T.R. || The Girl Who Came From Hell

Tom's interest in you began in the fifth year at Hogwarts. You were almost like a reflection of him: Slytherin, studious and astute, determined to achieve her goals. The difference between you, however, was in the fact that you had the inheritance that mattered: your last name, power, contacts and money, all coming from your family without any effort.

The approach began during a task of Potions. Since then, they have started to walk together and share their plans. Tom, of course, knew that approaching you was advantageous for his ambitions, initially motivated by pure interest. Over time, the interests of both also became carnal, and soon you were a couple. But make no mistake, you were not naive, maybe you knew Tom better than anyone at Hogwarts and understood the meaning of all that, but you wouldn't mind as long as you had control over it.

His father, however, hated this union at the beginning. Tom didn't have the pure blood so valued by his family, he didn't have the money or an influential family. However, Tom's charm, combined with his ability to persuade, ended up changing the man's opinion. This gave Riddle a renewed confidence, leading him to be possessive with you, in an attempt to ensure that only he could enjoy the prestige and power that his relationship provided.

However, the fact that they are similar in everything, including this, was what made them get closer and fall in love, in the most toxic sense of the word. You thought he saw you as an equal, who respected you in the same way, but you were wrong, and came to discover it in a disgusting way.

You began to notice the way some girls looked at Riddle, and he, being a man, could barely disguise his interactions in his eyes even more attentive, who saw every look given by him to the body of another, every disappearance during the day. It wasn't frequent, but it was remarkable. And today, you expected to put him in his place finally, already possessed with the way you heard a girl bragging about him in the bathroom.

For you, it was fun to provoke him from time to time, flirt with another boy and make him angry with anger. But never, ever, have they gone from silly flirts. You believed that they should be loyal to each other, after all, they had much bigger plans and if they couldn't trust each other, none of that would make sense. Tom, on the other hand, thought he used you, that he had you in the palm of his hand. You were beautiful, and your family definitely helped you in many ways, but he never really took you seriously. Tom needed to think like that, he needed it because that way he would be someone.

And then, in that fateful afternoon, when, when passing through one of the empty classrooms looking for him, you saw, through the small slit of the door, the image of an ordinary student kneeling in front of Riddle, who in turn had her belt and pants open.

His eyes were not filled with tears, but with a deep hatred that was born there. You liked the possessiveness and it was definitely not like that with him, a strange and somewhat sickly relationship that you simply liked, it was almost like a cat and mouse hunt. But maybe I had to bring limits to this game now, maybe Tom didn't really know you as you imagined.

Your heels took you to the interior of the classroom, the shoes echoing on the stone floor, scaring the two present. The girl quickly moved away from Tom, who dressed calmly and waved for her to leave.

Tom's face remained neutral, without any blush or expression of regret.

- It's not the first time this has happened, is it? - His face had a sarcastic smile on his face, frighteningly quiet.

- No. - He replied simply, approaching you slowly, with his hands in his pockets. - I thought you didn't mind, honey. Aren't you the one who keeps flirting with other boys? - Tom smiled slightly, provoking a penetrating look coming from you.

- I've never had sex with any of them. - You paused, holding Tom's hand and pulling him out of the room on a slow walk. - But I'm curious, aren't you satisfied with me, Tommy? - A false sadness dyed your words as you stared at him in the hallway when you were stopped by him.

- Of course I am, dear. You shouldn't have seen that. I'm sorry. - Tom rolled his eyes internally, irritated by the amount of questions, but excellent at lying, saying what he thought you would like to hear to finally get rid of his visible and exaggerated drama.

- That's good, love. But spare me your empty excuses, Tommy, I don't like them lying to me. - Your body approached, still holding your boyfriend's hand and with a gentle smile, continuing your speech. - Just be careful that I don't get tired of you. You wouldn't want that.

His false kindness made Tom's face squirm in fury. He hated being threatened and would not accept being challenged in that way, especially coming from someone he believed to have full control.

- Come on, Tom. We know that you need me more than I need you. That's no secret to anyone, love. - You kissed him on the cheek, running your hands around his neck, watching as a spark of hatred appeared in your eyes.

Those who saw it from the outside could swear that you were swearing your love to each other, given the soft touches and false, but extremely convincing smiles, that you directed to him.

- I don't need to... - Tom started, but his voice interrupted him quickly.

- Yes, you need to. After all, what are you without me, Tommy? Nothing... - You digred. - You don't have the blood, you don't have the money, you don't have the power, nothing. You're nothing but me, dear. And it annoys me to have to say that, but I see that you still don't understand.

