"Nope! Not as far as I know."

2. When was the last time you cried?:

"Last weekend. I accidentally double-ordered a textbook and couldn't get a refund."

3. Do you have kids?:

"HAH! No. Don't trust me with anything younger than me."

4. Do you use sarcasm a lot?:

"Never :)))))"

5. What's the first thing you notice about people?:

"Their... face???"

6. What's your eye colour?:

"Black."

7. Scary movies or happy endings?:

"Happy endings!"

8. Any special talents?:

"I can wiggle my ears!" (She can also speak to animals: she forgets this).

Where were you born?:

"Japan. My parents were visiting family at the time, and I guess I wanted to see them too!"

Do you have any pets?:

"I have animal friends! The ones I live with are my mom's turtle and my jackalope!"

What sort of sports do you play?:

"None. Please do not ask me to move any faster than a casual jog."

How tall are you?:

"Uh... like, 5"10? Or something? I'm taller than Aven, and that's all that matters."

What was your favorite subject in school?:

"It's a tie between potions and sigils."

What is your dream job?

"...Rich? I dunno, man. Whatever will pay my bills and not give me too much overtime."

Find the Word Tag

Thanks for the tag, @mysticstarlightduck! I'll be using mostly Crown of Blood, but with the addition of one extra WIP because I didn't have all four words in a single WIP yet lol.

Rules: find the given words in your WIP and share the excerpt. Then tag others with a list of new words to find!

The words I got were: Glass, Teeth, Red, and Sky

Glass:

 All I could see was the blinding lights of the truck and the hurricane of metal and glass that came after.

Teeth:

I stumble through my routine in my half-awake haze. Teeth, face, hair, clothes. I’m downstairs before my eyes are fully open.

Red:

Aki perked up again at the sound of her name. She stared curiously at the screen as Rosie cooed. Then she decided the tiny redhead in the strange box must not have been a threat and started trying to lick the screen.

Sky:

The sky was overcast, but still bright. Perhaps if it rained, the mess would be easier to clean.

Rate OC Cuddles Tag

Thanks for the tag, @mysticstarlightduck! I'll just be using the first 5 I think of off the top of my head lol.

Rules: Rate your OCs' cuddle game!

Felix: 10/10. Amazing. Doesn't matter what part of the timeline. Has mastered the correct amount of pressure and tightness with which to wrap his arms around people. Dedicated to his craft. It helps that he always smells nice, too.

Adrasteia: -10/10. Why the fuck would you ask. She hates you. Did you know that? Now you do. This isn't a hug. She's planting evidence in your pocket. She's trying to strangle you, very slowly. If not, she's thinking about it.

Katsuko: 7/10 on a casual cuddle. Would be better, but she squirms a lot/can't keep still for long, so she doesn't usually try. She also doesn't hug anyone she doesn't know VERY well. Like her mother. Or her wife. Basically only people who have seen her naked before. If she's actively in a cuddling mood, though? 9/10. Determined hugger.

Kai: 6/10. As far as tweens go, he's okay. Doesn't like cuddles much, especially not from older people (which is fair). Usually only cuddles his mom, who's biased anyway. Smells weird though.

Seraphina: 2/10. Will not even hug her parents. Her clothes are too expensive. Has hugged a stranger, once. Burned her clothes after and then had her butler egg their house.

What is a thing that would break your trust in a person immediately?

What is your favorite animal? Have you ever had a pet/or want one?

Who do you look up to the most?

If you were to wake up in another universe, what is the one thing you would take with you?

Deimos: "My sniper rifle, or food. One of those two options, it depends on what hypothetical 'universe' I happen to wake up in."

Vivaldah: "My sister's necklace, which is also the sigil of our House. It's one of my most prized possessions."

Kane: "I wouldn't call my dragon a 'thing', because she is a sentient and mighty being who deserves all the respect, but yes, I would take my dragon with me."

2. What kind of person pisses you off the most?

Deimos: "People who think they can do anything to others just because they have the power to - snobbish tyrants who think it's their birthright to screw others over. Also, people who objectify others or who think torture is 'okay' just because they think it's justified for a 'greater cause' are a kind person that makes my blood boil immensely."

Vivaldah - "Those who justify cruelty in the name of their 'Gods', and who think they can kill anyone whom they consider 'heretics' just for thinking differently than them. I also hate people who are rude and who like to make fun of others."

Kane - "Cowards and people who turn tail and run at the first sign of trouble, along with liars, manipulators and people who have no moral compass. I also despite royals who consider their subordinates as pawns to be manipulated and discarded once we're no longer of 'use.'"

3. How often do you dream? Are they usually dream-dreams, or nightmares?

Deimos: "Well let's see: I was kidnapped from my homeworld by slavers when I was sixteen, escaped, and grew up as a street urchin - with the duo who became my adoptive siblings - on one of the most crime-ridden moons of our galaxy, and then, as an adult, was captured by an insane warlord who tried to torture me into being her living puppet weapon. So... you can imagine the kind of 'dreams' I have are far from pleasant most nights."

Vivaldah: "I used to have the sweetest dreams in the past. When I was just me being a princess who lived in a rosy-tinted world, sheltered in my family's ancestral palace. Then the Iron Inquisition came. Now my sleep is haunted by the memories of the day my family was slaughtered by them."

Kane: "Eh. I'm not the kind that usually has a lot of dreams, and when I do they're usually the most nonsensical, stupid mess that makes me question my life and sanity, and then wake up and not remember anything about that dream in the morning. So. My dreams aren't bad, they're just weird and I rarely remember most of them."
