Diluc Ragnivindr x Female! Reader
Description: (Y/n) ends up breaking something as the new maid of the Dawn Winery and meets Master Diluc for the first time.

It wasn't necessarily hard work, but it was tedious. (Y/n) couldn't help but to dig at the puffy sleeves that framed her shoulders as the fabric seemed to irritate her skin. She wasn't trying to be disrespectful, and (Y/n) would visibly cringe every time Adelinde's gaze casted over her.
She was grateful, don't get her wrong. Without the mercy Adelinde gave her with no experience, (Y/n) would probably still be in the city of Mondstat looking for work. She just didn't feel like herself in the rounded dress that was given for this particular job. Why do you have to dress this way just to clean a rich man's house?
"(Y/n), dear. Did you hear me?" Adelinde's voice calls out. The other maids giggle quietly to themselves as it was clear (Y/n) was lost in her thoughts.
"I'm sorry. What did you say?" (Y/n) asks after clearing her throat awkwardly.
"Would you be alright with cleaning the upstairs while these two works down here? I will be sure to give you a schedule and check on you now and again."
It was clear that the other two were adamant to be together as they clung to each other's arms like schoolgirls. It honestly made (Y/n) sick to see their giddy expressions. "I suppose not."
"Wonderful. I will see you in your designated spots momentarily."
☄. *. ⋆☄. *. ⋆☄. *. ⋆☄. *. ⋆☄. *. ⋆☄. *. ⋆☄. *. ⋆☄. *. ⋆☄. *. ⋆☄. *. ⋆☄. *.
Irritation seeps from (Y/n)'s pores as she dusts away at the mantle above her. The money was worth it, but doing double the work with something she wasn't used to make her muscles ache. Apparently, one of the girls who was training alongside (Y/n) got sick. Why the other had to leave with her made no sense, but at least Adelinde offered to finish up with her. Not that (Y/n) would leave the older woman to do this work herself; she had nowhere else to go anyway.
The sun barely lit the wooden floors of the Dawn Winery, and the servants began to light candles before their leave for the night. (Y/n)'s limbs ache from a long day's use, tiredness clawing at her eyes. (Y/n) found it harder to stand on the tips of her toes as she reached over her head to swipe the feather down brush behind the vases that stood on the shelving.
Unfortunately, (Y/n) hit one of the glasses with the edge of her knuckles and it slipped off with a loud shatter. She could barely process what happened before fiery red filled her vision.
"Step back, you'll step in it." A monotone voice commands, "What are you even doing here so late? All servants are required to go home before sundown."
(Y/n) observes the man dressed in black for a moment before kneeling down beside him. "I can clean up after myself, thank you."
She can feel his gaze on her as his hands still over the broken pieces. "Excuse me?"
The man sounded more confused if anything, but the tone caused (Y/n) to grovel regardless. "I, um... all I mean is that it was my clumsiness that caused this, so I should be the one that cleans it. Hopefully, I won't get into too much trouble." The last part was more to herself, but it caused the man to chuckle. Ruby eyes greet her as she looks at him in surprise. "What's so funny?"
"The vase had nothing of value, do not worry."
"How do you know?"
"Master Diluc," Adelinde says from behind, "I see you've met the new maid in training."
(Y/n)'s whole body feels as though spikes of ice went through her skin as the man beside her stands.
"I hope your day has been well," Adelinde says with a bow.
"It was fine, thank you. If you wouldn't mind, Adelinde, could you catch one of the workers from outside to throw out this glass. I request that this woman be sent home for the night."
"Yes, Master Diluc," Adelinde responds before turning towards the girl. "You may go home now, dear. Come back bright and early tomorrow morning."
It felt like time stood as (Y/n) lifted herself from the ground. She made sure to keep her head low as she passed by the two, embarrassment warming her cheeks.
"Goodnight, miss Adelinde," (Y/n) manages out before quickly shutting the door.
Adelinde lets out a sigh as she takes the broom off the wall to collect the smaller pieces of broken glass into a pile. Diluc remains fixated on the front door, eyes narrowing intensely.
"Adelinde... who was that girl?" He mutters.
"That was (Y/n). I found her looking for work in the city. I thought we could use the extra help," the woman answers.
"Hm... (Y/n) who?"
