The tribes live on quite large territories, and I think that within them there are different variations that differ in mentality and colours. Decided to start with icewings! I hope I will continue to do this. Who would you like to see next: skywings, seawings or leafwings?

Meet Granite, an icewing I adopted from calvinnhobbeslol on Instagram. She’s named this because of her grey color scheme and her fortitude is as solid as granite. Base by r-adicool on Deviantart, colored in by me.
"My parents and I? We don't get along." Evergreen shrugged, "They're disappointed in me for not getting them into the higher circles and I'm disappointed in them for not being in higher circle to begin with." The icewing's tail rattled along the stone floor as they spoke. "Why do you ask, anyway?" their unusually green eyes followed Sharpeye, who shifted in his spot. "Do you got your own parental issues? Do you need someone to relate to?" Evergreen continued, eyes narrowed in suspicion. "No- no. That's not- Look. You don't seem-." He stopped mid-sentence when he realized how it might sound. "I don't seem what?" the icewing hissed. The nightwing ducked his head, fidgeting with his claws. "You just.. Don't seem like a regular icewing..." Sharpeye slowly looked up again, then hastily added before they could dish out another remark. "It's not because of your eyes! It's just... You don't act all high and mighty? I've encountered icewings and they-" "Circles. It's because of the ranking system every icewing lives by. You officially get to sneer down any dragon who ranks underneath you. Horrendous, stressful system. I'm glad my parent's let me go here." Evergreen's cold features shifted to something softer and friendlier, as their green eyes stared back into the purple eyes of their companion. "This place is already so much better than home."
