Finally I drew the Shredder… holy shit I’ve been wanting to draw my rendition of him for this AU for so long.

This shredder is a demon. Heavily based on the Tengu Shredder from TMNT 2003. He has two demon children: twins named Karai and Jimmy (who later changed his last name to Casket to sound scarier). His backstory is also very similar to the ‘03 Tengu Shredder, except he is the original Tengu.

Ch’Rel still exists in this AU too and is the leader of the Kraang, a group of Utrom who are rebelling due to their own selfish wants to rule or destroy everything. He dons the Shredder name for a brief moment before being killed once the real Shredder finds out.

There’s a lot to this AU that I haven’t shared because I want to keep things secret so people can be surprised by certain things. This was fun!

Day 3 @tmntober-2023 prompt: Teeth

I believe Blue doesn’t give DG (Dark Ghost) and DT (Dark Toast) enough love in this AU. Honestly.

Also friendly reminder that while DG may be cute, they are still an alien that could destroy the entire planet if they really wanted to.

Here’s hoping DT remains safe with his spouse having teeth like that.

Btw if anyone is wondering how Blue is doing, since I know they ran the old blog, here’s a life update on them!

They’re currently engaged to and spending time with one of the other Simon’s in our system. He’s the Sick Simon introject. Literally we just call them all Simon because we’re so used to understanding how to address people who share a name.

Felt the need to share that in case people were curious.

Our ship name for them in still in the works sadly… (yes we come up with ship names for relationships in this system. It’s an inside joke. Sue me)

something thats been helping us a lot recently has been letting alters just exist. i see a lot of systems who have strict roles and distinct alters, and it can be stressful to see that be the “norm” when our system isnt like that.

we’ve tried forcing individuality, but it only let to more dormancy. we tried figuring out everyones role, but there are too many alters who front just to do very specific things.

now, we are just letting ourselves exist as we are and communicating is way easier. we dont lose so much time anymore. i can remember a lot more (even if i still have emotional detachment).

i guess im just saying that as a system, do what helps you.

tracking fronts? go for it. assigning roles? pop off. making picrews and profiles for every person? thats so awesome.

if you can’t do any of that? you aren’t less of a system.
