Best mom out there.

She always is able to make time for everything and everyone.

Even when she's a new mom she knows her child better then most decade mom's do.

She has a good amount of discipline however she's such a sweetheart with it.

However she doesn't like talking back.

She always sets a good example for her kid and other moms who respect her.

Definitely not a typical asian mom.

She likes to play games with her kid and buy then a lot of nice toys, but never spends too much on them.

Absolutely loves playing with toys as a family, one of her favorite things.

“Hey babe! Come here, ___ wants to build a Lego set!”

Although she never takes anything too serious she still loves to be playful as if she was her kids 5 year old best friend.

But once they enter school she's gonna be so excited.

She'll always ask about their day, friends, school work, etc.

And no doubt that she'll definitely help them do school work, anything they need help doing.

Sometimes she doesn't realize that she literally gave away the answer, when she does she'll just cover her mouth and tell you to help while she prepares dinner.

Technically, Minji and your child are best friends and that doesn't change even when they get older.

And every birthday is such an experience for her because it just makes her think about how long she's been a mother for, every single time she cries.

She just loves every moment she gets to share with you guys as a family, a complete family.

She just feels so lucky to have gotten to know you and now has a child with you, and she never fails to remind you

For like the longest time you forget she's even the mother of your children.

And you're not the only one because she forgets too.

Sometimes forgets she even has a child.

But she's such a goofball with your child and will raise them to be that way too.

Jokes around often, and constantly does those basic baby games.

“Where is mommy? Here she is!”

She's learning how to do every day activities for the soul purpose of being a mom.

Even though she forgets she's a mom she is dedicated to raise her child well and set a good figure.

When her kid asks for a bedtime story she just makes up the absolute most random adventure story from the very back of her brain.

She sometimes pretends to be kid herself, has tea parties with her kid, plays games with them, plays with the toys.

And then when you found out why she did it…

“I act like a child around our son/daughter so they don't feel alone.. I don't want them to just view me as their mom… I wanna be their best friend too.”

You can definitely bet that by the time you kid enters middle school she's gonna live for the gossip.

She is so cautious, every where her child goes she's gonna watch them.

Her eyes will never leave her child.

When she can't spot them she's gonna have the biggest panic attack and gonna be looking everywhere for them.

Even if you have them with you without warning her.

She won't let a single stranger come close, and isn't a myfan of a random person coming up to her to ask permission to touch her kid.

She's so overprotective over them, sometimes it's funny to you.

However she is definitely a very fun mom to her kids.

If she ever gets a call from the principal about her kid getting in trouble for something stupid she won't even care, she'll just laugh it off while telling her child not to do it again.

Despite this, she is very strict with discipline, however she understands not everything is a person's fault and in their control, she also understands that not everything is something to make a big deal out of.

He mains are definitely respect, talking back, etc.

She's definitely gonna raise them well and teach them what's wrong and what's right.

Will teach them everything ever written in the dictionary, quite literally.

She will always be just right with everything, never spoil her kid too much but never not buy them anything, never leave a kid undisciplined but never over do it.

Although she does stress a lot, she will always be proud of her child no matter what

She's such a sweetheart.

Sometimes in the morning, she looks at her child and starts to cry because she can't believe she actually has a child with you.

World's sweetest mom.

She buys those matching things for all of you, because she just find them so cute.

When you guys go out she really enjoys having a matching outfit with her kid, even if it just means same color top and pants.

She's very convinced that education is the priority as a kid, however she isn't strict with it.

She's happy as long as her kid has a C.

Even when they don't all she tells them is to study a bit harder and put more effort in school.

Although she spends a lot of time focusing on her kids education, she will also spend a lot of time forming them and their personality.

It's so hard for her to discipline harshly, she normally just has a talk with them unless if it's really serious she'll definitely yell at them.

She wants her kid to grow up to be smart and hard working, she wants them to be a good example in school for other students.

She will take any type of school mischief seriously unless if she knows it wasn't their fault.

Definitely the mother of the smartest child in the grade

She will always make time for all her kid, you, and her everyday activities.