Tom felt a whirlwind of conflicting emotions within himself. He, who had always been proud of being undisturbed and cold, now found himself trapped in a network of feelings that he could not control. The wounded pride and anger mixed with a new and disconcerting feeling: insecurity. Never before had anyone challenged his authority and exposed his vulnerability in this way.

As his words echoed in his mind, he felt the control over the situation slip through his fingers. The certainty of his superiority seemed to fall apart, replaced by a painful realization of his dependence on you. He needed you more than he was willing to admit, and that consumed him from the inside out.

- Do you really think you can threaten me like this? - He murmured, his voice loaded with a contained poison as he squeezed one of his arms, taking you to the dark side of the hallway. - You think you know me so well, but you have no idea what I'm capable of doing.

- I'm not threatening you, Tommy. I'm just making it clear how much you need me. - Your voice came out with coldness and a still feigned kindness making him even more angry, his eyes fixed on his, challenging him to deny the truth.

Tom felt the anger boil, but at the same time, a part of him recognized the veracity in the words you said. He couldn't stand the idea of being seen as weak, but there, in front of you, his invulnerability mask was about to fall.

- You may be right. - He admitted with great reluctance, his lips contracting in a fine line. - But never forget, Y/N, that I also know how to play this game. And I don't intend to lose.

You smiled, a smile that mixed triumph and compassion.

- I never expected you to lose, love. I just want you to realize that this game is not just yours. And maybe, if you allow yourself, we can play together. - Your body is released from the grip, depositing a kiss on Tom's lips, feeling all the cold and anger that echoed from him. - Just don't forget that. - You add with a serious face, but soon forming a smile.

With these words, you turned around, leaving Tom alone in the hallway, wrapped in his own reflections and conflicts. He knew that, as much as he hated to admit it, you were the only one who could challenge and balance your world. And, deep down, maybe that's exactly what he needed.

Tom stood there for a moment, watching you move away with decisive steps. His gaze followed every movement of his body as he disappeared in the darkness of the corridor. The discussion had left a bitter taste in his mouth, a mixture of resentment and a strange intensity of desire.

He would never admit it out loud, but the way you challenged him, the way you messed with him, aroused something deep inside Tom. It was as if every confrontation, every exchange of words was a spark that lit the fire he tried to keep under control.

As he revived his words in his mind, Tom felt a mixture of frustration and a growing admiration for his cunning. You knew exactly how to press the right buttons, how to put it against the wall and make it question your own strength and control.

A sigh escaped from his lips as he ran his hand through his hair, trying to lighten the tumultuous thoughts. I couldn't deny that there was something magnetic in you, something that attracted and irritated you at the same time. But love, in the traditional sense, seemed like an unknown and unattainable territory for both. Their lives were dominated by ambitious goals, by the incessant search for power and control, which often shocked and drove them away.

Riddle saw the desire grow within him, not only for his body, but also for the sharp mind and the ambitious goals they shared. It was an attraction based on a kind of admiration, in the tacit understanding of each other's ambitions.

With a resigned sigh, Tom began to walk in the opposite direction to his. It was not the time to surrender to physical desire or to get lost in the traps of possessiveness. It was time to find a way that would take you away from the reins you controlled.

Maybe that moment served you in some way, Tom was starting to see her closer to his own pedestal. However, he wouldn't admit any of that out loud and much less mentally. At that moment he had two conflicting feelings: an absurd desire to get you out of the way or simply nestle in your body, a moment when only he had control, even if this control was consented by you.

T.N. || Platonic loves

Summary: Theodore falls in love with you more and more until he knows that having you will be harder than it seems. Wamings: A little sad and cute. Requests are open!

T.N. || Platonic Loves
T.N. || Platonic Loves
T.N. || Platonic Loves

The sun was setting over Hogwarts Castle, casting elongated shadows through the stone corridors. You were sitting at one of the tables in the library, concentrated in your book of Potions. You had promised Charlotte, Theodore Nott's younger sister, that you would help her with a difficult duty.

While patiently explaining the principles of polymorphic potions to her, Theodore entered the library. He was looking for a rare book that he would need for his own duty. As he passed by the table where his sister was sitting next to him, he stopped for a moment, watching the scene.

He had always known who you were - you were in the same class, after all. But you had never been close. However, seeing her now, so focused and dedicated to helping Charlotte, the memory of a platonic crush that had haunted him in the first year returned with strength. At that time, his kindness in helping him with a simple academic question had touched a deep corner in Nott's heart. Now, seeing you, with your quiet beauty and radiant intelligence, turned this memory into a flame of unresolved desire.

Their encounters became more frequent, and Theodore surrendered to a silent admiration. Casual conversations between you were like small golden moments where he could glimpse a side of you that few knew. Every word exchanged, every shared look seemed to amplify the charm I felt. His presence next to Charlotte, at dinners and in pleasant conversations, was a constant reminder of a desire that he tried to keep under control.