"She only gave me her first, sir. I didn't ask any further questions, I'm afraid."
"Interesting..." Diluc responds shortly before turning to the stairs, "I bid you goodnight, Adelinde."

Parings: Dean x Sister! reader x Sam
Description: The Winchester's sister tries to save Lucas before he falls off the dock but ends up almost drowning herself.
~Inspired by episode 3~

(Y/n) sits in the back of the Impala, a frown sketched across her face as the car stops at an intersection. A sign stands at the triangular median with a white arrow pointing towards Milwaukee. Dean's finger taps against the stirring wheel in a steady rhythm while everyone tries to keep their minds of the subtle threat the sheriff made earlier.
"Green," Sam interrupts the silence after a minute past of waiting at the light.
"What?" Dean asks from his thoughts.
"Light's green," (Y/n) mutters.
Baby begins to roll forward. (Y/n)'s face furrows in confusion as Dean turns to the right. She straightens herself to the edge of the seat to look at her brother. "Ah, the interstate's the other way."
"I know," Dean says.
"Dean, this job, I think it's over," Sam states.
"I'm not so sure," Dean confesses.
"If Bill murdered Peter Sweeney and Peter's spirit got its revenge, case closed. The spirit should be at rest," Sam says.
"What are you thinking?" (Y/n) asks Dean quietly.
Dean glances at his siblings. "What if we take off and this thing isn't done? What if we missed something? What if more people get hurt?"
"That's a lot of what if's."
"But why would you think that?" Sam questions.
"Because Lucas was scared," Dean replies.
"That's what this is about?"
"I just don't want to leave town til I know the kid's okay."
"Who are you, and what have you done with my brother?"
"Shut up."
"For what it's worth, I agree with Dean on this one," (Y/n) adds in with her finger in the air.
"Shut up," Sam jokingly repeats.
---
"Are you sure about this? It's pretty late, man." Sam says as the three of them walk to the front of the house. Dean rolls his eyes, pressing the door bell, until Lucas opens the door in a panic. Immediately, Dean kneels down to calm the boy, but Lucas rushes off with a heavy breath.
The siblings rush up the stairs after him. Water floods the floor, pouring down the steps like a waterfall. (Y/n) and Sam holds back the scared boy as their older brother pounds his weight against the locked bathroom door. It is forced open at last and Sam rushes in to pull Lucas's mother out of the overflowing bathtub. (Y/n)'s eyes water, her heart thumping against her chest, as she holds Lucas firmly to her form. A hiccupped sigh releases from her lips as Sam finally pulls Andrea out with all his might.
---
(Y/n) listens to the soft murmurs of the conversation Sam and Andrea has as she watches over Lucas. Dean was somewhere in the house, investigating for any answers on why Peter Sweeney went after Andrea. The youngest Winchester heaves out a long exhale, twirling a (F/C) crayon between he fingers.
Lucas gets up from his place on the floor and walks into the main area of the house. (Y/n) follows, asking where he was going, but he gave no answer. He walks up to a window and (Y/n) makes eye contact with Dean, who was hovering over the table with a book in his hand. he gives a curious glance towards Lucas, only to get a shrug from his sister in return.
"Lucas? Lucas, what is it?" Dean asks.
The boy doesn't say a thing and saunters out the front door with a rigid frown. (Y/n) goes after him, her brothers and Andrea quick behind her. Lucas stops at the top of a mossy hill and stares at it before looking up at Dean.
"You and Lucas get back to the house and stay there, okay?" Dean instructs. Andrea grabs her son and heads down to the house as ordered. "(Y/n), go with them."
"But-" (Y/n) interjects.
"I need you to make sure nothing bad happens. I can trust you, right?"
"Yeah, okay- call me if things go south though."
---
(Y/n) and Andrea watch through the window as Jake points a gun at Sam and Dean. (Y/n) was about to run to the door, but Andrea stops her by grabbing her arm. She shakes her head with a fearful look in her eyes and kneels down in front of the young duo.
"Go to your room, sweetie. You, will you stay with him, please?Lock the door and don't come out," Andrea requires, before heading outside to stop her dad. (Y/n) was about to lead Lucas to his room, until he bolts to another entrance of the house. He waits for her at the end of the deck stairs as the confrontation with the sheriff heats up a few meters away. A voice rings in the girl's ears as she makes her way out onto the patio.
