Literally saw someone argue that the Jedi's weakened/hazy connection to the Force in the prequels was proof of their corruption, as opposed to, you know, the actual, stated reason that it was THE SITH BLINDING THEM INTENTIONALLY IN ORDER TO KILL THEM.
So that was a vibe.

After it debuted, the effect that the writing, acting, and visuals left had me EAGER to revisit this painting! How incredible of a journey it’s been to see these two persevere since 2008.
