It’s easier to think of OCD as a noisy jury that’s too stubborn to agree on things. And then one by one each member gets quieter and quieter, either because they’re too tired to speak or they realise how dumb they sound. And then I realise how dumb I sound, then I move on.

I think it’d be hood to establish a sleeping routine. Doesn’t even need to be the clasic “sleep at 9PM” deal. Personally, I take a nap at 4PM then sleep at 10:30PM. Because sleeping early is hard and it lets me work more efficiently by filling all the empty space with energy refill, lol.

Ngl, when all hope is lost just use all your wakey time for work. Doesn’t need to be academic work either, it can be like working on your personal projects and finishing a show. At least that way you’re doing something while you’re not asleep; and you get to cross off something from your bucket list.