She wants to make sure she makes time for everything that's important.

She loves it when she rewinds her day and remembers everything she did and got done that day

You'll hear her every night singing to her child, even when they're too young to remember it the next day.

And when you comment this to her she'll just say:

“I want her to remember my voice, it'll be a special connection that will continue even when they get older.”

You literally almost cried with that.

You often feel bad, because she takes the role of being a mother a bit too seriously.

Wakes up early in order to make breakfast, showers her child way too daily, feeds them when they're hungry, takes care of anything they need.

So sometimes you wake up earlier then her and bring her breakfast in bed because she needs it <3

When she feels too stressed she'll definitely text you

“Hey honey, I feel to tired to cook today, what would you like to eat so I could order it?”

She focuses more on rasing her child, she wants them to have good grades and be athletic, but her main focus is to make them a good human being.

She will definitely get upset if she gets a complaint about her kid, she'll definitely make them apologize.

Despite this she's still very close with her kid and has a once a week movie night, where they choose a movie while she chooses the snacks.

Again, teaches her child the importance of education.

They're gonna grow up to be really smart and you know it.

Dami teaches them how to read at a young age, and when they come home with homework, she always only slightly simplifies it so they can still learn.

She wants her kid to study everyday and she helps them.

But she makes the sessions so fun, as they have snacks and other sorts of candies in order to make them examples.

You swear, you are so proud watching them.

If her kid gets a low grade she won't really be mad, she'll just make the study sessions a little bit long.

She's a very realistic mother, and teaches her kid the same thing, if her kid gets in trouble at school, she'll take the side of whoever’s fault it is.

She doesn't spoil her kid, she teaches them how to be grateful for what they have, although she does buy them things, it's never to the point of spoil.

She's a strict mom, but never too strict, she still allows her kid to have fun, make friends, and in general live their life.

When they grow up, she won't mind hearing all the teenage gossip, but she'll definitely giggle a bit at hearing the child drama.

I don't think she would mind boyfriends/girlfriends, but she'll definitely put limits to it, and would probably prefer her daughter/son to be 17+ for their first partner

Everything about being a mom terrifies her.

You hear her scream everytime she turns around and unexpectedly sees her kid standing behind her.

It took her like 2 years to get used to her child.

You can tell she tries her best, she just wants her child to grow up well.

She disciplines them often but it's never too harsh unless if she's really upset about something they did.

She sets clear rules for her kid to follow, she's very serious about them.

Learns how to cook just so she can feed you and your child good food everyday.

You have to remind her that you can always make the food since she takes care of the kid.

She'd be a bit immature… Just a bit…

But she's a fun mom!

She would forget about all those other parent things (The important ones)

She would forget about discipline, responsibilities, kindness, etc. She's just focusing on getting along with her kid.

She'll just watch as you discipline your child and say afterwards:

“I'm so sorry, I continue forgetting basic things “

You'd just laugh everytime she ends up apologizing.

Every single time your kid is in need of discipline, you'd glare at her from the side, and watch as she continues side eyeing you.

You know she's asking for help but is also aware that you want her to learn how to discipline.

And that's her journey to learning how to :)

Although, she really dislikes the feeling.

Although she does kinda spoil the kid, you'll always be the one to make sure they turn out to be a good person.

The most memorable moments are those family moments when you're all at a fast food restaurant, sitting down, eating while catching up on his each other's lives.

She really feels lucky to have a family, and be with you guys any moment she gets.

Terrors of the Maison

BTS x Dreamcatcher

Chapter 1

╚══════════════ஓ๑♡๑ஓ══════════════╝

𓂋 maison (noun): French for house.

𓂋 pairings: vampire! BTS x witch! Dreamcatcher

𓂋 summary: One friend group composed of seven boys and seven girls have decided to go and try to give the infamous haunted mansion on the outskirts of Seoul a visit to see for themselves what the mansion and the said entities that lurks in the dark corners have that keeps the weak out and the brave never looking back. Only, it seems that a dark entity has decided to play with them.

