So, On This Front: In Light Of Conversations Ive Been Observing Within The Tumblr Feedist Community,

So, on this front: In light of conversations I’ve been observing within the Tumblr Feedist community, I came to a hard decision. I’‘ve decided to remove all of my #belly envy reblogs, which included photos of guys with bellies which I had seen circulating that I wanted to reblog on my own page. Reading the discussions about consent and all that, I felt a bit called out for doing something that could be harmful to others, particularly the individuals depicted in those photos. I came to intuit that I was basically fetishizing them, a common practice in this community. I decided that I didn’t want to perpetuate that. So, I’ve deleted those posts from my Tumblr blog. I think perhaps a more appropriate way to express my admiration/appreciation of those posts would be a simple like. I wish there was a way to organize ones “Likes” on Tumblr (à la DeviantArt), but alas...

My Tumblr Likes

I’m trying to reblog posts that I’ve liked on Tumblr, but it’s becoming clear that that’s not going to happen, and if it does, it’ll be mad tedious. But I just wanna curate posts that I like and are relevant to the main topics of this Tumblr blog (food/recipes, male belly admiration, soft-core/casual gaining, weight gain story writing).

Looking at the posts that I’ve liked that had food/recipes, I’m noticing the trend that most of the ones that I’ve liked are baked goods, fast-food or carb-rich. Maybe that’s indicative of the likelihood that I’ll get fat easily, but what a delightful problem to have!

I'm a gainer because...

...I'm genuinely curious to see how my body looks with more weight.

Body Journal #3

So, I think I've finally broken my old record of 208 lbs. I now weight around about 210 lbs. So, that means that if I gained 15 more pounds or so, I would reach my loose goal/max comfortable weight goal of 225 lb! I haven't been really going hard-core with gaining, more of a casual, steady gain. I check my weight often, but I don't record or keep strict track of it. I think honestly, I find the experience of stepping on the scale and reading the number that comes up is what turns me on moreso than whether or not I'm on track with gaining.

I have to buy size Large shirts now, and 38" waist pants. My work pants are all 36" and they're getting tougher to squeeze into. My winter coat is a Medium, and it's a little too tight to zip up.

My belly overhangs a bit more noticeably over my waistband. My thighs are thick. I shaved my beard recently and I was kinda amazed how much rounder my face/chin looked. I don't quite have a double chin, but it's definitely thicker. Overall, I guess you could say I look well-fed, bigger than average.

I used to go to Burger King as a rule whenever I was out on the road, but I've recently been giving McDonald's a try. I like McD's breakfast items, and the triple cheeseburger's not so bad. I've settled on 1-2 triple cheeseburgers and a medium order of fries as my usual order. BK does better fries, in my opinion, but McD's aren't too bad. The cinammon bun is fun to eat, cuz of the glaze. Whenever I eat it, the glaze inevitably gets all over my mouth. It turns me on and I feel like a real big boy.

Weight Gain Fantasy Scenario #9

Another relationship weight gain fantasy: A F/M couple gets married, and one of the wedding gifts is a “fertility blanket” that supposedly has powers to increase the couple’s chances of having children. It has been passed down the female partner’s line from mother to daughter for generations. But it has a side effect, whereby the father of the child consistently experiences a sort of Couvade syndrome during the pregnancy and packs on weight, which may or may not be permanent.

In my own imagination, the male partner doesn’t know the lore behind the fertility blanket, but the female partner does. Soon after they consummate the marriage bed, the female partner finds out she’s expecting. As the pregnancy progresses, the female partner begins to notice a change in her male partner. He seems to experience symptoms similar to her own pregnancy symptoms, including the cravings, back pain, morning sickness, etc. He’s snacking a lot more and taking extra helpings at mealtimes. As it goes on, she notices he’s gaining weight at an ever-increasing rate. Meanwhile, he appears totally oblivious to any change in his habits or his body. The female finds her partner’s weight gain attractive and allows it to continue until the baby arrives.
