Celebrating some big lifts in the past week. This was the biggest, 200kg (440lb) deadlift for the first time ever.

Haven’t posted in a while, this is my 20 year journey (give or take). First pic was about 194lb, middle about 245, right (current) about 220. Quite a transformation, I think you’ll agree.
