Water Way Apartments
Two complexes with multiple units in each!! Kinda furnished only basics so you can fancy it up with your own things, choose whichever unit you like and make it your own :) or you could even make a household and have them live in all the units!!
Top floor apartment units have 1 bd 1 ba, ground floor apartments have 1 bd 1ba, and the basement units are 1 bd 2 ba :) the size is 20 x 15 and i put it on the water tower way lot in copperdale !! and its no cc :) it uses some packs but its mostly basegame

A sweet suburban house featuring a decently sized side unit :) and a two car garage!!! Made it so you can decorate and furnish it all yourself, with tile and carpet denoting where I thought bedrooms and bathrooms should maybe be :)
The main house is a 4 bd 5 ba, and the side unit is 3 bd 2 ba, so altogether its 7 bd and 7 ba!! Placed on the Garden Essence lot in Willow Creek :) lot size is 40x30!!
no cc and im pretty sure its mostly basegame!!

A small house nestled in a homey neighbourhood, this could be the perfect place for a growing family! or a group of roommates! really anybody! It's unfurnished and ready for you to decorate it all yourself!! I put carpet where I thought the bedrooms could go, but they could just as easily be offices or something :) thank you and I hope you enjoy!!

Two pretty little shotgun houses! The left house boasts a two story wrap around porch, a finished basement, and large sunny windows, while the one on the right has a similar deck with original hardwood throughout and lots of natural light!
Left house is 2 bd 3 ba, right house is 3 bd 3 ba, so together the lot has 5 bd 6 ba! Placed on the Bargain Bend lot in willow creek, size is 30x40!!! Carpet is in the rooms i thought worked best as bedrooms, but could be studies or craft rooms or anything your heart desires :)

To the left is a moderately sized family home with 4 bd and 5 ba, a garage, and a backyard that's perfectly fit for a swing set or sand pit for your child sims :)) Built on the Garden Essence lot in Willow Creek, size is 40x30!!!