After a while, Charlotte got up to pick up a book you mentioned. Theodore intended to take the opportunity and get closer, but quickly his sister returned, making the boy take small steps back.

From then on, the classes became more interesting for Theodore, who began to notice more in his presence. You always seemed to know exactly what you were doing, your precise and confident movements. He watched from afar, admiring his ability and the way he patiently explained things to other colleagues who asked for help.

In addition, his presence always close to the Sonserino group also caught his attention. The friendship you had with your roommate, Pansy, seemed quite close by the way they were glued to all meals and classes.

Sometimes, you caught him looking at you, always corresponding with a shy smile which made Theodore look away quickly, which made Pansy realize and say some things to you.

- Merlin, I think you're softening Theo's heart. - Pansy whispers with a playful smile during class.

She saw how Nott stared at you while she was focused on her notes.

- What did you say? - Nothing Pansy said had reached your ears, but when you turned your face to see your friend, you found Theodore's face in the row of tables on the side pointed at you.

He smiled slightly and you reciprocated, deciding to go back to what you were doing before.

It was on a winter night, under a starry sky, that Theodore made a discovery that would change the course of his feelings. He climbed the tortuous stairs of the Astronomy Tower, looking for a quiet place to satisfy his cigarette addiction, when he noticed a familiar figure already installed in the shaded corner of the tower. It was you, with a cigarette lit between your fingers, your eyes fixed on the stars. You seemed so comfortable there, as if that were your secret refuge.

The first meeting was a moment of mutual surprise. The silence of the tower was broken only by the soft sound of cigarettes lighting and going out. When Theodore approached, his gaze found him with a mixture of surprise and curiosity, before offering him a cigarette with a shy smile. It was the beginning of an unexpected bond.

On time, what began as casual encounters turned into a shared routine. The conversations began with comments about the development of Charlotte, Theodore's sister, but soon delved into more personal and relaxed discussions. You two talked about your hopes, fears and dreams, finding a genuine connection with each other. It was as if the night environment and the smoke of cigarettes dissolved the barriers between them.

However, in recent weeks, Theodore realized that you were no longer going there. The tower was empty and silent, and his absence became almost palpable to him. The fear that his presence there could be discovered as an attempt to find you and the discomfort of appearing intrusive made him hesitate to look for her directly.

Determined to understand what could be happening, Theodore turned to his sister, Charlotte, in the hope of getting some clues. During a casual conversation in the Communal Room, he tried to introduce the topic with the usual lightness. Charlotte was flipping through any book while Theodore, who sat on the couch in front of hers, tried to distract herself from restless thoughts.

- Don't you need help with your work anymore? I see that your reinforcement sessions with Y/N have decreased. - He tries to divert the focus from his real question, which seems to have worked. Charlotte drops the book with a somewhat disappointed face.

- Well, she actually canceled them. He said that, for personal reasons, he would need to take a quick break from class. - Theodore is interested in his sister's question and tries to find something else.

- And do you know what it's about?

- Gisela, a colleague of mine from Transfiguration, said that S/N is dating Lorenzo Berkshire. - That was definitely not the answer he expected to hear. - But I found it so strange, they don't really look like a couple, don't you think?

- I've never been close to Lorenzo, but I think I would know if they were leaving. - Nott's tone came out more worried than he would like, which formed a suggestive smile on his sister's face.

- I was also surprised when I heard, but that's what everyone is saying. They're really together. - Charlotte raised an eyebrow.

Before Theodore could answer, Blaise and Mattheo joined them, noticing Theo's subtle agitation when leaning his elbows on his knees, something common he did when he was nervous.

- What are you talking about? - Blaise asked, sitting next to Theodore.

- It seems that our dear Theo just found out that S/N is dating Lorenzo Berkshire. - Charlotte said with a provocative smile, which made Theodore roll his eyes and try to look more relaxed.

Blaise and Mattheo exchanged glances and laughed.

- Oh, so he finally found out. - Mattheo said, winking at Theodore.

- And apparently, that didn't go well. - Blaise added, poking Theodore lightly. - Are you jealous, Theo?

- No, of course not. Just... surprised, that's all.

- Surprised? Were you surprised when you heard, Zabini? - Mattheo asks with a lack of curiosity.

- Actually, I didn't stay. - Blaise laughs. - But why do you care, Theo?

- I don't care about that, Blaise, I just found it curious. - Theodore gets up angry and looks at his sister who was just smiling.

- Of course, of course. - Blaise said, rolling his eyes. - Just don't let Lorenzo notice his lost dog looks.

