The People You Consider "family" May Not Be The People You're Related To And That's Okay. Being Related
The people you consider "family" may not be the people you're related to and that's okay. Being related to someone should never be a thing used against you or held over your head like a threat.
Your real family are the people who look out for you and care about you.
Never associate with someone who is toxic, manipulative, or mean to you, no matter what their DNA is. You are your first priority always. Your mental health is important.
Sometimes the best family we could ever have aren't related to us. And sometimes the most toxic people to our own health are the people who are related to us.
You owe nothing to anybody. Spend your time with people who treat you well.
Aggressive reminder that just because you’re related to someone biologically, does NOT mean that you are obligated to love them

note to self: just because someone did the thing you were thinking about doing, and did it way better than you could ever hope to do, doesn’t mean it would be stupid or pointless to go ahead and try to still do the thing anyway.
If you see someone doing the things you're too scared to do and you feel jealous of their courage, stop holding yourself back.
Easier said then done, but not impossible to do.
Unless you like oppressing people in which case I'll eat your fingernails

"My invasive thoughts are not my fault"
"The trauma I've faced is not my fault"
"The absue I've endured is not my fault"
"Even if my past haunts me, it can't hurt me anymore"
"I have survived every single bad day I've ever had,"
"And you bet your ass I'm gonna survive any more that life throws at me."
