The ultimate fate of the Snowpiercer: derailment via massive avalanche.

My interpretation is that Yona's "clairvoyance" stems from the fact that she is a train baby and a Kronol addict. Because she was born on the train, Yona and her generation are likely to be more sensitive to their immediate surroundings. Living on a train is constantly noisy, and so train babies' senses are perhaps different from those people who were born on Earth. It may be possible that she can detect human presence behind barriers due to subtle sound waves (much like how Daredevil "sees" people even if he is blind) that only she can pick up and that others cannot.

Add the use of Kronol, and Yona's inherent abilities must be heightened significantly from the drug. This is apparent when you consider how even before she knew Timmy was under the floor of Wilford's engine, she accurately predicted if there was human presence behind the doors that her father opened each time she was given Kronol.

If you guys have any other thoughts on this, feel free to analyze further.

P.S. Yona is one of my faves, especially when she translated her father's words before the tunnel fight. "He says you guys are fucked..."

Hi, where did you find the pictures for your post "Inside the Snowpiercer", where it shows the water supply section and the protein block section? Is it from a book?

hi! those photos were actually screengrabs i made from the official korean website of snowpiercer when it was first released in korea last year in august. the website is not online anymore unfortunately, but when i got the chance to navigate the site, it had this amazing interactive virtual tour through the snowpiercer which starts at the tail section but only ended up to the classroom section. i guess that the filmmakers didn't want to spoil the rest of the front section interiors, so those photos you saw in my posts were the only ones they wanted to show.