- You are impossible. -Theodore grumbled, while gathering the books he had thrown on the couch when he arrived before. - I'm just surprised, that's all. They don't really look like a couple.

Charlotte laughed, noticing Theodore's half-comical and clearly disappointed tone.

- And what did you mean by that? Are you jealous?

Theodore just left the place, hanging his coat over his shoulder in a hurry to go to the dormitory, but Blaise and Mattheo continued to provoke him until he disappeared in the dungeon corridor.

[...]

A few days after the conversation with Charlotte, Theodore decided, once again, to seek refuge in the Astronomy Tower. The sky was clear, and the night promised to be quiet, the perfect setting for his restless thoughts. When climbing the silent stairs, a mixture of anxiety and hope accompanied him. When he reached the top, he saw his family figure already installed in the corner of the tower, the cigarette smoke mixing with the night fog.

His presence was an unexpected relief. Theodore hesitated for a moment before approaching, not wanting to break the silence with unkeen questions about his recent removal. Instead, he limited himself to sitting next to him, pulling his own cigarette out of his pocket and lighting it with a familiar gesture.

You looked at him with a genuine smile, that smile that always had the power to illuminate the darkness of the tower and light something else inside it. The conversations returned with the usual naturalness, as if time had not passed and the distance had never happened. They talked about what they had missed in the weeks without meetings, about Charlotte and her new challenges, and about small details of the school life they shared.

Although his presence was comforting, Theodore could not ignore the discomfort he felt since he had heard about the relationship between you and Lorenzo. The fact that you remain the same, smiling and engaging, while he struggled to understand the new dynamics between you, made the situation seem strange and painful. Even so, the way you talked and the way your eyes shone as you spoke made Theodore forget, for a moment, the inner whirlwind that disturbed him.

He liked to hear his soft voice, which sounded almost like a melody, and the way you got lost in his thoughts, sharing his views in a passionate and genuine way. It was on one of these nights that Theodore discovered some charming secrets about you.

You mentioned that you preferred cats to any other animal, which made Theodore smile when he imagined you with a snuggled cat on his lap. He also confessed his love for spring, vividly describing how the flowers bloomed and how the air was fragrant and fresh. But the most surprising revelation was when you admitted that you liked Snape's classes. You laughed, a light and musical sound, and asked for a secret, since it was unusual for students to like the severe Potions teacher.

- I've always liked the way he teaches - he confessed, looking at the stars still with a light smile.

Theodore smiled, intrigued and enchanted by these new facets he was discovering.

- Cats, spring and Snape? You are full of surprises, Y/N. - He said, looking at you with admiration, who in turn laughed again, and the sound seemed to mix with the soft breeze that blew in the tower.

- I think so. But don't tell anyone about Snape, okay? - His eye blinked at him, joking.

- Our secret. - He promised Theodore, still smiling.

While they continued to talk, Theodore couldn't help but dig about his relationship with Lorenzo Berkshire. He knew that the two were officially a couple, but he had never seen them really close together. You and Lorenzo were rarely together in public, and when you were, the interaction between the two of you seemed more friendly than romantic.

Theodore began to wonder when and how this relationship had begun. I couldn't remember a specific moment when I had noticed a change in his behavior.

Theodore's thoughts returned to the nights in the Astronomy Tower. He realized that, although you had never mentioned Lorenzo in these conversations, the absence of any mention of him was, in itself, revealing.

You, in fact, still didn't know how to deal very well with your relationship with Lorenzo. He was a nice boy, but their relationship was never more than an agreement between his parents. Neither of them really liked each other; they just tried to talk and get to know each other better, in an attempt to like each other, but both knew that this didn't seem to work. Their parents always repeated: "love is something you learn to give to someone." However, the more time passed, the more you realized that forcing such an important feeling seemed impossible.

While watching you talk passionately about the things he loved, Theodore couldn't understand how someone so vibrant and full of life could be in a relationship without the same intensity and connection he felt for you, even in his casual encounters in the tower. He began to wonder if Lorenzo perceived his true essence or if he only saw her as a convenient partner.

These thoughts made him restless, because with each new conversation, Theodore felt closer, more involved in his world. And with every shared smile and confidence, he wondered how much he was willing to do to see her really happy, perhaps by his side, and not from someone who seemed so distant.

Theodore took a deep breath, deciding to address a subject that had intrigued him for some time.

- I was surprised when I heard about your relationship with Lorenzo. It seemed like something... sudden. -- You looked away, watching the cigarette smoke rise in soft spirals until it dissipated in the night air. His eyes reflected a slight discomfort and sadness.

- It was also a surprise to me. - He stamered, almost inaudible.

Theodore frowned, confused.

- What do you mean?

A sigh came out of his lips, looking at the stars as if seeking the courage to continue.

