he was referring to her curse that valerian put on her before he died, the one that he never finished right?

I’m going to pretend that Cardan is just playing along, and doesn’t actually have no idea about Jude’s Geas, because, again, this was all ready established- He had all ready learned of her Geas in what was it, The Wicked King? The Queen of Nothing??

Either way, I’m choosing to believe he is being sarcastic when he says “So many secrets, wife”, solely for Suren’s benefit, cause it’s not like she or anyone else know about the geas, besides them.

I choose to believe this is not another retcon or inconsistency >8/

at the end of the wicked king, when cardan exiles jude, i always was and still am confused how jude couldn’t figure it out that she could have come back anytime she wanted. because she was queen of elfhame and part of the “crown” cardan says that she can be pardoned by. AND FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS LIVED HER LIFE SOLVING RIDDLES AND PUTTING TOGETHER PUZZLES OF THE PAST. SHE COULDNT REALIZE THAT SHE COULD HAVE PARDONED HERSELF??????

Someone has probably said this already, but the point of Percy not knowing anything about Greek mythology (at first in the books) was to protect himself because knowledge is power, power is scent that monsters can smell and names have even more power when said by powerful people

So tbh Sally reading Percy myths (in the show) is like a death sentence imo
