[8:18 p.m.] you stare back at the inkigayo sandwich sitting in your bag, as you and the rest of the hair and makeup crew wrapped up for the evening. and apart from its surprisingly appetizing combination, you know all about the sandwich, namely how people lowkey flirt through them. which is why you’re standing there thinking who the hell would’ve given that to you? just then, two hands grab at your shoulders, and your heart jumped in your chest. “jesus, who-” and you’re cut off by laughter.. his laughter. you turn and he smiles at you, a small tinge of pink in his cheeks. “sorry, didn’t mean to scare you.” you bashfully grinned back at him, “s’okay. what are you doing here, weren’t you supposed to leave like half an hour ago?” he scratched behind his ear, and looked up at you from behind his lashes. “well uhh, I had the managers leave me for a little bit so I could eat. um, make sure you find time to eat also.” his eyes flitted to your bag and before you could process anything, his phone rang. and from the raise of his eyebrows, you figured that meant his ride was here. smiling sheepishly at you, he started to walk fast backwards, “so sorry, I wish I could’ve stayed a little longer, but manager-nim’s outside.” and he ran off, and you swear you heard a talk to you soon and it clicked. a smile grew on your face as you fit the sandwich into your bag, and you made sure to have it when you got home and text the number that came with it.