- Our parents joined us before we were even old enough for that. It's an old agreement between our families. - Theodore felt a tightness in his chest when he heard this. The idea of a forced relationship bothered him deeply. He leaned a little closer, trying to understand better. - We really had no choice. We tried to get to know each other better and follow what our parents wanted, but... it doesn't seem to work.

His lungs let out another heavy sigh, almost as if he regretted it silently. His eyes wandered through Theodore's face, who seemed to look for answers that would never come, but soon looked forward again.

- Is that why you've been away lately? - His voice was low, almost a whisper.

- Enzo hates that I smoke and I've been trying to stop. - A forced smile was given by you. - And, well... He also doesn't really like the fact that I'm alone for so long with you.

Theodore can't help but laugh in response, which led you to do the same. Lorenzo didn't really like you to care, but he didn't want to disappoint his father with a rumor that his girlfriend would betray him in any way.

His growing passion for you made these words hurt even more. Every smile of his was like a blade of light in the darkness of the tower, and Theodore allowed himself the indulgence to smile too, despite the knot in his stomach. He knew that reality was complicated, but at least there, his presence made everything a little more bearable. He valued those shared moments, even if the future was uncertain and the recent past left him a sense of strangeness. ____________________________________

Dark Paradise | Theodore Nott

Dark Paradise | Theodore Nott
Dark Paradise | Theodore Nott
Dark Paradise | Theodore Nott

Prologue:

Despite being born together, Y/N and Draco were very distinct in terms of personality. While Draco enjoyed belittling those who were not part of his elitist circle, Y/N saw no reason to be bothered by the mere existence of others. Both were raised under their parents' indulgence, inheriting Lucius's pride and Narcissa's elegance, but Y/N stood out for her kindness, even if she preferred to keep her distance from the other houses at Hogwarts.

Even before they set foot in Hogwarts, they knew exactly which house they would be placed in. At just 11 years old, the Malfoy siblings and their friends began to form the group that would later be known as the Slytherin Elite. This exclusive group included the Malfoys, Pansy Parkinson, Blaise Zabini, Matthew Riddle, the Greengrass sisters Daphne and Astoria, and Theodore Nottβ€”all from the most influential families already allocated to that house.

Y/N had always been disciplined and determined, following the rules to achieve her goals, and, if necessary, was willing to break them to reach her aims.

As they grew older, Draco and Y/N felt the pressure increasing. Their father's expectations became more demanding each year, but they met all of them, aware that soon they would have to face the world outside the walls of Hogwarts.

By the end of their fourth year, the atmosphere at Hogwarts was charged with teenage tensions: crushes, discoveries, and maturation. Y/N Malfoy stood out not only for her beauty and intelligence but also for the aura of inaccessibility that seemed to surround her, keeping her out of reach for most.

However, behind this impenetrable image, Y/N harbored secrets. She used to say she had a reputation to maintain, revealing only to her closest friends, Daphne and Pansy.

"Pansy, do you really think my heart is so cold that I've never felt anything for anyone?" Y/N laughed, but a pang of discomfort accompanied her, as she was hiding the truth from a friend she considered like a sister.

Y/N and Theodore had never been close. He was Draco's friend, attending his parties and formal dinners, spending weekends at the Malfoy mansion with the group. At parties with drinks and cigarettes, they occasionally talked, but Y/N always found Theodore inscrutable, which perhaps sparked her curiosity. next chapter>>>

M.R. || SHE’S LIKE ME

Summary: Mattheo seems to have found a version of himself in you. At first, he found it strange, even irritated by the amount of similarities, but then, he felt attracted to you. Warnings: Just a little spicy, nothing more. Requests are open!

M.R. || SHES LIKE ME

This was unusual to happen, or rather, it had never happened before. At least, not so far.

And she was always there, it was nothing new for him to see her in classes, in the corridors or even in his group of friends. Y/N has always been around, and that was the strangest. She definitely wasn't his type, in the physical sense she certainly caught his attention, of course, she was beautiful. But it wasn't the kind of girl he used to have around, after all, Y/N didn't flatter boys to get his attention, she just existed, and that was enough.

The sun that morning seemed to illuminate her face in the most theatrical way ever seen by him. Mattheo could swear that he had never seen her like that. She has always been a classmate, a friend of the house, a constant presence at parties, but never so close to hear what she said to Daphne and Astoria, who laughed on the sofas of the communal.

That afternoon, a decisive game of quidditch was approaching. Mattheo sat on the step before hers in the stands, just observing the few interactions she had with the game. She seemed distant, immersed in thoughts, her hands playing with a lock of hair while her eyes followed the movements in the quidditch field.

