Two pretty little shotgun houses! The left house boasts a two story wrap around porch, a finished basement, and large sunny windows, while the one on the right has a similar deck with original hardwood throughout and lots of natural light!
Left house is 2 bd 3 ba, right house is 3 bd 3 ba, so together the lot has 5 bd 6 ba! Placed on the Bargain Bend lot in willow creek, size is 30x40!!! Carpet is in the rooms i thought worked best as bedrooms, but could be studies or craft rooms or anything your heart desires :)

That sure is a fixer upper! An old home fallen on hard times, but with such beautiful bones. The layout is stunning along with the cutest little sun room in the back. I can't take credit for the abandoned house idea, though I honestly don't know who did it first since I've seen it a few times. It could be @florwal maybe?

It's unfurnished and ready for you to decorate it all yourself!! I put carpet where I thought the bedrooms could go, but they could just as easily be offices or something :) thank you and I hope you enjoy!!