𓂋 genre: mystery, horror, fantasy, some fluff, sorry attempt of angst, a little bit of comedy here and there

𓂋 warnings: none that I can think of... for now (every chapter will contain individual warnings)

If you ask her and just about everyone in the world, Minji is fairly certain that they share the same sentiments about Monday mornings—that it's one of the most dreaded parts of the day. Don't get her wrong, she will always be grateful for the blessing of being able to wake up and live for another day to see her family and friends but there's just something about Monday mornings that flicks her nerves in a not so good way. Fortunately, despite it being Monday, it is also the last day of the school year so this will be the last time she will be waking up early and dreading about the upcoming week full of lessons and training making her let out a relieved sigh. Pressing the snooze button of her trusted alarm clock perched on her pink bedside table, she sat up in bed, lightly rubbing her eyes still quite drowsy from sleep before getting up and heading to her en suite bathroom to take a quick warm shower.

After her shower, she immediately went to her walk in closet and wore her school uniform which consist of a plain white blouse, royal blue blazer with the logo of their school on the left chest and a necktie of the same color for the top paired with some plaid royal blue skirt which stops a few inches above her knees, some knee-length white socks and a pair of combat boots.

Walking towards her vanity table where her numerous beauty products are kept neatly lined up, she begins applying on her makeup. Deciding to settle for a simple but bold look with a thin layer of foundation, concealer, a dark layer of eyeliner and some neutral toned lipstick.

Looking at the clock hung on the wall after placing her empty breakfast plate on the sink and Minji realizes that she has about an hour left before class starts. After a while, she decides to leave early since it is the last day of the school year and she vaguely remembers their friend, Gahyeon, asking her and the others to come early as she has something exciting to share.

Upon arriving at their school, Minji immediately spotted her friends:  Bora, Siyeon, Handong, and Yubin huddled near the entrance, laughing among themselves with the other students walking and goofing around with their friends. Walking towards them, Minji was able to hear a snippet of their conversation—something about what one of their professors said during class.

"Good morning, where are the others?" Minji smiled hugging each one of them, giggling when Bora squeezes her lightly and starts shaking her.

"Jin dragged Yoohyeon to the cafeteria, something about Yoohyeon accidentally sleeping in so they weren't able to properly eat breakfast. The other boys, I don't know they must be around here somewhere being a bunch of boys as usual and we haven't seen Gahyeon yet, must be running late." Handong shrugged as Bora pulled away from Minji but still clung to her arm. Minji gave a small nod and was about to say something when they heard shouting from behind them. (A/N: Just imagine the boys' uniform to be similar to their uniforms on RUN BTS ep. 112)

Turning towards the noise, they saw the youngest member of their friend group running towards them with the others behind her. Minji immediately put a foot behind her when the youngest threw herself at her as to prevent them both from falling over backwards.

" Are you okay?" Bora laughed watching as the youngest pant while leaning her body against Minji to which the girl just nod her head still trying to catch her breath as the others greets them.

" Good, we're all here. So, do you guys remember that one abandoned mansion about 5 or 6 kilometers from here? The one that's rumored to be haunted? I thought that since we won't be doing much this summer, I thought why not try to visit and explore haunted places, starting from that mansion as part of our summer adventure. I mean, Jin and Yoohyeon unnie doesn't have to fly to the U.K this summer and Jungkook, Jimin, Yoongi, and Taehyung have no plans to travel home, so as Handong unnie so we're all just gonna be here this summer so why not, right?" Gahyeon grinned after a while as she looks at her friends, eyes bright with anticipation.

" So you basically want us to play ghost busters this summer?" Yoohyeon questions as she munches from the small packet of cookies that belongs to Jungkook in one hand while holding a cup of what seems to be iced latte on another.

" Well... not really since we're not really gonna be catching ghosts, more of like explorers. We'll enter the mansion, look around, try to see if there really are ghosts in the mansion, record what happens inside, see if we can find anything then leave." Everyone looks at each other in uncertainty at the maknae's words.

" And IF we catch something in the recording, what are you planning to do?" Taehyung raised an eyebrow, somehow not liking where the conversation is going.