The light wind of that afternoon gently caressed Y/N's face, causing some strands of hair to dance gracefully around his face. Mattheo, from her place, could observe every detail, from the way she tilted her head slightly to listen to her friends, to the slight smile that formed on her lips with every funny comment from Daphne and Astoria.

He had never noticed how her laughs were musical, how her eyes shone when she was happy. Mattheo felt something new form inside him, a mixture of curiosity and admiration that he could not control. The noise of the crowd, the sound of the players in the air, everything seemed to dissolve in the background as he continued to observe her, realizing that maybe, just maybe, he was starting to see Y/N in a completely different way.

But then a wave of frustration took over him. He shook his head, trying to ward off those thoughts. After all, Mattheo was the kind of boy who used to ignore the girls after having what he wanted. He could not afford to weaken now, especially by someone like Y/N, who made no effort to gain his attention.

"Don't be an idiot," he murmured to himself, running his hand through his hair in an angry gesture. He tried to convince himself that she was no different, just another normal girl, who would annoy him after anything.

He tried to concentrate on the game, in the screams of the fans around him, but his eyes stubbornly continued to deviate to her. Every smile, every gesture, seemed to pull him back. He scolded himself mentally, remembering the times when other girls had become just passing memories. Why would Y/N be different?

But even with this reprimand, there was a part of him that could not ignore the growing feeling in his chest. A part that wanted to know more, to understand what made her laugh like that, what was going on in her mind when she looked at the horizon with that distant look. And that scared him more than anything else.

The distraction he was looking for came in an unexpected way. A fifth-year boy approached Y/N, sitting next to her with a familiarity that made Mattheo's blood boil. He couldn't hear what they said, but the soft laughs of Y/N and the smiles they exchanged were enough to make him uncomfortable.

"Who the hell is this?" Mattheo thought, trying to convince herself that it didn't matter, that she had every right to talk to whoever she wanted. But every friendly gesture, every look exchanged between them, was like a needle piercing his patience. The boy leaned closer to Y/N, and she smiled, which made Mattheo feel a knot in his stomach.

He looked away, trying to focus on the game again, but it was impossible. The vision of Y/N laughing with another boy chased him, causing a feeling of possessiveness to arise.

- Ridiculous. - He murmured to himself.

Blaise, who was sitting next to Mattheo, noticed his friend's restlessness.

- What is it, Mattheo? It looks like you saw a swallow in broad daylight. - Said Blaise, with an ironic smile.

- It's nothing. - He replied, his voice tense. But Blaise didn't let himself be fooled.

- Oh, I get it. - Blaise followed Mattheo's gaze to Y/N and the boy who was now sitting next to her. - So that's it. Y/N, huh?

- I said it's nothing, Zabini. - Mattheo repeated, but the boy just laughed.

- You're jealous. I never thought I would see the day this would happen. But do you want to know? I think you were only interested in her because she showed no interest in you. - Mattheo looked at Blaise, surprised and angry.

- What are you talking about?

- Come on, Mattheo. You've always had girls running after you. And she's not after your attention, and that drives you crazy. You can't stand not being the center of attention of any girl.

Mattheo opened his mouth to protest, but the words didn't come out. Blaise was right. There was something in the indifference of Y/N that attracted him, something he couldn't fully understand.

- That's ridiculous. - He finally murmured.

- Yes, of course. - Zabini mocks, but Mattheo decided not to answer anymore, after all, there was nothing to be said.

[...]

With the victory of Slytherin, it was clear that there would be a party that night, and that's what Riddle was counting on. He would finally find out if she felt any attraction to him, but hid it very well, or if he was really so desperate about the fact that he didn't have her running after him that he imagined things.

It was evident to him that there was a mutual attraction, but Y/N would never admit or run after him, knowing how he used to be. In her opinion, if it were to run after someone, let it be for someone who could do the same for you.

The party at the Slytherina communal was in full swing. The stone walls echoed with laughter and music, students talked excitedly, and the fireplace cast dancing shadows in the environment. Mattheo was leaning against one of the columns, his eyes wandering around the room as he tried to seem disinterested. He knew Y/N would be there. She was always, but that night, he needed to observe her reactions more carefully.

When Y/N finally came in, the conversation in the room slowed down for a moment. There was an aura of confidence and carelessness around her that highlighted her even more. She smiled as she entered, greeting some friends before heading to the Greengrass.

Mattheo couldn't look away. Every movement of her seemed calculated, every genuine smile. She approached Daphne and Astoria, who immediately pulled her into a conversation circle. Mattheo watched carefully, trying to capture any signal, any look that could indicate his true feelings.

On the other side of the room, Blaise approached his friends, a mischievous smile on his face.

- It looks like we have a new main attraction tonight. - He commented, his eyes shining with fun.

