3 days till a light in the mist and I really hope Ashfur gets a good death.

Because imo he's a good villain, we watched him become a bitter dickhead along with the cats in the universe, which is unique. He's the only cat we've had that's had such a massive buildup, even more than tigerstar 1 in certain ways.

I also really hope it's squirrelflight that deals the death blow, it would be cool to see Ashfurs delusions appear and him being convinced that squirrelflight won't kill him cause she surely loves him only to have said delusions be shattered.

Okay so Blackstar is a pretty morally gray character, probably one of the most notorious in the warrior cats fandom, and one i love. So I'm reading blackfoots reckoning and it's interesting how much he thinks loyalty matters, and how if your loyal to a cat you must agree with them.

I'm reading how he hears his sister worries over Badgerpaw, and its clear he makes an effort to see the good in this situation because he's deputy and has to be loyal to brokenstar. And it got me thinking, just how much could have Blackstar took before he turned on Brokenstar ? Blackstar has never made the decision to break away from either Tigerstar or brokenstar, both being killed and thus forcing him to break loyalties.

It'd be interesting to have witnessed Blackfoot reaching a breaking point and turning on either of his leaders for their crimes, for making him take part in such crimes as a loyal deputy. I'm asking a lot but Blackstar is a cat I love and I desperately wish we could get more about him and his struggles, even after his novella.