Come play with me
"Did you hear that?" She asks Lucas. He tilts his head before climbing up a mound on the side of the house. (Y/n) imitates his actions, like an apprentice learning from their mentor, and notices rather quickly that he was heading for the water. He reaches down to grab something and (Y/n) looks over him to see a green army man floating in the water tauntingly as Lucas struggles to grab it. She crouches down at the water, extending her arm to pluck the toy from the water too.
"I can't reach it," (Y/n) huffs out as she leans her body across the watery depths. It ripples softly near their hands as a dark figure approaches. She narrows her eyes, lifting her hand out of the water, when a mop of hair drifts to the surface.
"Lucas!"
"(Y/n)!"
"Stay where you are!"
Suddenly, a discolored hand bolts out and grabs Lucas's wrist. (Y/n) wraps her arms around the boy's torso to keep him on the dock, but the powerful pull the vengeful spirit possessed causes the Winchester's muscles to strain. (Y/n) and Lucas fly into the water, their bodies consumed by the waves.
(Y/n)'s arms slip away from the boy as her whole form becomes heavy. She gulps and chokes on the water filling her lungs and she struggles to reach the surface. The murky liquid makes her eyes sting and she can see nothing but her blurry physique sinking further down to the bottom.
She abruptly wakes from unconsciousness as someone reaches around her waist and pulls up to the surface. Immediately, she coughs out her lungs as her discombobulated mind becomes alert of her surroundings once more. The person's large hand pushes her head against their neck as they both gasp for air.
"You're okay, I got you," Sam whispers as he presses a kiss to her temple.
---
Dean blankets (Y/n)'s shoulders with his jacket as they walk to the Impala parked at the edge of the road. She gratefully pulls the material closer to her shivering body. Sam opens the back door for her and she climbs in, looking at Andrea's house as the sun's shadow casts over the roof.
"That was a close one, huh sis?" Dean jokes, shifting into reverse and pulling out on to the road. The engine pants softly as its speed accelerates on the black pavement. (Y/n) gives a weak smile and nods to her brother in response before turning to the scenery passing by her window.
"(Y/n)?" Sam says softly, giving her a gentle gander from the passenger's seat.
"What?" She mumbles.
"What's wrong with you?" Dean comments, looking through the rear view mirror. "By now you would be making up a stupid joke about trees or something."
"I'm fine," (Y/n) sighs, "Just tired."
"We're not going to stop bothering you until you tell us what's got you down," Sam prompts.
"I couldn't save him..."
"Huh?" Dean questions loudly.
"I couldn't save Lucas. I wasn't strong enough to keep him on the dock. He almost drowned because of me."
"That's what this is about? Lucas is alive, isn't he?"
"Yeah-"
"(Y/n), we were dealing with a revengeful spirit. Your a kid- of course your not going to win a wrestling match against a ghost. You shouldn't beat yourself about it," Sam explains.
"Sam's right. It wasn't you fault. You are strong, but you can't expect everything to go smoothly with a job like ours. We're a team, and you can sure as hell forget us getting off your back anytime soon," Dean states.
"Thanks guys," (Y/n) says.
"Yeah, no problem, bud." Sam remarks sweetly.
"Hey Dean?"
"Yeah kid?"
"Why did the pine tree get in trouble?"
"I don't know, why?"
"Because it was being knotty."
"Oh my god, that was bad." Sam snorts as Dean beats his hand on Sam's arm with a cackle.
"It was being naughty, brutha." Dean laughs while wiggling his eyebrows.
"Shut up."
I Miss Her Too

Dean x Sam (Platonic), Sam x Sister! reader
Warning: Mentions of character death, cursing
Description: The brothers open up about their dead sister
・❥・・❥・・❥・・❥・・❥・・❥・・❥・・❥・・❥・・❥・
Dean releases a long sigh as he stares out at the parking lot of a raggedy motel on the side of the interstate. The flickering multi-colored sign bleeds into the inky blackness of the Impala, causing the pulse in the man's frustrated mind to burst against his skull repeatedly. Dean's knuckles were sickly pale in contrast to his freckled tan skin as he held the stirring wheel of the parked car in a vice grip.