- What are you talking about? - Theo asked, frowning.

Blaise tilted his head in the direction of Mattheo.

- Our dear Riddle here is completely bewitched by Y/N. I never thought I'd see that, but he is.

- Shouldn't you be following Malfoy out there, Zabini? - replied Mattheo, his voice low and full of irritation.

- Relax, Mattheo. - Blaise said, raising his hands in a gesture of peace. - I'm just saying that it's interesting to see you so out of your mind for a girl.

- I'm not out of my mind. - Mattheo replied, trying to keep his composure. - And I don't need your comments, Blaise.

Blaise gave a malicious smile and shrugged.

- All right, as you wish. - Zabini now had a slight tone of challenge in his voice.

Mattheo threw a fulminating look at Blaise, but he knew he was right. Y/N's indifference drove him crazy, but there was more than that. There was something about her that he couldn't ignore, something that attracted him in a way that no other girl had done before.

- So, what's your plan, Mattheo? Keep just watching? - Blaise realized his friend's dilemma and tried to provoke a little more.

Mattheo raised an eyebrow, a confident smile forming on his lips.

- Oh, no, Zabini. I plan to do more than observe. She will be running after me tomorrow, you'll see. I'm going to attract her to my room, and when that happens, she won't be able to get me out of her head like all the others. - Blaise laughed, shaking her head.

- You really have the courage, Riddle. I want to see how you're going to do that.

- Observe and learn. - Mattheo replied, the confidence in his voice just disguising the anxiety he felt inside, something very unusual.

As the night progressed, Mattheo approached the group where Y/N was. He found her near the bar, serving himself as a drink.

- Enjoying the party? - He asks, making the girl raise her eyes to him.

- It's a good party. - She said, shrugging. - Victory helps, of course.

- No doubt. - Mattheo agreed, taking a sip of his glass. - You look beautiful tonight.

- Thank you. - Your eyes shining with curiosity, a slight smile painting your lips attracting you even more. - You're not usually so observant.

Mattheo smiled, a smile he hoped would be enigmatic.

- Maybe I've started to pay more attention to the things that matter. - Y/N raised an eyebrow, interested.

- And what does it matter to you, Mattheo Riddle? - She was now facing him, too close for just one conversation.

It was even funny for Y/N how easy it was for her to disassemble, even if it was a little, the armor of confidence he showed he had.

- Maybe you. - He replied, his voice low and intense. - Or maybe I'm imagining things...- Mattheo pretends to dig about it, getting closer, to the point of feeling the air coming out of it.

She looked him for a moment in the eyes, evaluating his words.

- Are you trying to confuse me, Riddle?

- Maybe... - Mattheo leaned a little closer. Y/N laughed softly, shaking his head.

- Good luck with that, then.

- I like challenges. - He said, his steady gaze on hers, but soon plummeting to the painted lips. - And I think you are a challenge that is worth it.

She studied him for a moment, before smiling and letting him get closer to finally touch his lips with his. Mattheo felt a wave of triumph. passing his hands around the girl's waist, who in turn curled up between his wavy threads. Her touch was soft and at the same time determined, and he knew that night would be unforgettable.

Somehow, Y/N and Mattheo reached the corridor of the female dormitory, bodies so close that it was possible to feel the heat that radiated from each other. Riddle would not admit it, but he would certainly be addicted to the soft lips and light scratches under his shirt, in addition to the soft skin he squeezed fervently under her clothes.

That corridor now seemed the most appropriate place for them to be, far from prying eyes, far from the expectations of others. There, only the two existed, lost in kisses and touches that spoke more than any word could express.

Until Y/N walked away from him with a smile on his face, forming a confused face in Riddle, but still without taking his hands off her body.

- Good night, Riddle. - She gives one last kiss, faster this time, and gets rid of Mattheo's arms, who stands still in the hallway, just watching the girl move her hips going deeper in the hallway.

- But what... - He murmurs to himself, still confused.

Mattheo stood in the corridor of the women's dormitories, perplexed and somewhat stunned. He could also feel the warmth of Y/N's kiss on his lips, the feeling of his hands on his waist. However, when he opened his eyes, he realized that he was alone. The silence around it was almost deafening after the intensity of the shared moments. He frowned, trying to understand what had happened.

He then decided to return to the party with slow and thoughtful steps, his mind still echoing the intense moments with Y/N. He tried to disguise the confusion and surprise he felt as he mixed again with the excited crowd.

Theodore, an insightful observer, soon noticed the change in Mattheo's countenance. With a malicious smile, he approached, curiosity shining in his eyes.

- So, Riddle. - Theodore started, low voice and full of provocation. - Did you get what you wanted there in the hallway? Blaise told me about your challenge.

