Having A Character You Really Relate To In Appearance And Then Finding Out Your Personalities Very Little

Having a character you really relate to in appearance and then finding out your personalities very little in common is such a trip, like, yes she looks a lot like how I appear in the inner world, but nooooo we're not very alike in anything else

Having A Character You Really Relate To In Appearance And Then Finding Out Your Personalities Very Little

What is with me and relating to red-headed druids, specifically DND characters?!? This is the second time????

Doric being the first. Except I might as well be a slightly more brash copy of Doric in appearance, personality and powers (internal world).... but her film came out after I split lol, I already looked like her (or she looked like me?) and it was REALLY funny how the friend I went with went "oh it's you?"

I hate disability services and I hate how they started treating us when they found out we have a DID diagnosis.

You're allowed to have fun with your system!!

I'm sick of seeing people implying you have to be depressed 24/7 to be legitimate: DID naturally lends itself to having members who are doing better than others (ANPs and EPs), and it lends itself to an outward happy disposition as a form of masking.

We're medically recognised and most of our system is severely depressed (recovering slowly) but we seem fine because our main fronters are meant to be happy and functional - we split that way!

You don't know what others a going through, and claiming over the internet that you do is disingenuous and unfair. Just because someone's smiling, joking and posting cheerful things mean they aren't struggling, and doesn't mean that their system isn't there.

That's one of the first things you're taught about mental illness, DID is no different

I Had This Idea For A Looping Animation In Which A Single Dot Has A Pretty Long Loop, But The Animation

I had this idea for a looping animation in which a single dot has a pretty long loop, but the animation as a whole is much shorter. Because of the repetition this animation is only 1 second long!
