You rolled your eyes and let out a deep breath.you knew that he was addicted to science and experiments. No matter how expensive or dangerous they were,Katie was willing to do anything he could for them.He also had a thing for his cute,dangerous lemon-bombs,and you were no different.they were adorable! You admired his taste in choosing his bombs shape,

But you weren't exactly crazy about his taste in clothes...

"Then get some rest! Everyone needs to take a break from work from time to time! Don't think that you're an exception"

Even though he was your superior, he always treated you like a partner.he never cared about ranks or these kind of shit, and that made you like him even more.

taking a sip of his water,Kajii sighed and closed his eyes for a few seconds.he was rarely this calm,and it was adorable to you.you didnt want him to be upset,but...

"oh...oh right! i havent considered that!" Kajii said as he got of his chair joyfully,taking a step closer to you which made you blush even harder.

"its awesome! how chemicals do stuff while youre kissing! i can use the humans biological reaction and make a device that will help us regain our power sooner on the battlefield! "

"yes! thats amazing! g-go ahead!"

you closed your eyes,ready to feel his lips againt yours,but you felt nothing.after a few seconds waiting,you opened your eyes to see what was taking him so long,

and then you saw him kissing his hands with an confused face.

"huh? why am i feeling nothing? those romantic movies must have tricked me...why are you looking at me like that?"

this dumbass! is he for real?

taking a deep breath out of anger,you ran at him,grab his shoulders and kiss him out of the blue.

eyes widened,Kajii was shocked as hell.his hands frozen in the air,he didnt have any idea what to do to you.you on the other hand,were so happy you didnt care about how his reaction at that moment.

a few moments later,you slowly drift the kiss apart,looked at his shocked face while putting a shy smile on your face.

"so...did you feel it this time?"

"huh?uh...oh...yeah...i-i guess..."

"so...was it enough to understand how it works?"

Kajii grabbed his hand and tried to look serious,but it only made your smile even bigger.

"well it was kinda sudden,so i didnt really get the whole thing. can we...like...do it again...?"
