Something A Little Different Today

I’m so tired.  Not that kind of tired where you could sleep for half the day,  Not that kind of tired where you just ran a marathon,  Not that kind of tired where you just want to sit and never stand up again.  I’m that kind of tired that I can’t do anything about,  No energy drinks, no caffeine or sugar,  Or potion, or spell.  I’m that kind of tired where you sit hopelessly staring at a screen,  Wanting to do something but nothing is ever enough.  Wanting to be entertained, but life itself is a bore.  I’m that kind of tired where I lay in my bed,  Staring at the ceiling,  Begging for sleep since it’ll take me away from this.  I’m that kind of tired where I want to create and dance and sing,  But as soon as I stand up,  I fall.

Hi, I asked about the sigil for better communication. I just wanted to know if there was something I needed to do on my part for it to activate? -V

Draw it on your skin and the person who you want to communicate better with’s skin, or you can do this with pictures, then simply focus your intent for a few minutes and then let it go. I recommend focusing on your intent and letting it go once a week. 

Fun Snake Fact: There is a snake that’s actually poisonous. That’s right, poisonous, not venomous.

In the Pacific Northwest, there’s a small, harmless snake (the garter snake) with a wide-ranging diet. One particular population preys mostly upon newts containing tetrodotoxin (apparently acquired from bacteria; the same chemical is the toxin in pufferfish). As a result of their prey’s super-potent nerve toxin, the snakes have evolutionarily modified the sodium channels in their nerves to be less responsive to that toxin.

However, tetrodotoxin takes a while to break down. The tetrodotoxin disappears fairly fast from most of the snake’s tissues, except for their livers, which it accumulates in large quantities for long periods of time. This has the potential effect of making these snakes toxic to many of their native predators, especially birds, making this type of snake technically a poisonous snake.

Hi, I'm not sure if you can do this but I wanted a sigil that reads "My favorite parking spot is always available for me when I need it." I know it's a bit weird and if you can't that's ok. -G

Hey, thank you for the request! This is a "turn on when in use" kind of thing. Draw it every time you want your spot and it should work for you. It keeps the spot open until you get there, so if someone is already there (if they arrived before you use it) the sigil will falter.

When you draw the sigil, focus your want into it. Picture your spot being open until your car pulls in. Then, when you get in your vehicle, let that want go.