His cheeks sag under the pressure of the heavy bags carried beneath his sad hazel eyes. The smile marks that tug at the edge of his lips barely show as a deep frown etches across his face. His usual neatly done hair now stuck out in a disheveled state.
Dean notices a tall shadow rising behind the illuminated brownish-white curtains in one of the rooms. The material tugs slightly from the window and soon enough the deep green heavy duty door opens to reveal his brother. He looks down at the wrapped burgers set on the passenger's seat and grabs them before exiting the car.
"These are cold," Sam remarks as Dean pushes them against his chest.
"There's a microwave for a reason," Dean grumbles in response and sits at the edge of the bed to take off his shoes.
"You do realize you got three," Sam asks softly after a short pause.
"We'll eat it later; It's no big deal."
""This was how (Y/n) liked it," Sam states while observing the content inside one of the burgers.
"I said we'll eat it later," Dean snaps. He snatches the wrapper from Sam's hands and lays it on the drawer between the beds. He keeps his back turned from his brother as the atmosphere becomes tense.
"Dean," Sam whispers. He presses his calloused palm against the eldest Winchester's shoulder. Dean looks over with a distressed expression and places his own hand over his brothers. "I miss her too."
"I'm sorry," Dean apologizes.
"Let's talk about it," Sam insists.
"No."
"Dean-"
"I can't."
"We promised her, Sam cries, "we promised her before she died that we wouldn't end up like this- distancing ourselves and pretending everything is alright when it isn't. We're letting her down."
"I know."
"I know? That's all you have to say? Dean, she was my sister too. She's gone now and faking a world where she still exists is just hurting us."
Suddenly, Sam slams into the wall with Dean's arm against his neck. Dean glowers over him, scrunching his nose into a snarl. "Don't talk about her like that," Dean mutters before releasing the pressure from Sam's body.
"It hurts me too. It was just the two of us, then she came along rocking our boat and it seemed like we were an unstoppable trio. It's going to be so hard going back to the way things were before bug showed up." Sam collapses on the bed as tears stream down his sun-kissed face.
Dean wraps his arm around Sammy in a brotherly hug. "(Y/n) was one hell of a gunslinger."
"Yeah," Sam smiles.
"And a brat too."
"Hey, she wasn't that bad; Although, she did have her moments."
"Your right."
"She kinda gets a pass for being a girl though."
"That's not what I meant- yes, but no- I meant it's good talking about her," Dean confesses.
"See, I told you."
"Alright, alright. I'm done," Dean whines as he gets up, "We may have opened up a bit, but we are not turning into a chick flick."
"We were having a bonding moment, you jerk!"
"Bitch."
"Really?"
"Rest up. We're leaving in the morning."
"Yeah, you too. I don't need you looking like a living corpse anymore," Sam comments.
"Shut up."
---
A shiver trails up Sam's spine and his eyes jolt open in shock. The dark motel room was silent besides the soft snores coming from Dean's side of the room. A soft blue glow appears and shines over the popcorn ceiling. Sam immediately feels each of his tired muscles tense in alertness as the overwhelming foreboding thought that something else was in the room punches his gut.
He slowly reaches under the flat pillows beneath his head for his knife. His fingertips gently graze along the handle and he grasps it tightly. Sam settles his ragged breathing before springing to action. He rushes off the bed in a defense position, with the knife pointing threateningly at the figure leaning over Dean. A soft glow emits from their body as they brush their thumb over Dean's forehead with a gentle smile.
"(Y-Y/n)?" Sam asks feebly. The girl lifts her eyes to him, her (E/c) orbs glittering softly with curiosity. The knife falls from his hand and clatters to the carpeted floor. "You were dead..."
(Y/n) straightens herself, her brows furrowing.
"What happened, bug? Why show up now when we are finally getting over losing you?" Sam's voice cracks and he takes a step towards his little sister. "How exactly did you die?"
The deceased Winchester shakes her head, turning her body away. "Too soon," She gasps out, grabbing at her throat painfully.
"W-what?"
"Love you, Sammy," She whimpers out, before disappearing like smoke and the pale glow fades out.
"(Y/n)? (Y/n)! Don't leave us again!" Sam scurries to unlock the door and runs out. He looks around in a panic, only to find empty cars in an empty parking lot.
"Sammy? What's going on?" Dean calls wearily from the inside, "What is it?"
"N-nothing. It's nothing."