" Well.... I was thinking that we could go back and try to communicate with them." Gahyeon smiled sheepishly, head tilted to the side making the others groan and roll their eyes at her words.

" You just said we're not going to be playing ghost busters." Siyeon deadpans making Gahyeon pout at her.

" We're not, we're just gonna be testing out our abilities." If you're wondering, Minji and her friends are all creatures of the night—creatures that will most likely either give children and adults alike nightmares or fascinate them.

Minji and her six other female friends were born and raised as witches while their male friends are born vampires. Contrary to popular belief, vampire couples can actually conceive. Based from folktales, one good explanation for that is that centuries ago, the Great Elders or the ones who holds the highest power in any coven made a deal with the divine ancestors of the magic manipulators, blessing them with a spell enabling chosen female vampires to conceive in exchange for their sworn words of not ever raising rebellion against the human world thus resulting to how the world is now—powerful mythical creatures living alongside blissfully unaware humans.

" Are we even allowed to do that? Are we even allowed to enter the property? I don't wanna get expelled nor go to jail for trespassing, Gahyeon." Hoseok looks at Gahyeon while the young one, thinking she's finally gonna have someone on her side, nods her head in excitement.

"Don't worry, the place is completely abandoned and the people who already went there to explore the mansion themselves have said that no one even guards or takes care of the property so the owners must've already completely abandoned the mansion."

" Who wouldn't, with all the rumors about the ghosts and other horror stories that circulates that mansion, I bet the owners doesn't have any plans to even renovate the place anymore, no one would want to buy more so stay there." Yoongi scoffed as he leans his body against Handong who seems unbothered by the man's weight.

" And that's what makes it more exciting. Please, let's go there this summer. Minji unnie, tell them we'll go this summer." Gahyeon turned towards the eldest female in their group pouting at her while the woman only looked at her, scratching her nape in uncertainty.

"You know I can't do that. I can't decide for them but we'll think about it, okay?" Minji smiled to appease the youngest as Gahyeon blew a raspberry before nodding her head lightly, deciding to let the topic drop for now.

"Okay, that's enough chitchat, we're gonna be late for class. I don't want to get an earful early in the morning and on the last day of class." Jin clapped his hand indicating that they start walking to class, laying his hand on Minji's lower back to usher her towards the entrance as the others follows behind.

After their classes, the group has decided to go at their usual hangout place—a small secluded cafe that's on the suburbs of Seoul that's closest to the school, they have been going to the said cafe for so long already that the staff already memorized their usual orders. After the boys collected their orders they went to where the girls are already seated, a table on the corner of the cafe where only a few people usually sits, giving them the right amount of privacy they need.

"You guys should really think about my offer though. Just think about it, we'll finally know if the infamous mansion really is haunted just like how many people claim it to be. Besides, it will be a fun experience, we'll all be there." Gahyeon started as Hoseok lets out an exasperated sigh not liking the mere idea of haunted houses.

" And if it really is haunted? What will happen to us while inside? I don't wanna have a heart attack and pass away in the middle of a haunted house, Gahyeon." Hoseok deadpans while the rest chuckles at his words.

" Oh come on, don't be such a wimp. Technically, you're already dead and immortal so you can't die for a second time also we've tried countless horror houses before and look at you, you're still here kicking." Rolling her eyes, Gahyeon turns to her right, looking expectantly at Jin who's sitting at the end of the long table, casually sipping from his cup of coffee causing him to choke and fumble over his words at the sudden attention.

"Jin, convince them. Tell them it'll be fun!"

"Gahyeon, you know I can't do that. We can't force people to go and do things that they don't wanna do. Besides, I strongly believe that that is a very bad idea, and it's especially risky for me.  I don't want any ghost to fall in love with me after seeing my handsome face then follow me home, I'm worldwide handsome, you know?" Everyone looks at Jin, some letting out a small scoff as he bursts into his famous windshield wiper laugh while the others could just shake their head at the eldest male.

