I am doing a self experiment with taking daily chia seeds in peach tea because I like the taste of it. If I shed a few pounds great, I’ll let you know. If I feel better taking them then great for me and I’ll let you know too. Have you tried them yourself? They are supposed to be very beneficial and nutritious for our bodies. I like the way the seeds go jellyfied in water.

This is just so cool to look at. I love it.

These are my Cosmos Seeds growing well. Lots of others growing too.

I have painted my pine table and chairs for the kitchen because they look really scruffy. This happened after I painted my TV cabinet and only today have I put on the doors they need painting White to disguise them because that was not my forte they work but they work, which is amazing in itself so also I have built a small patio which is not finished yet because it’s on a slope and I’m just not quite sure what to do. I have got my eye on some old concrete blocks to ballast the slabs to make them straight instead of honour slope, so that will be good when that’s finished. I think that I’m getting quite a few different jobs done and I feel quite good about it.

Finished painting the kitchen walls with a sage green emulsion from Glidden.

I have had this paint for over 10 years in my storage room upstairs and I’d really didn’t think it would be okay so I opened it up and stirred it and there was no smell. It stirred in lovely painted on the walls lovely it covered in one coat can’t even believe how good it isand all that time ago I bought it in the sale for £3 and it’s painted the whole of my kitchen with only 2.5 L. It’s in amazing paint. I love it

Planted a few seeds in the last week but found these Lobelia seeds in my drawer as you do.

They were used last year but we're some seeds left in the packet

You can't imagine just how tiny they are.

Wish me luck on these. I hope they grow.

I found some gold spray paint in my cupboard from Aldi. It's a couple of years old but I gave it to my son to revamp my lanterns and they turned out way better than I imagined.

I also now have a gold watering can which I love and adore and my bamboo wind chimes are now gold…a butterfly plant hook…also gold and a brain 🧠

My new friend helped me clean and tidy up my neuro divergent cluttered kitchen.

I think there's a big demand for that kind of service.

I hoard stuff. Have trouble chucking stuff away

I harvested Hellebore seed heads today before the slugs and snails snack on them. I am going to try to grow the seeds.