Mattheo arched an eyebrow, still trying to process what had happened. He was not used to being left like this, especially not after a moment like that.

- I think she just needed some time alone. - Theodore gave a low and ironic laugh.

- Oh, of course. A time alone...

Mattheo shook his head, a mixture of frustration and curiosity mixing inside him. He knew Theodore was teasing, but there was an uncomfortable truth in those words. Y/N was in fact an enigma, a challenge that he seemed to be willing to face. While the party continued around her, Mattheo found herself lost in thoughts about Y/N, wondering about the next steps and what could have led her to move away so suddenly.

[...]

The next morning, Mattheo woke up with his mind still focused on Y/N and the events of the night before. The biggest annoyance was that he was so obsessed with someone, he didn't need it, did he?

He caught himself in a pathetic scenario: Hoping to find Y/N in the corridors or in the communal room, like the girls who probed him after the nights they spent with him. But when she finally saw her, she treated him as usual: with subtle distance, without prolonged looks, without intimate conversations.

Y/N was immersed in her own activities, as if the meeting in the corridor of the dormitories had never happened. She seemed determined to maintain normality between them, as if she wanted to avoid any indication that something had changed.

Mattheo couldn't help but notice how she seemed to master the art of dodging. It was as if she knew exactly how to keep the intrigue and mystery that attracted her so much. He felt a mixture of frustration and admiration in the face of her ability to close again.

During breakfast at the Great Hall, Mattheo tried to capture Y/N's gaze a few times, but she seemed concentrated in her group of friends, without giving her the opening he was looking for. It was as if she was determined to move on with her normal life, leaving him wondering if what happened between them had been just a fleeting moment, destined to disappear in the continuous flow of the days at Hogwarts.

Riddle knew he would have to find a way to deal with this new dynamic, if that's what Y/N wanted. She had shown that she could be as enigmatic as he was, and he was willing to find out more about this intriguing facet of hers, even if it meant waiting patiently for new opportunities.

Still during breakfast, Daphne sat next to Y/N, immediately noticing the tense and thoughtful atmosphere that seemed to involve her friend.

Daphne laughed softly, shaking her head.

- You know he's been trying to decipher your every move since yesterday, haven't you? - Y/N sighed. - Oh, dear, you're terrible. But admit it, you liked a little of the confusion you caused.

- Maybe... - Y/N couldn't help but smile, recognizing the truth in Daphne's words. She valued her sincere and direct friendship, someone who understood her without needing many words.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the room, Mattheo discreetly observed the interaction between Y/N and Daphne. He noticed Y/N's smile, a spark of fun in her eyes when talking to her friend. Mattheo felt a twinge of curiosity mixed with a slight challenge. It seemed that Y/N would not easily give in to his game of seduction, and he would need a different strategy if he wanted to conquer his enigmatic heart.

- I've never seen you so obsessed, I'm starting to get worried. - Blaise jokes when sitting next to Mattheo, who just rolls his eyes in response. - Have you noticed that they have a lot in common, Theo?

Theodore looks up with a provocative smile, but Riddle just ignores it, going back to eating and, from time to time, looking at her. When then, Y/N left the place alone, his decisive steps echoing in the empty corridor. Mattheo saw the perfect opportunity and followed it quickly, reaching it before it could get too far away.

- Y/N, wait. - Called Mattheo, her voice echoing down the hallway, putting herself in front of her with a careful gesture to make her stop.

- Yes? - She turned to him, his look calm, but loaded with something indefinable. He swallowed it dry, feeling tense in the face of the uncertainty of what she would say.

- I just... I wanted to understand what happened last night. Why did you leave like that?

- It was just a kiss, Riddle. I thought you weren't that type. - Y/N sighed softly, his gaze meeting his in a penetrating way.

- What do you mean by 'of this kind'? - He asks, the curiosity and intensity of his feelings showing in his voice.

Y/N smiled gently, a mischievous glow shining in his eyes.

- The kind that runs after. - She replied softly, her provocative and mysterious tone.

Mattheo felt his heart beat faster. She hypnotized him in a way he had never experienced before.

- What if I say I'm willing to run after it? - He asked, his lower voice, full of determination and something deeper that he still didn't fully understand. Y/N laughed softly, his smile increasing the mystery around him.

- Well, maybe then I'll let you try.

She began to move away, leaving Mattheo with a sense of urgency mixed with an irresistible attraction. He watched as she disappeared down the corridor, when Blaise positioned himself next to him.

- He's like me. - A tone of fascination and frustration carried Mattheo's voice.

- Yes, as I said. - Blaise agrees with a convinced smile as he pushes his friend to the class they would have. ____________________________________
