwing (since there’s the whole hybrids taking heavily after the parent who laid them thing). Who knows it may be entirely off base but that’s why I’m curious if there is anything you have so far?

(also Dust with a sibling or parent, whoever you think they may be, or just a small hatchling dust, could be adorable if you wanted to make a drawing from this)

While that is indeed an interesting idea (seriously, I would love something like that), all of my OCs exist in a separate universe from the canon plots. This essentially means that none of the canon characters, past or present, exist in this universe. For example, in the universe I have created for my OCs, instead of Clearsight being the common ancestor for Hivewings, it is instead a group of Pyrrhian dragons (mostly Nightwings with a couple of others sprinkled in) that found Pantala. This "alternate universe" gives me more freedom to mold the story and world as much as I like.

And, to answer your question on what I have so far for Dust and his background. Dust is the child of Rattlesnake (Mother, Sandwing) and Sandstorm (Father, Nightwing/Sandwing hybrid). He is mostly Sandwing, which is why he doesn't really have much Nightwing traits beyond some darker coloring, his bright blue irises, and the star scales on his wings. As for backstory and such, all I know for sure is that, for some reason I haven't decided yet, Dust despises his mother. I also know that he is currently a traveler, wandering between the kingdoms of Pyrrhia and doing odd jobs to make ends meet.

I have sent two asks already, but I have now discovered your Olive. May you show us how you draw her? I like how pretty she is whilst staying rather green to match the jungle, so thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask!

This is actually the first piece of art I've made for her, and it turned out just how I imagined it. Random fact, she's siblings with another of my favorite OCs, Cobra. I'll probably post some kind of art of him as well at some point. Hope you enjoy this piece!
