Danny, through a freak accident, found out that if he puts a drop of his blood on a thing and then electrifies it, it will begin to gain sentience. Not a lot, more on par with like, a cat or dog instead of a human, but still.

So he's gonna sentient-ize people's cars.

It's perfect, because the GIW will be tracing his ecto signature across the country, only to realize that they were chasing a car.

The people that own the car will probably realize it start to sort of become a pet instead of just a mode of transportation, and when it's found to be ecto contaminated, they'll argue against the ruling that ecto-beings are just soulless husks.

He starts in the only place that will hire and angry sixteen year old with a chip on his shoulder and no prior work history or certificates.

Gotham.

Seven weeks later, Bruce is waylaid by a wild-eyed Jason who swears his motorcycle turned itself on and saved him from a sneak attack.

The Fentons were a loud family. Jack didn't know the concept of an inside voice, explosions follewed them everywhere and their driving left wreckage anytime they they got on the road. Most importantly of all, they were loud about their emotions.

Loud and obvious about their love, or hate. Rarely changing their minds, once a Fenton loved they loved with everything they had, with shouting, broken down walls, fudge, cringe worthy nicknames, loud proclamations and dramatic actions.

Now, Tim knew this before he started dating Danny. Knew that Danny wouldn't be ashamed to scream his love from the roofs. But it still took him by surprise when the grand gestures, loud confessions and over the top actions continued the longer they dated, if anything Danny got more intense.

He could admit that he expected Danny's displays to slow down or stop completely the more he got to know Tim. The more stupid excuses he made, the more dates he missed because crime never stops in Gotham, but Danny just kept accepting excuse after excuse with a smile. Danny still showed up randomly with flowers and homemade sweets and gadgets he made specifically for him.

And Tim just couldn't keep lying, so he came up with a plan. Invite Danny to next family dinner, let Danny charm the Bats enough they let Tim confess about being Red Robin. Truly a flawless plan.

Except Danny, upon first meeting Jason started a fight. And threw a knife at Damian, Damian threw it first, but that was beside the point. And argued with Bruce. And somehow managed to insult even Dick by going on about he hated circus. This just couldn't get worse.

Danny phantom gets punted into the DC dimension and goes absolutely mother hen on EVERYONE.

This guy is so worried about them he gangs up with batmans kids to get him to consider therapy, buys Billy Batson snacks and new clothes, gives the Flashes really super high metabolism granola bars that he made himself, brings back the queen family's arrows from where they got left around the city, stuff like that.

He eventually kinda becomes the DC's guardian angel of superheros as they start to realize he's visited and helped all of them (they dont really know how to feel about the fact that he seems to know most of their identities but they can't really do anything about that)

Best part is? He's doing it as fenton. No one knows he's a ghost, they just think he's Some Dude.

Basically Duke and Danny already know each other and started dating before Duke officially got taken in by Bruce and became a part of the Batfam. The Batfam is vaguely aware that Duke is seeing someone but whenever it's brought up it's shut down with a "he's very shy" or a "he doesn't live in Gotham" all they know is his name is Danny.

Flash forward a couple of weeks/months half the Batfam's captured by cultist trying to summon the ghost king, they succeed but the Eldritch being they called upon just appears disinterested and bored asf. The cult leader starts to panic abit and presents one of their many sacrifices to him, unfortunately for them it was Duke that was presented to him and the monster goes ballistic. By the time the rest of the Batfam gets there, the cultist have already been taken care of (whether they passed out from shock or ran away) and the monster turns it attention back to Duke not paying any mind to the other bats

The Bats can only watch in fear as a being of unimaginable horror picks up the second youngest member of the team and smiles at him with a grin far too wide and sharp for pure intentions. Their fears grow as the monster brings their teammate up to it's face and-

"S̸̯͇͝t̸̢͌a̸͇͑r̶̜͋̊l̴̖͔̀̋i̶̛̮̚g̵̥̺̃͗h̵̯̒ͅt̵͈̝̚!"

Pulls Duke into an impromptu face hug? Ok weird. Even weirder when Duke starts softly laughing and when pulled away from the creature, the Batfam can see he has a fond smile on his face

I thought about toning down the colors (or just straight up leave it the way it is) of our resident fully-dead ghosts, but I couldn't resist adding the pink hair & boxing gloves Angela deserves ;)

If you have siblings then you know that your parents will and have mistaken your name for your siblings before giving up and saying, “you know who you are!” and you just go over. Or what about when you and your siblings have even one sound of your name that sounds similar and you mistake that name as yours and then you realize it wasn’t you being called but your siblings. Or how about when you were a kid you accidentally followed a person who looks like you mom/dad which is very awkward?

Yeah so, I’m thinking this: Dick called out to Dami when they were out but at the time Damian was mad with Dick so he didn’t go to him, but Danny did since Dami sounds similar to Danny if you don’t listen that well enough not realizing it wasn’t Jazz calling for him. 

This just led to Dick walking all over Gotham with Danny without realizing that this was not this little brother (yet), Danny just going along with the ride because this dude thinks he is this ‘Dami’ person and wonders if there was another clone of his that got adopted somehow, Damian is fucken pissed because Grayson left him at the store and Jazz is now slowly coxing this little boy with very bad anger management issues and slowly warming up to him (and vice versa)

The chase begins.

(To be honest it would be just funny if no one in the Batfam realizes that Danny was not Dami at first because they are all busy with something else to be bothered by the youngest at the moment (except for Cass, Duke and Alfred but they are either not there yet or have their reasons to keep quiet) and they all leave for patrol. Just imagine the Batfam being slightly amazing but Robin’s new “six-sense” and taking down criminals one after another without majorly wounding them. It’s a Gotham miracle!

It just keeps dragging on and on until Danny does something nice for Tim before they all do a double take because Damian would never be nice to Tim of all people willingly, like-

“So, who adopted the new orphan?”

Danny was a little offended by this, Damian (after catching up after some certain obstacles happen (which these obstacles led for Jazz to know he is Robin which I find hilarious)) is just mad and decides that Danny can take his place as the younger brother and refuses to leave Jazz after have a few days to a week of bonding time. She kind of reminds him of both Cain and Grayson with some of Drake’s bad selfcare habits. Clearly, she needs protection of some sort as she would surely would have not survived in Gotham without him.