"If you don't wanna go then fine, I'll go alone but if I find evidence of ghosts really lurking on that mansion and I become famous for that discovery don't say I didn't invite you." Gahyeon trains her face to look sad while she turns to look down on her food as silence envelopes the table as the others turns to look at each other, uncertainty in their eyes before they all just shrugged deciding to let the issue drop and turned to their food, making jokes here and there.

" Yoohyeon unnie~" Turning towards the girl who's sitting on Jin's right. Gahyeon, after a short while of waiting for the others to agree to come with her, looks at the tallest female with a pout making the said girl shut her eyes tight and let out a sigh in defeat.

"Alright, I'll go with you." Everyone turns to look at Yoohyeon in incredulous as Gahyeon burst into a bright smile fully knowing that with Yoohyeon coming, everyone will eventually get baited into agreeing to come also.

"Are you fucking serious? Are you out of your mind? Are you that sleep deprived?!" Jin looks at the girl in exasperation, completely taken off guard by the girl's response while everyone else just stared at the two.

"Well she really wants to go and see and we–I can't just let her go on her own knowing how much of a scared y-cat she can be. Also, as what Gahyeon said, it will be a fun experience." Yoohyeon shrugged as she stares back at Jin in innocence making the eldest close his eyes in defeat after a while.

" I'll go too."

" What?!" Hoseok turns to the owner of the voice as the golden maknae only shrugged his shoulders, casually leaning back on his seat while Hoseok continues to look at him, eyes wide.

" Well I can't just let them go alone. We never know what might happen while they're in there, it's better to be sure."

" Jungkook does have a point and Gahyeon's my girl so I think it's just right that I go too even though I fucking hate this entire idea to the core of my entire being. Jungkook can't guide or help the both of them alone." Taehyung spoke as Gahyeon threw her arms around his neck in excitement making the latter groan, rolling his eyes before turning towards the others who are just watching the whole scene unfold.

"I can't believe I'm saying this but count us in..." Jin sighs as he threw Yoohyeon a dirty look to which she pursed her lips to while avoiding eye contact.

" You too?! What is going on? Why are you guys suddenly agreeing to enter that haunted place?" Hoseok looks at the people around the table in disbelief.

" Well you don't expect me to just let my little sister go on her own, do you? If something bad happens to her, our parents will have my head. Also, Minji wants to try and visit the place so it's more of like hitting two birds with one stone. "

" Well now there's six of us going, any more? You should speak up now so we can start discussing plans. " Gahyeon grinned as she looks at the rest who haven't made up their mind yet in anticipation.

" Fine, we'll go too. I guess it'll be a fun experience, right?" Handong pipes up after a short period of silence, looking at everyone else on the table, lips pulled into an uneasy smile.

" Us too." Siyeon and Yubin smiled making Gahyeon grin at them as Jimin and Namjoon, whom are sat beside the two could only scratch their head, throwing a nervous glance at each other.

" Well, I don't wanna get left alone while everyone's out so Hobi and I will go too!" Bora raised her hand, excitement clear in her eyes as Hoseok looks at her, eyes wide in horror.

"What do you mean "we"? Woman, there is no fucking "WE" when I didn't even agree to go." Bora sharply looks at the man beside her, squinting her eyes making him let out a low sound that greatly sounds like a whine before dropping his head low in defeat.

"Fine, we'll go but as soon as a single sign of something bad happening shows we're gonna rush out of that damn mansion, no questions asked." Hoseok pointedly looks at everyone at the table before his eyes settles on the mastermind of the whole plan, letting her know he's serious with his words.

" I promise. As soon as something bad happens, we're getting out of there, no questions asked." Gahyeon puts her right hand up as an indication that she's sincere with her words, Hoseok nodding his head in defeat.

" Okay, let's discuss the details later, let's eat for now." Namjoon intercepts as he encourages everyone to temporarily drop the subject and ushers them to continue eating.

Hello! So just so you guys know, we'll disregard honorifics for each other or to the opposite gender aside from girls calling the girls "unnie"and boys to boys "hyung." Also, English is not my first language so there may be errors. Anyway, share your thoughts, it'll really help me with the writing
