Admittedly this all sits on bed of a Basmati rice (high carbs but a low 52 glycemic index) but it's healthy nevertheless. They say laughter is the best medicine. With the Corona virus people are panicking. My friends in Hong Kong are calling and asking me to send face masks because they have run out. Face masks don't really help in my opinion. Washing hands helps and not using public toilets is a good idea. Restrict travel if you can. Maybe avoid restaurants or public places. Work from home if you can.
